Daniel responded immediately to a request on a internet plumber site - for a hot water heater replacement. He came by the next day for a consultation. Next morning he arrived to install the new water heater.  Removal and installation was dicey because the HWH shares a small hallway closet with the HVAC unit. Daniel figured how to remove a side of the door frame to give him the clearance he needed.

His work was that of a very skilled plumber. He is client-friendly, respectful and does what he say's he'll do. I'd call him the consummate professional and his price was $275 below another quote.

I ended up privately seeking the replacement because American Home Shield, my warranty company, appears very experienced at providing an untenable claims process.

Joseph answered my request on Yelp right away giving me a good estimate and scheduled a visit for the same day. He was very polite and professional repairing what was needed really fast. He cleaned up everything and before he left I asked if he could do another small repair, which he did promptly. I totally recommend his company and will call again whenever I need a plumber repair. As luck would have it, our shower faucet failed on a Saturday.  We could not shut it off, so we had to turn off the water to the house.  Since we had good experience previously with B & B, we called again, this time on an emergency basis.  They did call us back.  The technician called us to say when he would be here, and again when he was on his way.  He fixed the faucet, replacing the defective part.  The service was prompt, especially for a weekend, efficiently done, courteous, and reasonable.  He left the work area clean.  As old as our home is, we will need plumbing work again, and we will definitely call B&B.

Called this company yesterday, made an appointment for them to come by this morning 8-10 AM. No one showed up nor called me to cancel or reschedule. For this they get a 1 star.

I found them on Yelp because of the glowing reviews. I had issues with the water heater. They came by and took care of it right away. They didn't even charge me because it was a simple problem.  Really honest and good guys! Highly recommend!!!

I can't remember ever writing a yelp review. However, I have used Bigos for the last three years for all sorts of issues. I felt it was time to recognize that this is the best plumbing company in Long Beach. Period.

I call and set a time window for their arrival, they arrive within said time, resolve whatever my issue is quickly and efficiently, clean up, and send me a bill via email to be paid online.

Today Erick G. Arrived at 1350, replaced a pipe, and was gone by 1440. Really a great company, staff, and product.

Chris is a great guy! He responded in less than 10 minutes when it was dark outside and promptly rolled through to fix my problem. On top of his great service, he priced better than other 24 hour plumbers and far better than big box plumbers! His number is going into my contacts!

SoCal1 plumbing added my water softener with 2 whole house filter and a water pressure regulator.  They also isolated a exterior hose bib so that the soft water would not be used on the sprinkler. I chose them over several of other quotes. They had the best simpliest plan. They opened up the outside stucco wall and patched them up. They opened a few holes inside which I had to patch but that was discussed. The water softener is working and I am very happy with the solution.

Diego responded quickly and gave me an estimate over the phone.  I was happy with the quote and we made an appointment for the following morning.  Diego arrived on time and was ready to complete the project. He also was able to fix a leaking hose spigot and he fix the problem I was having with the dishwasher.  I am pleased to say all the plumbing issues were resolved.  Diego is friendly, professional and reliable.  I can confidently recommend Overtime Plumbing.

UPDATE: After my initial contact not going so well, Joe called me right away after I posted my review to rectify the situation. He explained that there was most certainly some grey area in the discussion regarding the warranty considering my condo was in escrow. He offered to send someone out the same day to diagnose the issue. I am happy to report that the tech came out and was able to trouble shoot the issue and resolve my concerns! Thank you Joe!

I contacted HomeX to help clear 2 drains I was having trouble with.   Shane and Max showed up on time and were VERY professional,  wore appropriate PPE, and were mindful of the home by wearing protective booties.  They cleared both drains and gave me some useful tips for the future.  I would recommend HomeX Plumbing and I would definitely request Shane and Max again.  Very positive experience.   Thank you!!

We've used Prodigy twice for toilet part repairs and each time we've been impressed.  In scheduling, we always spoke w/Sylvia and each time she has been more than able to accommodate us with our availability even during these unique times.  We've always gotten fair price quotes from them both times for our different options.  

For the actual repairs, we've worked with Edgar both times and both times he's been great!  Personable, always on time, knowledgeable and well prepared.  This last time, he came dressed with the proper PPE which was nice.  Other companies we've used in the past, we've had to remind other repairmen in the past.  Just a bit of background regarding out situation, the toilet that came with our place had been discontinued and replacement parts are no longer being made by the manufacturer.  We're at a point where we're deciding to either replace the toilet altogether or just keep putting the proverbial band-aid on it.  Edgar is pretty resourceful and has always went out of his way to look for replacement parts for us even though we knew it was a uphill battle but we definitely appreciated the effort on his part!

My father, now elderly, always used this company. I've had my own home for almost 20 yrs, and needed honest plumbers and he said Call Biard & Crockett. They're honest and they do good work. He was correct, they are both honest, efficient & nice, and they made an exception to drive to my house many times which was probably out of their range.
This past weekend, they just helped my father's house last Saturday when Alex showed up to check water damage that was coming from his AC unit. (We didn't know that the water was coming from the AC.) He found it, was so nice, and patient when explaining it to my father.
Also, I need to thank Richard, the assistant on the phones that was extremely nice and professional when dealing with my requests.
