There's overflow from a cleanout at the front yard and I selected Golden Rooter and Plumbing to come due to it's good review. Daniel was punctual, experienced and honest. He unclogged the sewer and provided suggestions. No upselling or anything. Reliable plumbing service that I will definitely use it from now on.

I had a slab leak and my insurance company only covered one pipe but I decided to reroute 3 since they were all in the same footing and I didn't want to have to go through this again in the future, and a friend recommended Brian from the gym.  So I went up to Brian the next morning (yes I violated gym etiquette and interrupted his sets, but this was an emergency!) and asked if his office could call me and that very same day Alayna from B&B called and set up an appointment for someone to come out.  They gave me a very fair quote and I hired them.  They were prompt and tidy and one of them even sang a little Jimmy Buffett while he worked.  Happy employees do good work I always say.  They also installed a faucet and fixed my shower handle which I thought should have been finished that first day but they had to come back the next day and they charged another trip charge.  But the pipe reroute was such a good price I didn't complain.  A few days later there were reverb noises coming from one of the pipes and when I called they came right out and fixed it because my drywall was going in the next day.  They were also very quick in providing the paperwork my insurance company needed to reimburse me.  That's great service!  Thanks Brian, job well done and you have my repeat business.  I'm a happy customer.

So I went to use the bathroom this morning and noticed that everything was clogged and coming back up in the bathtub. I called our usual plumber but they weren't able to come out right away so I came to yelp to find a new plumber rooter company. These guys came out right away and told me that I had a main line clog. They got it all snaked out with their cable machine and made sure all my drains were working ok. It was an awesome experience to have a plumber show up on time, fix the problem fast and charge a reasonable price for their work. I recommend these guys especially for your rooter needs

Jesse is the best!  Super polite, courteous, clean, professional and explains everything that he is doing. Reasonable prices, compared to other plumbers.  
Came out on a Saturday evening to clear my mom's main clean out line for the regular service charge - not extra because of the weekend. He ran the camera and snaked it, but she ended up needing the hydro-jet. Came back another day with the truck and gave her a credit for the first service charge to put towards the cost of the hydro-jetting. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great and honest company! I'm so glad I called!! John and Mike responded quickly to my call and were able to fix our backed up sinks and tubs without costing me an arm and a leg! He showed us the problem and didn't try to over sell the job! Now I know I will call them in the future for any plumbing problems and have already recommend them to my church and friends! I was at work on Friday when I noticed my toilet was clogged up.  I tried the old trusted plunger but no luck.  That's when I knew this was a professional's job.  Did a quick search on yelp and Team Rooter was one of the companies that came up.  I called them up and the receptionist was very helpful.  She scheduled a service call for the following day.  The next day Jacob showed up from Team Rooter.  He was on time and very professional.  He snaked the toilet and and was able to unclog it in under 20 minutes.  Thanks Team Rooter for the timely and professional service.  I would highly recommend these guys to whoever has a plumbing issue in Orange County.

After a handful of plumbers complete plumbing and ac was the only plumbers to locate where my shower leak was. The owner Mike was surprisingly patient kind and gave me the feeling of trustworthiness.

I have dealt with too many company owners that will just say they can't help because they don't see any profit, or will estimate a ridiculous price. Mike took the time to make sure his tech didn't leave until they found my leak and I paid what he originally estimated the cost to be.

Called to replace laundry room connection pipes. Communicated directly through Yelp. Chris told me he would be there in thirty minutes and was punctual. Reviewed the issue, quoted me a reasonable price and did the job same night - finished around 9:00 pm. Knows his stuff. A+++.

The plumber came and was very professional and nice. Wore his mask and put on his shoe covers without me asking. Not only was he efficient when he disconnected my water purifier from the plumbing, he wrapped up all the cords neatly because he knew I was moving. I was charged an extremely fair price. Really great service.

After making an appointment with Downey Plumbing and Heating, a tech arrived a the time frame I was given. Friendly Tech name Marcos was able to look at our ancient heater and after some inspection/diagnostics concluded that it was our ancient thermostat that needed to be replaced. He even spoke with my husband over the phone to explain the issue. Prices are good and services was great. Highly Recommend.

Dakota and Cameron did a great job installing my new water heater to replace the one I had for the past15 years which was making loud noises. Dakota and Cameron were very professional, polite and they truly understood what needed to be done and completed the installation timely.

We needed 2 shower stalls recaulked and Todd responded right away. Communication via text went smooth and Marcos came out for the job. He did a thorough job, cleaning out the mold and growth under the old caulking. Marcos was really courteous,

I had Rick and the crew replace the heating/AC ducting in my attic.  They showed up on time and gave me a good price.  They really did a nice job and obviously take pride in their work. That's very important to me to have confidence in someone to do the job right.   I would definitely have them back to do other jobs in my house.

Tim is awesome. Highly recommend him. He helped us out with our water softener system and did a great job. He came out quickly and took care of everything.

Found Rick through a referral from Sam L.  I was all set to purchase a water softener/reverse osmosis system from one of the big box stores until I found out that Rick also sells and installs a water softener system (with a warranty to boot!) for only a little more than buying my own system and finding someone to install it.  

Rick did a fantastic job.  Like everyone has said he is friendly, honest,  professional and very knowledgeable.  He tells you what needs to be done, and doesn't try to upsell you stuff that you really don't need.  He arrived on time to do the install, walked us through what he did after the installation, and made sure everything was cleaned up after he left.

What sets him apart from other plumbers I've worked with is his follow-up.  Most of the contractors I've hired do their job, collect their check, and leave.  Rick took the extra step of contacting me a couple of days later to make sure everything was working and that I was happy with my new system (Yes, and yes).  He thought there may have been an issue with the RO system that he installed so he went out of his way to come back and check, and then contacted the manufacturer to make sure it was working as designed (it was!).  How many other contractors would do that for you?

First time having to call a plumber and Trusty Plumbers made is very easy for me. Got a free estimate same day I called in and got a great quote to replace a major pipe underneath the house. They came the next day fixed it and only took 2 hours. Daniel and his apprentice did amazing work. Definitely the only plumbers I will ever call.

Let me start off by saying that I specifically created a yelp account in order to write this review. I also know my review is long but well worth the read. I was having issues with my main drainage line as the water was going down slowly. As always I attempted to deal with the issue myself by renting a snake from Home Depot since I had the problem a few years ago and was able to fix it myself. Unfortunately this time I was stuck, I was not able to clear the blockage. I spoke to my neighbor who works in maintenance and deals with plumbing issues to see what he would suggest. He said I needed to have a camera sent down the main line to see what was causing the blockage.

The next day I called a few places and I could not get a straight and clear answer. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with me having a general idea of what needed to be done as opposed to someone who was clueless. Then I called and spoke to Mark at Prodigy Plumbing. Let me telling you that his guy is the epitome of professionalism. We started dialoging back and forth about my issue and he answered all my questions. After discussing the issue he made the same suggestion as my neighbor but also took it a step further by explaining that roots might also be part of the issue. At that point he gave me options as far as how to deal with the problem. To my surprise his pricing was more than reasonable and a lot cheaper than other places I called. To ensure the issue was dealt with correctly I chose to go with his camera/jetting package. There was no extra charge for the use of the camera while most other plumbers charge an extra $125-$175 for the use of the camera.

On the day of the service Mark was there early and got to work right away. Since I was curious as to how the camera and jetting worked I stuck around. During the process he took me step by step explaining to me what the issue was, showing me with the camera. Not only did he find the blockage, he found roots that made the blockage worse. Through jetting and snaking, Mark cleared the line and he called me over to show me. While Mark was working my neighbor came out and was surprised by Mark's detailed technique and said, He's doing a very thorough job. Although Mark was there for almost 4 hours and the job took longer than he estimated, the price he quoted me remained the same. My experience with Prodigy was phenomenal. Not only was the issue taken care of, but it was also a learning experience thanks to Mark keeping me involved during the process.
