We had a stopped up kitchen sink that we could NOT fix for the life of us with a snake. They came out and put a camera down our drain and found out the problem. Joseph explained everything in detail to us through the whole process which is a huge plus to us. Everything is running good and honestly we were very surprised at the reasonable price compared to the good quality of work. Definitely recommend

This is the second time I've used B&B and both times they sent Mike, who is friendly, professional & efficient.  I have water pressure again, my drain is never slow and it's bone dry under the sink again.  Very reasonable rates.

So I went to use the bathroom this morning and noticed that everything was clogged and coming back up in the bathtub. I called our usual plumber but they weren't able to come out right away so I came to yelp to find a new plumber rooter company. These guys came out right away and told me that I had a main line clog. They got it all snaked out with their cable machine and made sure all my drains were working ok. It was an awesome experience to have a plumber show up on time, fix the problem fast and charge a reasonable price for their work. I recommend these guys especially for your rooter needs

Called this company yesterday, made an appointment for them to come by this morning 8-10 AM. No one showed up nor called me to cancel or reschedule. For this they get a 1 star.
Trash customer service. Who makes an appointment an doesnt show up??? WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!

Called Canfield's Plumbing because of their reviews and Mike showed up in an hour. Charged me half the price roto rooters estimated. Was friendly and did a good job. Definitely recommend.

I was house sitting for a friend when the sewer backed up so in a panic looking for a plumber in Orange County at 9pm calling around couldn't get anyone out till we called Team Rooter . From the young lady on the phone to the Plummer that showed up with in the hour we were so great full team rooter did a great job took care of the back up and cleaned up and super friendly guy I would totally recommend them to everyone great company thank you again

My cousins garbage disposal (Brand: Waste King) in the kitchen has been leaking since she bought it and has given her problems from day one.
Besides that the trap that she had on it was not working correctly it was like an accordion and also causing problems with the dishwasher. Well the garbage disposal malfunctioned yesterday completely and thankfully she had a 2 year warranty on it and we were able to get her a new one but a different brand. Then the pipe coming out of the wall broke at the threads, old galvanized pipe in a old house. We thought she would have to replace the whole pipe and we're dreading how much that was going to cost and 3 days before Thanksgiving and we needed the sink,dishwasher and garbage disposal to be working.
I found Chris on Yelp today and called him and explained the problem and sent him some pictures. He said no problem there was a solution without having to replace the entire pipe if the pipe was not completely shot. He was very accommodating and said he could be at her house later this afternoon. Sure enough he came as promised and on time and affordable. He got the job done in a timely manner and installed the new garbage disposal for us also.  YAY!!!Thanks to Chris and his assistant for coming to the rescue and  for doing such a great job and being so kind and helpful.
I would Definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone.

So Waste King Garbage Disposals in my opinion are a waste of money, we ended up getting a Moen instead. I've included some before and after pics

My wife and I were taking a short trip to San Deigo, but we were having some drainage issues. I thought I had a simple clog so I called out a large company in the area. I figured it would be a quick and easy fix, so I left my adult daughter at home to let the technician in. They came out and said I had a clogged main, leaking pipes under the house, and a flooded crawl space. I was looking at north of $25k. They sent out a restoration company to clear out the flood without my authorization, so I stopped everything until we could make our way back. There was leaking, but the crawl space was not flooded, a restoration company was certainly not needed. I searched for a plumber and Federico came up. He showed up Saturday afternoon and stayed until 8pm getting our drain cleared enough so we could use the restroom and showers. The next day he was there with his crew at 9am. They confirmed I had a clogged main and a few of my 50+-year-old pipes were leaking. Federico provided different plans, shared information on what could happen if I didn't make some of the repairs and helped walk us through financing. It was a large bill (but less than half of the big company), it was a lot of work, but in the end, it was necessary and made the most sense for our situation. They were professional, on time and cleaned up any messes, but I think most of all they provided honest information that made my wife and I feel at ease.

Had a gas leak reported by SoCal Gas and Overtime plumbing came out to identify the issue. They found the issue which included digging up and replacing the gas line running from the sidewalk to the front of the house through my front lawn. The team did a great job fixing replacing the gas leak at a great price, just wish they would have put back the grass a bit better.

Thank you Downey Plumbing for a superb job led by Clay Prats.  It is  impossible to put into words how wonderful it was to work with Clay, Eliseo Diaz and Johnathon Santana.  They were all very professional, conscientious, polite and very patient with my questions.  They cleaned up the area every day before they left.  It was a huge job, 220' to be exact and uphill.  Clay and his team had to work with hard clay soil, tree roots and managed to spare my sprinkler pipes.   They couldn't have been more pleasant, always smiling.   I will highly recommend Downey Plumbing and will be calling with any future plumbing problems.  Hopefully I'll be able to get Clay and his team.  Thank you, job well done young men, you were superb!!!

Found HomeX on Google and had a competitive clogged drain price. Shane came by. I did my due diligence and isolated the clog between the kitchen sink and the clean out valve. Shane tried to snake it from the clean out valve, but could tell he wasn't trying to clean out in the area I thought the clog was, and was snaking it deeper into the house. He ended up calling another plumber who when under the house and told me all the drainage problems my house had. I know I have an older house and the drainage was a bit older, but I asked specifically to unclog a drain in my kitchen sink. They quoted me close to $8,000 to redo all my drainage under the house, or over $3,500 to replace the section between the sink drain and the clean out valve. I said no thank you and they left (at least they didn't charge me anything since the drain was still clogged.)

I ended up getting a snake, going through the clean out valve towards the kitchen sink drain, and unclogging the drain in about 30 minutes.  The drainage works great now, and even fixed a small drip in the u-trap at the same time (for which they told me they couldn't guarantee any work because of.) It was frustrating, because it didn't seem they had any intention of fixing the drain, but just up-selling me on more work. Don't know if it was intentional, but either they were incompetent or dishonest. It was unfortunate, because the person who answered the phone was very nice. Will not use again.

Called Todd for an emergency drywall repair on my rental the day before our open house. Not only did he call me right back and go out for an estimate  but he did the job that day and did it well.  I never had to go to the property he handled it all via lockbox and I paid remotely. Definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Excellent service, fair price, no pressure.  This is the place you want to call when you have a heating or air conditioning problem.  We called places that didn't call us back, we called places that sent out high pressure sales team that told us we need a whole new system, then we called Western...they came when they said, fixed what was wrong, and we're a pleasure to work with.

This guy is the real deal. I bought a water softener and requested a quote as his profile says quote in 20 minutes. Tim texted me within 10 minutes asking some questions. He came to my house the next day to figure out where it would go and he gave me the estimate. We scheduled a date for the installation, he showed up on time and installed the unit without any problems. He also installed a new reverse osmosis unit. For several years, Rick's Plumbing has always completed any and all plumbing needs for my home.  About three years ago, he re-piped my entire home and also completely remodeled my 60 year old bathroom which now looks amazing.  His work ethics are great, always showed up when he said he would and never allowed anything to hinder his work.
His work was exceptionally clean and never left a mess for me to clean up after him.  I had other plumbers before I hired Rick's that left horrible messes for me to clean up.  Not so with Rick's Plumbing.  You can bet that I will never use any other plumber than Rick's.  Pricing was very fair and would highly recommend his company.  Jan C.
