Had my faucet changed in the kitchen. The two gentlemen were very nice and only took about an hour to get my new faucet going. They were a little on the pricey side but they had done a good job. Thank you.

Don't even know where to start. We've used them in the past with no issues other than they're a bit pricey. This visit was for a backed up drain, main line cleaning. When the earliest appt was 4 days out that should have been the first clue to go elsewhere...anyways they finally show up on a Friday at around 2pm. They run the snake thru a common bathroom vent first and only get so far, then they move to a vent at the laundry room and can still only make it a certain distance which isn't even close to reaching the sewer, and this is a typical tract home in the city of Orange so it's not like it's a long main drain run, I digress, he goes to a clean out at the kitchen sink that's even further than the laundry room and surprise, can't reach the blockage. After 2-3 hours he says, I don't have the equipment or manpower to take care of this right now so you should call Roto Rooter. He said they'll have the equipment readily available and it should only cost about 250-350 for them to clear this, then he says if they tell you it needs to be hydro-flushed give is a call back and let us bid on it....Are you kidding me!!! You realize we're basically unable to use water because everything is backing up into the house and you want us to call you out to bid in a job you're walking away from. Oh I forgot to mention the drain back-up problem actually got worse after he attempted to fix it. So he finishes doing basically doing nothing and charges $450 but says Roto Rooter should be able to do this for 250-350??? Wait, you're charging more for making it worse but they can fix it for less? What's wrong with this picture. Bye bye Baird & Crockett. But thank you for directing us to Roto Rooter who was able to make the repair, it ended up being a pretty involved job that was both labor intensive and time consuming , BUT, they didn't walk away from it and got it done!!

I actually forgot to schedule HVAC service but they checked records and set me up. Technician Jesus was professional and explained my current HVAC system condition with an honest opinion.

Clean as whistle now.

Leo was out within an hour of my call. Broken toilet tank. He took out the old one and installed a new one. He was polite and patient. Price was very reasonable. Job was done well.

Absolutley satisfied with this company!! We received multiple estimates before I heard thier commecrcial on the radio and decided to call. After all of the estimates I knew that I wanted a professional company like this in my house. The trust was very important. Nobody else sat me down and explained this stuff to me. Thankfully Victor asked if I understood it all and I honestly sai that I did not but I trusted him. That answer wasnt good enough for Victor so he sat down and drew it all out for me. He showed me what other systems like mine looked like before and after Absolute replaced them. Victors promise that if I was satisfied I didnt have to pay was a huge relief. I had no problem paying once I saw the professional job these guys did. Its easy to write a long review like this from my 68 degree home office!!

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

Unbelievable service from this company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. We've had them out to service our 22 year old air conditioning system twice and both times the technicians:

- were professional and respected my home

Justin from NEXGEN was polite, punctual and very knowledgeable.
He called me before he inspected the A/C unit and called me after that to explain  
clearly the issue in detail. He identified the problem promptly and didn't charge me for the agreed service fee. Appreciate Justin for the great job

They were very professional, prompt, inexpensive, and did not try to sell things I didn't need.  I'd definitely call them again.

Wont give any pricing over the phone. Insists on coming out for an estimate. My toilet needs a wax ring, my Father is a retired plumber but they didn't care.

Needed a plumber.  Called Coast and they sent Travis.  Cleared out the clog in my pipes easily and charged me a reasonable price.  If you need a plumber call Coast Plumbing and Heating.

A C and Furnace Repair
During the massive heat wave on Thursday around noon we turned our a c unit on and realized it wasn't working so we contacted 7 companies and finally called our neighbor friends who recommended this company. We left a voicemail and the owner immediately returned our call. Said he had his best technician working in our area and he would be in touch once he finished the job. At 3 pm a phenomenal young man, Brandon Nelson came looked at our units and advised us both needed replacing we had them 23 yrs. He talked about furnaces being available but a c unit not so easy,  due to supply chain issues. He was thorough, a true professional and was here Saturday at 9 am sharp. He did an amazing job with our 47 yr old home and replaced the floor, insulated the closet and we have a two story and completed all the work superbly. He then proceeded to the side yard to begin the A C repair.which he finished to perfection.
The bundle package was simply a great deal and the workmanship amazing! I highly recommend this company, the professionalism, and the laying down of tarps to protect our entryway and home! Thank you Brandon for your outstanding service!

Update 2023:

I mean this goes without saying. Since I've met Oscar I refuse to have any other company or ANYONE in that matter look or touch my unit. I've given a review on this business before. And again. I had my AC unit maintenance today. And per usual he was thorough and explained everything he was doing step by step. I'm so happy I found this company and Oscar.
