I chose this plumber based upon Chelsea H's review here on Yelp and because it was the only plumber anyone took the time to review on Yelp in my area.

I was very happy with the results.  We had a major clog in our kitchen sink and I got them to come over.  They quoted $95/hour for getting it done without an upfront estimate.  I was nervous at first to move forward without an estimate, but went for it.  They were very upfront and communicative about how it was going and managed their time well.  I live in an old house and they found the bigger of my problems (about 40 years worth of fermented food causing it to drain really slowly).  They were over for about 1.5 hours, but just charged me for 1 hour.

They also said they offer estimates for $40 and if you use them after the estimate, they apply that to your total, so you don't pay twice.

This is a great and honest company! I'm so glad I called!! John and Mike responded quickly to my call and were able to fix our backed up sinks and tubs without costing me an arm and a leg! He showed us the problem and didn't try to over sell the job! Now I know I will call them in the future for any plumbing problems and have already recommend them to my church and friends! They are awesome! Two thumbs up!

He installed a dryer vent for my dryer located in my garage.
He called me ahead to let me know time for arrival.  He was on time.
The yelp estimate explained what he was going to do (I had sent him photos). When he arrived and saw the area/machine, he verified what he would do.
After the job, he explained what he did and offered suggestions for some other things.
He also checked my water softener as a courtesy to me.
It was easy to set up the appointment with his office staff.
He was friendly and personable.
I would recommend.

We found Chris on Yelp and called him on a Saturday for an emergency leak. He got back to us in minutes and went out of his way to stop by within the hour. Chris quelled the leak and quickly determined we needed to replace our toilet.

Chris was extremely transparent in his recommendations and pricing, guided us toward the appropriate toilet for us rather than the most expensive, and stuck by his quote. He wears a mask and is very respectful of social distancing, completed flawless work, and was very light hearted and polite along the way. He was also on time and very communicative regarding when he would arrive. He even followed up with us the following day to ensure we were happy with the installation and new toilet.

Marcus from Downey Plumbing and Heating was just in my home to clear a drain in my bathtub.  What a nice, polite young man !  He was extremely efficient without being aggressive.  Thank you.  The drain now works like it was new.

Our kitchen sink got clogged up right before Christmas. Dakota came out yesterday and spent some good time trying to snake it out but it was just so clogged up with black sludge because the waste pipe is old cast iron. He came back the next day with his higher up Shane to over look because the snake wasn't getting passed the sludge. I just wanna say these two gentlemen are very polite and knowledgeable. They take their time and do the job right. I would definitely recommend Dakota and Shane.

Called Todd for an emergency drywall repair on my rental the day before our open house. Not only did he call me right back and go out for an estimate  but he did the job that day and did it well.  I never had to go to the property he handled it all via lockbox and I paid remotely. Definitely recommend him and would use him again.

I have to say Rick is one hell of a plumber. We had a water heater go out and I found Rick's Plumbing on Yelp and figured I would give him a shot after leaving messages for others will no call backs. Rick came the next day exactly at 2:30...got out of his truck with his helper and got right to work...the old heater was out in minutes and he then spent most of his time removing and fixing/prepping the old plumbing that some other plumber did a half ass job on including a whole new gas line running from the wall to the new unit with no extra charges. I watched the whole process and he made it look easy...it's not but that's how good he is at his profession.  Heater went in no issues...turned it on...cleaned up well and he was on his way. All business with some great conversation during the work.  Plumbers/Craftsman like Rick are hard to find now a days...and he will not jerk you around and I assure you if you call him he will not leave until the job is done right and to his standards which I am guessing are always higher than his customers standards which easily explains his 5 star ratings.

Side note- you know he stands by his work when he takes a sharpie after he is done and writes his name/number as well as 6 year warranty with the install date on the actual heater!!!

No one likes pluming problems, but for  many years now I can say I like the service from Baird and Crockett. I have recommended them to two other people who have also found them to be competent, and fair. They seem to know what that are doing and don't tell you you need work that isn't need.

Great job clearing the drain on a rental property.  They showed up on time and were very professional.  They ran a camera down there and discovered where roots were coming in.  They cleared the roots  and we're good to go for another couple years.  Thanks again!

With an older house you tend to have lots of plumbing issues. This is the third time I called Clean Out Kings this year. Once again I was so impressed. Angel came out today and was very friendly, detailed oriented , and thorough. He made sure to explain everything to me so I understood what needed to be done. Angel is by far my favorite. I will be asking for him in the future!! Thank you Angel!!!

My water heater was failing and I wanted to go tankless.

I called Petar Monday at 2:00pm. Tuesday 8:00am he was installing. By noon he was done.

Him and his staff were friendly, clean and professional. I'm very happy with my new water heater and the great experience getting it installed so quickly.

I will 100% use him for all my future plumbing needs.

I want to thank Ted for the wonderful job on the installation of the new water heater. I was utterly amazed at the care and attention that he gave the entire process.  It's working like a charm now.  Also, I want to thank him for the timeliness of the installation.  My neighbors were impressed with the overall work effort as well.

We had an excellent experience with Eddy! He was early (but checked first to make sure the time still worked for us), honest, efficient, and very personable. We know nothing about ac units other than the fact ours wasn't blowing cool air. He explained everything clearly and never made us feel pressured into agreeing to anything we were not comfortable with. We highly recommend NexGen (and Eddy)! Thank you!
