Called this morning with no hot water. Got a live person, a call back within an hour providing a scheduled time this afternoon with a two hour window, a call when technician was on his way, 15 minutes later he arrived and solved the problem. Professional, responsive, courteous.

I called Canfield plumbing over the weekend due to a leaking water heater. Not only did they return my call quickly, they offered to look at pictures of the water heater over the phone as I needed someone ASAP. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and had go with the first available plumber, but they were still amazing and VERY sympathetic. They cringed with me when I told them what I would be paying, and wanted to make sure I was not getting ripped off even if they couldn't be the ones to provide the service. Awesome experience!

Ron and Mike tackled an existing mini split a.c. System that they had not installed. They discovered multiple problems with the initial installation. The system had always struggled since we purchased the home a year ago and really couldn't keep up on very warm days on full power. Wow! After a lot of effort on their part finding the issues our system is working fabulously! I'm certain our power bills will be reduced too as it is now working so much more quietly and efficiently and we don't have to turn on all the zones at once! Thanks again Ron and Mike!

I had a leak under my sink somehow related to the garbage disposal installation and my dishwasher.
I reached out to several companies via Yelp and Chris was very responsive. Through messages, we worked out what might be the problem and he set up an appointment with me that same day! Three of the other plumbing companies just gave me the stock reply to call them to make an appointment.

Chris took the time to diagnose what could be wrong. When he talked to me, he said it was a very simple fix and he probably didn't need to charge me. When he got here it took him a whole 5 minutes or less to solve the problem. Turns out during the insulation of the garbage disposal a little cap wasn't removed. It's a cap that's there if you don't have a dishwasher but if you have one you have to remove the cap.

Chris &  his assistant were on time, respectful as they put on shoe covers before they came into the condo, and after he fixed it, he said he felt bad for charging me. I asked him to charge me as I respected his time and energy to take the time out to come over and fix the problem.

Chris and his assistant were super professional, and more than reasonable. I mean, what other service technician would not want to charge you for showing up? Where I live, the technicians show up and charge you even if they don't know how to fix it! Dumbest thing ever I know. But that's why I appreciated Chris and his honesty and willingness to come all the way out to do a minor fix!

I have posted his name and phone number for my whole building and everybody else to use him when they need an honest and fair plumber!

Federico was quick to assist us with our plumbing and toilet issue.  He fixed the drainage pipe underneath the house and replaced the sewage line at a reasonable price. He resolved everything in a fast manner and met the timeframe to complete the project even though it rained a lot in our area. He kept in touch with us until we were 100% satisfied. Him and his team were professional and  cleaned up immediately after the work was done and was very great to work with. Will highly recommend him to anyone!

This is my first Yelp review ... yea me :) These guys did such an amazing job, it compelled me to signup and post a review. Ok, three words come to mind when describing Todd and Marco at ASAP Services ... Quality, affordable and knowledgeable. I say quality because the work came out fantastic. Especially when it came to the final touches, such as properly grouting the baseboards and edge line trim, texture and paint matching, seem lines and the like. As for affordability, they accomplished everything without going a penny over budget and even went the extra mile on a few things no charge. The real benefit to me in hiring Todd was that he was able to do everything on my list, so I didn't have to hire multiple contractors. I had a tight deadline, as I was remodeling my house for resale, so having one crew who could perform all the work, guarantee the deadline and come in on budget was critical ... and they delivered! Here are some of the big-ticket items they did ... Remove the existing floor tile (lots and lots of tile), surface the floor and install new laminate, patch-sand-texture-paint multiple walls (To stretch the budget, they matched the existing walls perfectly, minimizing the amount of painting required), replace all fluorescent lighting with recessed LED's & crown molding, new stacked stone fireplace ... and they did some plumbing, installed toilets, removed overgrown vines from the top of the chimney and even welded my broken gate. Todd and Marco cleaned up at the end of each day, provided daily start times within an hour and even hauled everything to the dump. I attached pics of their work. (@ Yelp - Please add the ability to update the order of uploaded pics, kinda makes more sense to show the before pics before the after!). Anyway, I will definitely be using ASAP Services in the future.

They make it so very easy; just fax them the paperwork you received (it's just 1-page) and they do the test and file it with your water district. Had a clogged sink for few days. it has been slow draining for over 8 months but fully stopped draining recently. They responded quickly and even came out the next morning. They cleared out the lines really quickly.

Anthony D. came to resolve the nagging recurring rotten egg smell emanating from our bathroom sink. He replaced the p-trap and sink pop-up, and snaked the drain line. He patiently answered my questions of what might have been the cause of this smell. He showed me how to mitigate future build-up of gunk in the p-trap and drainage pipe. He suggested a hydro-jet cleaning of the drain pipe later, but didn't push for this as a must-do for now.

Overall, Anthony was punctual, efficient, and friendly. He even made sure the work area was cleaned up before he left. I would recommend Clean-Out King's for plumbing services.
