Daniel is so nice and honest. I interviewed several plumber/rooter companies and he provided a great quote, was the best at customer service and gave us a realistic timeline for completing the job. He even showed us the perma-liner product (he had a pipe with liner in his truck to show us what trenchless lateral repair looks like). He was very thorough and had a modern camera to show us exactly where the tree roots clogged our main drain. The equipment also allowed for us to have a digital video file for our own records (before and after). Plus, I needed to replace a slow flowing toilet and he provided me information about what is the best one to buy for my buck! I am very happy to have worked with Golden Rooter, and will keep him in mind for all my future plumbing needs.

After our heater stopped working I decided to call Complete Plumbing, based on their favorable Yelp ratings and reviews.  Ron came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me in layman's terms what the issues were.  He replaced the control board and flame sensor, gave the unit a thorough cleaning, and now the heater runs great.  I would recommend Complete Plumbing and will use them in the future if the need arises.

I noticed a water leak from my water heater on Sat night so I decided to call Chris on Sunday morning at 8:30am .  He immediately called back and came by for a quick estimate same afternoon.  He arrived with a mask on and gave me a professional advice .  Few days later ,  he came back and replaced my water heater .  Very satisfied with his workmanship.  His price is competitive.  Highly recommend him.

For background, we have a house that was built in 1955, so our waste piping was degrading, and all of the water pipe to the house and routing through the house were old galvanized pipe.  For those that do not know, waste piping will degrade after a long period of time.  Also, back then, pressure piping (hot water and cold water) was made out of galvanized steel.  If not replaced, it will eventually burst, and cause additional damage to the rest of the home.

We knew it was coming and asked for an estimate.  With previous projects, I knew that his team was meant for the job.  We asked for  the drainage piping to be replaced, pressure revised to PEX piping.  And upgrade the water heater from tank to tankless (higher efficiency).  Was also added an ice maker line and tub replacement.    

After confirmation of work (maybe on a Sunday), Federico and his team were able to start that Monday.  During this time, we found out that the pressure piping from the house to the city had to be replaced, which was a reasonable amount added.  We also had puddles of water and waste below the kitchen piping.  So we lucked out they were able to get that fixed before it got worse.  

They got the entire job done within a week!  So fast!  They provided their trash removal, and got rid of the water heater.  They also removed any exposed piping that we didn't need anymore.  The only thing that pushed it was the city wanted drawings for inspection.  We also had to wait for the piping to get inspected.  (FYI: inspection is required when getting city permits to do projects on your house, so it's standard). So the city was a minor draw back, but not too big of a deal.  

The team did an amazing job, and all the piping looks nice and great.  They only required a few holes to get the job done, but they told us beforehand.  Some side notes that makes this company better than most:  1) Federico explains exactly what you and your house needs to make it functional, and work.  2) They don't cut corners, and are completely honest.  3) very communicative.  4) always on time.  5) very efficient. 6) always professional.  

If we need more work done, we'll definitely be calling them again.  We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Overtime plumbing was quick to respond and handled a plumbing job promptly. They replaced multiple  bathroom fixtures in our home. Quality of work was excellent and they handled all clean up. Would highly recommend.

Great job well done . Didn't take very long to unplug the main line . The two young men Marcus and John did great job , clean with no mess and very polite . I truly would recommend them to anyone else in an emergency to unplug any line .

Much of their work was done inside the house.  They were extremely respectful of our home & us. Great job. Had to replace air conditioner. This involved working on the heater which is located in main entry & pathway through the house. They were very considerate at all times and they left leaving everything clean!  This is the second time we have used their service & highly recommend this company!

Today rooter champion saved the day.. seriously!! My toilet was not flushing properly, and my son was sick due to diarrhea.. you can guess where this is going.. unfortunately the toilet became clogged and I had to call for some plumbing service ASAP with my husband out of town and my mother in law on her way to stay the weekend I was panicking. Very happy with our service from Ezequiel. We had a major root issue in our restroom where it required breaking into the slab, digging 3' into the ground, and replacing all the plumbing. It seemed like a big job but Ezequiel was able to complete the job in a very timely manner AND at a reasonable cost. We were very impress with him; he was professional and courteous. He was always conscious about not leaving a mess at our home and made sure to leave our home just as it was before the job, if not cleaner. Thanks for saving our restroom and all it's plumbing!!
