What a team effort starting with my first call to your business when I spoke to Mary.  I told her my problem.  She is friendly, professional, and efficient.  I was quoted charges.  She gave me a four-hour window.  My story continues to be impressive.  I called in the afternoon to be made the latest possible appointment as I had to take my niece to the Long Beach Airport.  The next morning I spoke to Cathy to verify my changes.  I got a second call to secure a good time.  Luckily, I could be home in 10 minutes and get a wonderful appointment with Anthony and his apprentice.  I explained the problem and they got equipment to start clearing my pipes, which ultimately needed stronger equipment.  Anthony explained the new applicable charges and in a few minutes he had success.  We all had success.  Please thank Anthony for his time, knowledge and service.  Thank you for your time.

Would not recommend. Had them do a HVAC inspection for a house I was buying and while onsite, the technician not only shared the results with the seller, but also volunteered to get on a conference call with the seller and their agent, while hired by me.

First off, Fernando is amazing. He was super communicative and made sure we were fully taken care of. He was courteous, clean, and patient. I've got a really high tech furnace and he knew exactly what to do and even took the time to explain in detail what the issue was and what we needed to do to maintain the furnace. Highly recommend!

Don't believe anything they say. Good deeds are NOT for free! Actually, they can't even do their job right and they are all a total SCAM artists! I had a leak coming off my w garage and had them check it after I had heard about their infomercial on the radio. They told me I needed to repipe my whole house and that would be $30k. (Later I found out it should not be more than $15k)!!! I didn't know much at the time so I went ahead and had them do it. They told it would be done in 1 day, which was. But the city inspection needed to approve everything for them to patch up my walls (they made almost 50 holes on my wall). This was in the middle of the winter with heavy rain. They had done such a bad job (even had extra holes in places they didn't need to) and no communication between them that they failed the inspection 3 TIMES and it took months to pass it, not days like they told me. I had to call so many times to get things done that I was literally DONE with them. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would give a zero star if possible.

Spoke to the owner Sam over the phone on a Tuesday. He booked me for Friday that week between 9am-10am. At 9am a courteous specialist named Jacob showed up & quickly diagnosed my pipe hammering problems.

Estimate
Jacob explained to me in detail what was going on & what my options were. He spoke to his boss & they suggested that I actually show my estimate to the HOA before commencing the job as I had wondered if it was something they should be covering. He let me know they would be happy to re-schedule and come back if that was what I wanted.

Very professional, completely transparent about diagnosis and what my options were to get what I wanted done. I couldn't ask for more.

I have used Coast Plumbing for years and when it really counts to get your plumbing problem fixed right... call Coast. Currently I'm getting a ceramic tile shower replaced and we had a mysterious leak for years associated with this. So while the pipes were exposed I called Coast to get the new shower pipes and mixer valve set up.

John came over and this guy worked his buns off all day and was not going to leave until the project was done and water flowing.

John discovered the mystery leak was actually coming from the tub on the other side, and a simple application of silicone caulking was the cure. James the dispatcher/manager is great and seems to always squeeze me into the schedule.

Called a technician to finish an already mounted mini unit AC installation. He he came up with a quote of 1800$!!! When I asked him how many hours of work, he said 2-4 hours work (parts are neglect-able). I don't think that is reasonable, usually it is around 80$/h and not 600$/hour (if it takes him 3 hours). His manager was convinced that that is a reasonable price, so I paid the $125 estimate price and I'll move on to another company.

Reliable and honest group of people. They replaced our upstairs HVAC unit in record time - one day! Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
