Normally, I do not write reviews, but I am making an exception. I have used Complete for 3 years now.  Mike and his crew are honest and very reliable.  That is very important to me because I am a single mom. I tried calling another plumber to compare prices in the past and discovered Complete was hundreds cheaper.  Mike even went out of his way on a Sunday night to stop by when my water heater stopped working recently.  You can't get better service than that.  Mike is awesome!!!  His crew is very pleasant and professional when they come over to do their job.  Mike's wife, Lilia, is always helpful and is very nice. I will definitely continue to use their services.  I would highly recommend Complete to everyone.

We had service tech Justin come out to our house to diagnose and give us a quote for a new air duct system. He was so wonderful! He spent about an hour just to look over the whole system in the attic, inside and outside units. He was very thorough and was great at explaining what the problems were and what needed to be replaced. They offer financing which is so helpful when multiple things need to be replaced. Thanks again Justin!

I'm very pleased with the system and service. We replaced our HVAC and AC unit as well as ductwork. We chose this company after getting approx 5 quotes from others. I felt that they were honest and fair. My system included permits pulled from my City as well as a HERS test. My bill is a lot less than last year and the system runs great!

I had my air conditioning system installed by Carlos and  Alex  which  were very  professional  well  mannered  they are  an asset  to your  company. I recommend them highly .They didn't forget to make sure you understood  your  system before they left

The technician, Paul Gomez, did a fantastic job on descaling our tankless water heater.  He was on time, and was extremely helpful in explaining how this procedure works, since this was our first maintenance experience with this unit.  Service Champions will now be our go to company.

When our gas was suddenly shut off because of a leak, it turned out to be a balancing act between repairs and the gas company. NexGen went above and beyond to help get things back in working order. They covered our floors, cleaned up everything and worked around our issues.  Happy to have our gas back and working; and be safe!

I had John and Oscar install an underground gas line in my backyard.  They were extremely responsive professional and efficient.  I called John in the morning needing a rush job and they were at my place by noon with all the materials needed to do the work.  They had the gas line in the ground within a couple hours.  They also guaranteed it would pass inspection, which it did.  And they came back the next day to connect everything.

I would highly recommend John for any gas line issues, he was very knowledgeable especially in Irvine, which has different code requirements than other cities.

Buyer beware. When you get Crandall's to come out after 5 they will charge 135, even if it is 6, this will not be credited against work done, so shut your water off till the morning. Then had one of their plumbers do the work only for him to come out the next TWO days to tighten a leak from a pipe they accessed later.  Had them put in a tankless water heater two months ago, only to have them correct some items too.

Had another plumber come out to fix the leak that kept happening even after Crandalls repaired twice. Very satisfied with them.

Coast Plumbing has great employees. Our tankless water heater stopped working. I called Coast Plumbing and spoke to Juan who really showed empathy for not having hot water in our home. Technician David Hernandez came within a few  hours to diagnose the water heater and determined the heater was 14 years old and it would be best if we replaced it with a new one. We were very impressed with David's knowledge and he gave us every option to consider before we agreed to spend any money. David also helped us with prioritizing all of our plumbing future projects. David installed the new water heater in the same day and really positioned the pipes in the best place. It looks great and he did an AWESOME job. We have been using Coast Plumbing for over 10 years and have always had wonderful service. A BIG shout out to David Hernandez. Thanks again to Coast Plumbing and David for a wonderful experience.

Dial One Sonshine sent Shawn out for a routine maintenance today. Shawn was very professional and he was also conscientious about putting on shoe covers every time he entered the house. Shawn explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company as they are friendly and very easy to deal with.

We called Stephens on a Saturday morning on the hottest day of the year when our air conditioning went out. Omar came out immediately and diagnosed our problem. Through not fault of Stephens they couldn't get the part until Monday morning but he was back out by 10:30 and out A/C was up and running within 15 minutes. Allison in the office was great to work with and Omar is the best, a shining compliment to your company. Won't use anyone else from here on out. Thanks, Stephens!!!!
