I think I found my plumber. This guy is awesome! Daniel is a genuinely nice guy and with years of experience,  knows what he's doing. He doesn't price gouge, no upsells just fair pricing for outstanding work. He even called the next day to follow up. I recommend Golden Rooter 100%.

What started as a straight forward DIY bathtub spout replacement got complicated after I removed the old spout and the pipe from the wall didn't fit standard replacements sold in stores.  The old pipes were also not copper and rusting on the inside.  Joseph responded very quickly with up front estimates.  He was easily available, very punctual and done replacing/soldering in new pipes and installing new spouts in less than an hour for two showers.  Would highly recommend!

We had what we THOUGHT was just a clogged kitchen line. We decided to go with B&B plumbing because of their support and contributions to our high school's football program. After calling, They sent Joe and another person out to clear our drain. After working quite a while, they were unable to clear the stoppage with their conventional methods. Joe was VERY knowledgeable, courteous and CLEANED EVERYTHING after this initial visit. After which, he explained to us our lateral line was unable to be cleared and would have to be REPLACED - which meant cutting into the concrete foundation, digging out the old cast iron pipe and replacing it. Joe said it wasn't his place to give the estimate for the job, but gave us a ball-park figure. After the initial shock of what this could cost, I asked if it would save time AND money if I were to demo the area myself. This included tearing out the cabinetry, and removing the drywall to gain access to the area they needed to work.  He said estimates were based on hourly prices for the plumbers and anything I could do to eliminate their time would help in the cost. This was on a Thursday and Joe said they were pretty much booked on Friday. If I didn't want to be charged a premium for weekend work, it would have to wait until Monday. No kitchen sink and no bathroom sink for three days. Joe called into the office and asked what we should be billed for that days work. For the amount of time they had spent there and for what they had to do, the price was extremely fair. The big cost was coming later.

When B&B showed up on Monday, I had the cabinets removed, tile was torn up in the area and the drywall was removed from the wall. I even removed the shower anticipating they would have to do it. (Mistake).  B&B came in, cut the concrete, dug up the old pipe and had re-plumbed the whole lateral line, in just about 8 hours. There work was TOP NOTCH and even if you are not a plumber, you can tell they know what they are doing. And once again, they were VERY CLEAN. Keep in mind, they had a concrete saw cutting our foundation and had to dig up the old pipe. These guys were GREAT. I had found out later Joe, our original plumber, did not work this job. He was scheduled somewhere else. This tells me B&B knows the importance of keeping jobs CLEAN!

After completing the work that day, my wife wrote the check. After going thru the invoice,  I thought they MAY have overcharged us for the work performed. I called B&B and spoke with Brian. Brian said he actually came by the job that day, saw what needed to be done. In speaking with him later, we discussed what the workers actually performed, the amount of time his workers were on the job and what I had done to get the job ready. Brian said he would re-evaluate our invoice. Brian had contacted me later and offered a partial refund for the effort performed. We had discussed the amount and both came to an agreement. It was an odd scenario since I believe I had helped out in doing part of the demo and actually how long the workers worked on our job. In the end, I was EXTREMELY happy with the work they performed, and what wound up being the final price. I received a check from B&B within the week!!!

If you're looking for a plumbing CONTRACTOR, I would highly recommend B&B. When I say CONTRACTOR, I mean just that. They MAY not be the cheapest, but they are NOT going to advertise in craigslist either. B&B is LEGIT. Don't trust your plumbing issues with someone who rents their snake or any other equipment. Plumbing issues can turn serious, and if you own your home, you want someone who is a professional and who knows how to do the work.

Wow! These guys are great. I called them with a plumbing emergency and they were at my house in less than an hour. Price was more than reasonable for the situation at hand. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a kitchen clogged and needed a snake sunday morning. Made an appointment with Mike and he suggested that he will come bright and early on monday morning at 7am to avoid the weekend charge. Pablo came at 7am. He is very courteous, friendly, and professional. Ended up with the hydro jetting service. Let's hope the kitchen pipe will be much cleaner now after the hydro jet service.

John is a scholar and a gentleman. I called because I had a problem with my vintage 1955 Standard toilet. He gave me a free fix over the phone!  I'd highly recommend and will be sure to call again in the future.  Highly Recommended!!!

I had all of the drains under house and in walls replaced, a mainline clean out installed and main sewer line cleaned out and added sewer liner.   The mainline was cracked in several places and tree roots growing inside.  The sewer liner has a 50 year warranty.  All BigOs employees worked very hard and put in two very long days.  Very happy with the quality of work.

My over 60 year old pipes clogged up so I called Team Rooter for help. Not only did they work around my schedule, but Mike was very friendly and explained everything with before and after pictures.

The job was a complete re-pipe of my home and the price was VERY reasonable compared to others I've reviewed and investigated.
I had known this day was coming for some time so I called around and Chris was the ONLY one who gave the impression he knew what he was doing from the start.
Chris told me what his plans were from the beginning and each and every day of the work that followed. He gave me a ridiculously low price before starting and stuck to it. Considering he used copper and ABS throughout (no cheap PEX, AKA rodent candy), I still know I got a great deal.
I knew it was a big job and Chris made it look so easy. He didn't even mind if I watched.
Don't bother with the other guys, Chris is the ONLY REAL plumber I've ever known.

So I should've left a review after the first experience with these guys. I'm not really into reviewing people but when you come across a small business that is professional, communicative, and straight forward... I got to give props. Fair pricing. Good, clean work. And integrity.

They trouble shot our sewer line and installed a clean out the first time. Then installed a toilet and reseated another one that we've had issues with for years. Good attention to leaving a clean work area.
Today was a smaller job. But prompt response and again took care of things smoothly. And on a holiday weekend. I have no hesitation recommending So-Cal 1.

These boys get it done needed my toilet fixed asap and they came in 10 mins flat it was good, service was great, good response time, quick and easy fix, their value for the job and customers is astounding, and I recommend calling these guys when in need because I know I will.

I need a few supply lines replaced and Dakota came out for a free quote. He was vary knowledgeable and informative and was understanding about having to run it by the HOA and gave me a quote so I could do so. I also had a clip that I had neglected to install on my garbage disposal which had been on the to-to list forever and he installed it in 5 minutes!

George is absolutely the best .. workmanship, quality and price! He installed our alkaline water f and we couldn't be any happier. The job was done flawless from point A-Z.

I'm really happy with the job that ASAP did, and true to their name, they responded quickly.  They turned a small shower into a linen closet and cut a door into a wall so that I had easy access to the master bathroom from the side bedroom.  Todd, Anthony and Marco were all polite, cleaned up after themselves, and did a really nice job.  Yay ASAP Services!!!  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  I'm so happy to know who I can turn to when the need arises.

Rick was great at giving an honest assessment and making sure the end result was outstanding. We were told we needed to spend several thousands of dollars to repipe the house we just bought but he told us that is was completely fine and we just had to fix the leaks under the pipes. He saved us a ton of money and now we have new fixtures and absolutely no leaks. Rick really took time to explain everything and took into considering our budget and needs. My technician was Art and he was wonderful! Extremely professional and courteous, as well as helpful with all our plumbing needs. Art went above and beyond to help, and also took the extra time to clean up any mess that comes with plumbing (which most people don't help with!) Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend Art as well!

We set up water heater maintenance service. and every time we schedule service they call at the last minute to cancel. In addition, they want to schedule an appointment only if they have cancellations in their schedule. Definitely not a customer, focused business.
