A few of my colleagues in the real estate world have used Daniel. Very transparent which is great. Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Smart, polite, know what they're doing and good prices.  Every single part of the encounter was pleasant.  I highly recommend them- and they guaranty their work for 30 days.  Once you'll see their attitude and service you'll know what I mean about how unusual the experience is!

I've had these guys come out for a couple of issues and have always been fast and effective.  We had them come out about a year ago for a minor bathroom plumbing issue, and just recently to help with a broken and leaky thermostat on our water heater.  Great work and fast.  Always a pleasure and will keep using them.

I can't thank Mike and Chris enough for coming out and working on our house.  A clogged pipe ended up being a slab leak and Mike and Chris worked until it was fixed.  When crisis happens and you don't know what will happen next, it's nice to have honest people who are not trying to swindle you but want to help, do their job, and do it well.  Thanks again so much!!!!

Bigos plumbing!  Actually called them on accident based on a misunderstanding with my wife. Ended up being pleasantly surprised with their service overall. What started as a perceived snake out ended up escalating to a full blown main line clean out being installed with some cleanup work under the house.  

Came out yesterday morning ran a snake through my roof. When the clog was too hard they ended up trying through the kitchen clean out and attempted the common line as well. Then tried the bathroom and snaking through the tub, 3 hours later and a broken snake Matt had to go and get more powerful machines and to schedule a clean out to be installed. As promised, they came back in the afternoon although a touch late and worked as promised until the job was done, about 1 am! Everything is working just fine this morning and I have an upgraded process to help if I do ever have a problem in the future.  As others have commented, very happy with Matt and his crew and his ability to discuss the problems he is seeing as they are uncovered during the inspection and review process. Looking forward to getting my house back in order very quickly thanks to the Bigos team!

Team Rooter sent out the most wonderful team of drain technicians headed up by Lex, an extremely polite and communicative man. We had horribly clogged drains on our pool deck, and after a few days of intense work, scoping, hydrojetting, and replacement of pipes, we have great new drains! The team was very nice and very professional, cleaning their work area and even drainage out in the street gutter! We are extremely pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very responsive, found a good way to fix a leak without tearing up our ceiling. Professional and competent.
Went out of their way to solve an unexpected problem that came up during their work. Also gave some good advice regarding our HVAC system which we may have done at a later date.

Chris and his team were lifesavers! I had what I thought was a small draining problem in my kitchen sink that turned out to be completely disintegrated pipes under the house! Chris came up with a plan and was able to get it all fixed in less than a week! Drilling, jackhammers, and all! So thankful that he was able to figure out the problem and handle it so quickly!

SoCal1 plumbing added my water softener with 2 whole house filter and a water pressure regulator.  They also isolated a exterior hose bib so that the soft water would not be used on the sprinkler. I chose them over several of other quotes. They had the best simpliest plan. They opened up the outside stucco wall and patched them up. They opened a few holes inside which I had to patch but that was discussed. The water softener is working and I am very happy with the solution.

Our shower in the master bathroom flooded in the middle of the night.  Called quite a few places, most were answered by their dispatchers, but Diego answered for Overtime and came within 20 minutes.  The two men were very respectful, professional and explained things clearly.  Hopefully I won't have to call them at 4 AM again but would recommend their outstanding service to other people.

We have dealt with Downey Plumbing for many years now. They are always dependable and have provided the best service for us.  Joe is the owner and he has even come through to personally call/email me when I've had questions.  

I especially like Frank who I consider the most honest and dependable technician we've had all these years.  He does the plumbing for the company.  We are also pleased with other technicians who have different specialities.  

Frank and his partner Orlando placed a new faucet in our powder room today.  Looks great!!  My husband and I are very satisfied with the work. Keep up the good work!!!

Very friendly team, felt like family. Dakota came out today, very professional and super nice, he restarted the pilot to our water heater with ease when I've been trying to do it the last 3 days. I highly recommend this company.

Matt from Prodigy Plumbing replaced 2 toilets for us and he was absolutely awesome.  Very professional and timely.  Would recommend them hands down, one of the best plumbing experiences I've ever had.

Darrel who provided the service was on my Kohler shower faucet was pleasant very competent. My experience itch B&C over the years has been very comforting and reasonable.

This is our second time using Rooter Champion, the last time was a few years ago.  Steven helped us out again with his associate and they were super professional.  They had our shower drain cleared in about 15 minutes and left everything clean and tidy.  (I had been trying to clear that thing all morning.  These guys are pros.)

Also, we had the clean-out for our Kitchen sink drain hydro-jetted.  They didn't pressure us at all on this, and their price was really competitive.  Seeing all that black goo rinsed out of our drain was oddly satisfying.  The best part is that they gave us a warranty on the services.   These guys are great.  Highly recommend
