Derrick was terrific! I just bought my house a couple of months ago, and I had no clue how any part of my sprinkler setup worked. I didn't know where the timer was, where the shutoff valve was, or how any of the system worked at all. But then Derrick came to the rescue and figured everything out, made a repair to fix a leak that he found, did the blowout/winterization and taught me everything I need to know to keep the system in good working order. Now I know exactly where everything is and how it works and I feel way more confident about this part of my house. Khan and Chris were very professional and efficient assessing our broken garbage disposal and replacing it on the spot when we realized it was not worth repairing. They were also friendly to us and our dogs. Dependable, quick and fair. We will definitely call them again in the future.

I called multiple sewer line cleaning companies and Payless rooter was one of the few who answered my call and the woman who answered, Amy, was friendly and pleasant to speak with. She was actually in the middle of something and asked to call me back shortly. Once she called me back, she was able to schedule me for next day service, which most of the other companies were not able to do. She said they were not able to give me a quote over the phone but that they did not charge a service fee to come out and that the technician would give me a price when he was there that would be comparable with the quotes I had received from the other companies. My wife was home at the time the technician arrived and said that he was friendly and did good work but did talk to her quite a bit. The technician resolved the issue and the price was comparable to the other companies I had received quotes from. Overall a great experience and I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to get out to our house as quickly as they did. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and reliable company that needs this service.

We've used these guys before for a p trap installation and they were awesome, so I left a five star review on Google, and after having them scope and clean our line today, I feel compelled to leave another on this platform. Murray came out, was patient with our dogs, super professional and kind, and was in and out very efficiently. SLO's prices are very reasonable, too. They will be our go-to sewer line maintenance folks and plumbers now.

Sergey came out yesterday and unclogged our bathroom, everything was done within an hour and service was literally the best!

And i just scheduled him to come back and change our water heater. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and neighbors.

On Thursday, May 11, during the ridiculous amount of rain, my basement's sump pump failed at about 9 - 11 PM (my husband happened to be downstairs, so we saw the water flowing from a windowless wall into the room that he was in almost as it happened).

Having had a sump pump fail before in a different house, I knew what was happening immediately. I called a neighbor and we began immediately trying to fix the sump pump and to clean the [visible] water. Luckily, my sump pump came to life with just a shake of the PVC pipe. Unluckily, it truly and finally died after one last hurrah.

After doing that, and realizing that the sump pump wasn't coming back, while watching the water level rise in the reservoir, my husband immediately started going down the list of plumbers on here that service / replace sump pumps.

Thankfully Patrick was the first to respond. Not only did he make quick work replacing the sump pump, but he was friendly about it too. He had worked through the night helping other customers and I was fortunate to get him before I had any more problems.

If you have a plumbing need, you should definitely check them out. Even in the middle of the night, they'll provide service as fast as they can and for a great price.

I've had no hot water and requested a quote. Kahn reached out immediately and gave me a suggestion to try. He also came to inspect everything and we got to the bottom of the problem (poor placement of a vent in my water heater closet= frozen pipe). Part of the problem was my fault for not starting faucets dripping sooner. I will definitely contact him again in the future for plumbing help!

Efren came out to do a personal inspection for a softener and filter replacement, gave me a ballpark, and came the next week to do the job. Was done early and the job looks great. Very friendly and no-pressure (pun intended). Actually the water pressure is great!

Stavonte from Start New Plumbing was great.  He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and got the job done the same day we connected. It was really refreshing to work with this young entrepreneur and should I need further assistance with any plumbing needs, he will be the first person I call.

TCF came to our rescue this past week. They came within 2 hours of my call and quickly took care of the problem. The owner communicated with me before starting the work and let me know when everything had been completed. Will definitely call them again with any issues we have.

Tyler came out to fix our AC the same day we called on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Life saver. And he was very friendly. Took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing it, and the rationale behind Freon pricing. Recommended!

This company will majorly rip you off on pricing. I used them twice this summer. The first time was a big job so I didn't really have a gauge on if the price was fair or not, but after talking to another plumber I know now that I got ripped off. I gave them $8000 to do a job, which required them to remove the toilet in one of our bathrooms 8-10 times. The toilet became loose, and wasn't able to be tightened down. I called them again (I stupidly thought they might hook me up, since I just gave them 8k) to fix the toilet so it wouldn't wobble. Dude charged me $275 to replace one bolt on the toilet, which took him less than five minutes, and it was messed up from them taking the toilet off so many times! I also had them install a garbage disposal, which they charged $485 to do. The guy told me he was going to buy it at Home Depot so I looked up the model and it was $99. Took him ten minutes to put it in. They charged me $800 for less than 15 minutes of work. Then the next day we used the dishwasher and it wouldn't drain, because the disposal wasn't hooked up properly. So I had to have them come out AGAIN to fix it. Can't believe they didn't charge me several hundreds to fix their own mistake!
Long story short, their prices suck. Tyler and some of the other dudes who did the work were awesome- can't fault them for their company charging insane prices. Y'all could have had a lifelong customer... but when you price gouge someone who just gave you a ton of money and is asking you to fix something you broke, I'm out!

I was searching for an excellent plumber to assist me with teasing out why my dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. There are several reasons why the owner of this company, Nicholas, has received so many 5-star reviews. Nicholas's customer service is superb! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

RUN, don't walk away from this business. Our tank was potentially damaged by the person that came out to pump it, and we were not able to get a hold of the owner for 3 days. When we finally got a call back, the lender was incredibly rude and tried to defend charging without prior knowledge or notice. The fees are absolutely insane and we're added after the work was done. Also was not given a bill at the time of service and was told the owner would be in touch. The receptionist didn't have an initial record of the work when I reached out directly wondering why there had not been a bill and if additional work needed to be done. This would have zero stars if it was an option. Will be reporting to the regulatory board.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

I had a new furnace installed by Mighty Plumbing and Heating in December.
They are professional, on time, they let you know when they are on their way and who is coming.  If you are a single woman, getting a text with a picture of your technician who is on his way in his uniform shirt is comforting.  I knew exactly what to expect. The work they did in December was outstanding and I am very happy with my new furnace.  For that reason when it came time to do have a new A/C installed, of course I called Mighty PH. They came out, they were timely and the product is amazing!  I got a SEER 16 RUUD A/C and man, does it work!!  Again just like last time, my technician Jeremy DeHerrera did great work, so respectful of my home.  He is smart and capable and polite.  He does a very good job of installing the equipment and I trust him and Mighty PH to do anything plumbing or HVAC related in my home.  This was not an easy job.  I live in a condo and do not have easy access to the roof units. Jeremy though does an accurate assessment of what is needed and makes sure the job is done right.  I would recommend this company and this tech every time!!!

Honest people. Our tech was very professional and waived the estimate fee. We ended up needing a whole new water heater which was really expensive, not because of the tech per se, just that they're expensive in general.

So we didn't go through with it but still were never charged a dime by them. We ended up going the more hands on approach and used Craigslist which was very labor intensive. Was much cheaper but definitely not for everyone and risky as well.

The important thing is we would've never known we needed a new hot water heater if it weren't for Sunshine Plumbing, Heating and Air, so we are extremely grateful for their professionalism and knowledge as well as their understanding in situations like ours.
