Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Denver CO

I had originally written a long narrative review about Zack Long and Family Plumbing Services LLC.  I thought it would be helpful to include lots of details about my plumbing project (replacing a 10+ year old kitchen faucet that turned out to be a beast to remove + some supply line leaks) and Zack's plumbing expertise.  I was wrong -- so many details that the message gets lost in translation.  Here's all you need to know:  Zack Long is an extraordinary plumbing professional. He holds a Master Plumber license (the highest level achievable) and it shows. He is 101% reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and skilled.  His business ethics are rarely found today -- he cares about what the quality of his work and complete customer satisfaction.  Aside from all that, Zack is polite and personable, and really listens to questions and concerns, plus he's a really, really nice guy.   Not if, but when, I need more plumbing help, Zack is now my go-to guy.  Don't hesitate to give Zack a call for your plumbing needs, big or small.

Brent Gave me great service and installed 2 toilets in our house and solved our problems! Highly recommend this company!

We had an excellent experience with Jason. I called after hours and he immediately came over and took care of the leak from our water heater. He explained every step and clearly showed us the problem areas rather than expecting us to take his word. He was professional and efficient. We will definitely use them again for future needs.

Garvins and Josh are outstanding. Had a sewer backup, on the weekend no less. Called 2 sewer cleaning companies that said they were open on Sunday. Not one call back although I gave them each 2 hours to respond. Had to leave a message at both numbers. Finally called Garvin's and spoke to a human who promised they'd have someone out ASAP.  Josh called and got there within 45 minutes of my call. He snaked the line, finding roots, as I knew he would. Finished in about 35 minutes. I will never waste my time again. Garvin's has my loyalty now. And there is no extra charge for weekends and they give a 90 day warranty. I highly recommend Garvin's.

Highly recommend Tyler and his crew. They are professional, attentive, helpful, do EXCELLENT work and all for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Seriously, these guys are the best around.

Called them this morning with an issue. They were actually able to resolve my problem over the phone free of charge. In this day and age it's rare to have someone be so helpful when they could have stopped by and charge us. If I ever need anything in the future I'll be sure to use them!!!!! Thank you again.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Provided DIY tips that worked great (and without charging for a service visit). Could have made it complicated and talked me into paying a lot. Appreciate their honesty. Also very responsive and great communication. I'll call them again in a flash.

Awesome company and will now be the ones I turn to for plumbing needs. Contacted them with a specific need and they were great on getting a direct estimate. They also went out of the way to work around my schedule. Ronnie was a professional and preformed the work quickly and made sure to adjust the pipes to make sure that it couldnt happen as easily. Highly recommend.

I called Rooter town to unclog my drain and they sent a technician who had trouble clearing after five attempts. Rooter town immediately sent a second plumber who spent over an hour to unclog the drain. He was friendly and worked hard. When he finished he told me that there would be no charge as it took so long. I insisted on paying and he refused, saying the management forbid him from charging me. Wow, what incredible customer service!! I will only use Rooter town from this point on.

Stavonte from Start New Plumbing was great.  He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and got the job done the same day we connected. It was really refreshing to work with this young entrepreneur and should I need further assistance with any plumbing needs, he will be the first person I call.

Summit has restored  my faith in home contractor  services. I am SO VERY IMPRESSED! This company  has been incredibly professional, responsive, and did high quality  work. It is so much better than other ac work in my neighborhood. From our sales person Kabel  to Jennifer in the office and DJ and the rest of the install team we were treated so well. The workmanship of the installation was top notch. This is clearly the go-to company for ac and heating.

Sergey is true to his company's name! Speed is an understatement! We tried to install our new water heater on our own. However, there were some signs of leaking, and wanted to make sure that we had done things correctly. We sent out a request on Yelp around 8:30 pm. Sergey was the only one that responded that night. All the other companies responded the next day. He responded within 10 minutes of sending out our cry for help! He arrived at 11 for the inspection and was super knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Never employed just talked to on the phone and they were very rude. I am not a plumber but Just because I don't know doesn't mean they needed to be rude.

10/10 would recommend, lol. But really, these guys did an excellent job! Our drain pipe in our kitchen had a slow leak (that we were unaware of) and one night it just decided to turn into a big mess. David was the only person to give me a call back in a timely manner and that in itself I was appreciative of! They came out and figured everything out and quoted me along the way. No surprises! They did a great job of replacing the damaged pipe and the terrible do it yourself job under the sink that we had the pleasure of dealing with for years. Very clean and thorough the whole time too!

The guy thinks very highly of his work. $600 to replace a outside water spicket. Costed me another $500 to fix the skirting he tore up on the side where he replaced it. Then the guy tries to hit on you. Grossed me out was eating a cereal bar and throws the wrapper in my floor. Would not recommend at all. Not even a year later the piece he said he fixed, major leak. What a idiot. Never hire this person.

when it comes to the customer service they are awesome, but after the sale it just kind of disappears..
all we are doing is filing a claim and they refuse to fill out a form for the claim, then our claim adjustor informs us that they are suspicious. What do you do with that? and told us that one of the parts we paid over 500.00 for the cost was 38.09. Good god, that's a lot to take in, yet even though they know that's what is suspected, they still refuse to even talk to the HVAC tech.
Disappointing that they would treat a customer like that, but like I was told,
they just won't do that, so remember that when your making expensive decision.

The folks are barely better than con-artists. DO NOT EVER CONTRACT THEIR SERVICES.

At the beginning of COVID-19 lockdowns, our master shower/tub went out. When we finally felt comfortable bringing someone in, we called Action Appliance, who recommended these folks. We've had fine experiences with Action in the past, so their recommended plumber seemed like a guaranteed good deal. We were SO WRONG. The only prompt appointment was for our initial estimate, at which point we were told that it was a simple fix, and that a part would be in to do the work in a couple days. We were asked to pay 2/3 of the bill up front, but the man instead charged the entire total, without informing us. Then, the no-call/no-shows began. Three appointments over five days were cancelled on us AFTER the window, and only when we called to ask the status. Furthermore, each time we were informed that the part would be in soon, and another (fake) appointment was scheduled. After a week without out money or our repairs, we called and asked for a reasonable accommodation for the hassle and lies. We were informed they would only offer a small discount - approximately $100 out of nearly $1000 total work. When we informed them that was not acceptable, they then told us they would cancel the work, but would be keeping 25% for a cancellation fee! We were left with no work, and have had to appeal to our bank to attempt to have any of our money returned (they to date have not returned a penny).

Needless to say, we called another plumber, who was professional, punctual, and more than happy to get the work done in a beautiful manner.

Anywhere Rooter are frauds and crooks. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM. They are more likely to steal from you than help.
