Best Gas Line Services in Denver CO
Had a problem with our hot water heater not working. I called around a few local places, but was turned off by their overly corporate stance, or just general lack of interest in my job. I called Streamline, and spoke with a friendly and knowledgeable woman, who called up Brian (the owner) to see if he could come take a look. Within an hour he was over the house and looking in to the problem. While he advised me of the age of my heater (10+ years), he did not aggressively push a new one on me (though I know I am going to need one soon). He gave my wife and I a great overview and detailed explanation for the types of heaters that are available today for when we do decide to upgrade. He called up a local parts store, and went out to pick up a flame rod assembly. He replaced it quickly, but noticed another problem outside with my intake pipe. Once cleared up, the water heater was running again. The price was reasonable, and what I would have expected for the job. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. He gave us advice on a few other projects we asked about before he left. I would definitely use them again.

We had water pouring out of our ceiling and Family Plumbing responded quickly to help us in a stressful situation. The work was thorough and quick, thank you so much!!!

Miserable outfit with dubious manager who trains his services personnel to be dishonest. Long story short they sent someone to clean my sewer line. After about 10 minutes he demands to show me tree roots in the line, the reason why the genius was dispatched to my home In the first place. He begins a dramatic self-serving diatribe of how disastrous the situation is and tells me I need a Camera Inspection, and the cost is $350. You will see this same CON-JOB in other complaints. I said no and this parasite says let me call my boss. 5 minutes later the camera inspection is now $150. and he tells me the problem is so bad that they can do the camera inspection TONIGHT! I sent this moron away. I found a company to do a camera inspection with a video copy for my records for $125. One look at the line and the technician said Rooter Town did a terrible job, and I could see the proof. I called for a manager and this professional never returned my call. I have since written a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DON'T let this happen to YOU!

The communications I had with them were regular and clear; these guys came out to bid on a job that the scheduled plumbers (McComb Plumbing) had gone to go another job in the middle of the same project I hired Bluefrog for and never returned) bailed on. They were able to come out the same morning I touched base and the rep/plumber, Ryan, was clear and no-nonsense. The bid came quickly through email.
The price was higher than I'd hoped for; I'd been told the job would be done by a team of two and take 4-5 hours; it was only one person and it took more than 8 hours. (A second guy did come for about an hour.)
The project was to extend a gas line to allow me to get a new range and dryer. Everything got set up and running.
I'd recommend them!

Todd stopped by for exactly one hour, used none of his own parts as i had already gone to HD and bought the needed parts. Then he charged us $145 for the hour. Wow, how about giving an estimate if you plan to charge that much just for labor. I won't be calling Acorn Plumbing again.

WOW! What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Starting with my initial call and speaking to Megan. She was just wonderful, to say the least! Explained how I had a very tough situation with my mentally challenged sister in law who had a very, very stinky clogged sink/disposal that needed attention, and had been this way for literally 5 years. She was very sensitive to my situation, and was able to coordinate getting the job scheduled with just the right plumber Gabe. It was truly a miracle that Gabe was even able to enter the apartment (told them they may want to wear a hazmat suit), but it was even more amazing that my sister in law even let him in. When he called to give me his assessment, he was so positive and said everything was just fine! I wondered briefly if he was in the wrong apartment :-). Nonetheless, he installed a new disposal, checked all the pipes, and made sure everything was working. Even scrubbed her sink, which I am sure was extremely unpleasant. Will sign up for their annual contract and will call them for any future jobs. Thank you Megan and Gabe!!!

Brent answered my call for help quickly. He was courteous and efficient. I will use them again.

Worst plumber I've ever experienced. Charged $120 to come to our house to literally do nothing. Was told we would have to pay more to have him stand under the house while we flushed a toilet to see if it was leaking because it is a diagnostic fee. He was not interested in helping us- only interested in trying to sell us a new water heater. Long story short- sent him after (after having to pay $120) and called AAA plumbing who were much better.

I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

We had a leak after installing our new washer and dryer and Doyle Plumbing was able to get it fixed for us within a reasonable time frame and at a good price. Kristian B was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

We heard a leak in our crawlspace. I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and booked their earliest appointment which was a couple days out. My husband was antsy to get it looked at that day, but after an appalling quote and pushy tech from a bigger plumbing company, we decided to wait for our appointment with Independent Plumbing Solutions. Totally worth the wait! The plumber was punctual and polite, and got us all fixed up in no time. When the invoice arrived, the charge was very reasonable, and we are totally satisfied with the service.

I had contacted a company called Lion Home Svcs. to extend a gas line from under my deck to the top of my deck so we could grill for a holiday. This other company quoted $800+ dollars to do the job. I found TNT online and Ronnie came out within a couple of days and did a fantastic job. His pricing was 1/3rd of the other company. He even came back with some improved parts the next week and replaced them for free. Very happy with this company. We really got lucky to have found an ethical company with solid experience and a focus on a happy customer.

I have worked with Nick and Lilly for over 5 years with service for my bar in Lone Tree. Nick has been wonderful to work with. He is extremely professional and has always gone above and beyond with his workmanship. He's handled everything from simple clogs to more serious commercial plumbing work. His prices have always been extremely fair - and downright cheap compared to the level of service provided. He also does regular maintenance for the bar and does things behind the scenes that often I'm not even aware of. I've recommended their company to several friends and everyone has always been very happy with their work. It's a family run company (as is my own) so I'm always happy to support them. Both Nick and Lilly are extremely friendly and funny to boot!

Sorry Planet Plumbing you are not 5 star in my book.
Three old lessons relearned: don't be desperate, ask good questions, and get multiple bids.....My water heater cracked on Friday and I had guests coming for the weekend. So I am sure I was a bit desperate when found all the glowing reviews for Planet.
I called 3 plumbers and they were the first to respond. My plumber was prompt and professional and let me know that he would get the problem fixed. He gave me some basic costs and a estimate of $1550 which he led me to believe was the going rate.... When he was done I was expecting an itemized invoice but it just said cost and materials $1550. So I looked up the water heater they installed, it's about $350 bux at Home Depot, (and does not get good reviews). This, plus the pan and the permit he said I needed for $150 left me with about 900 dollars in project cost. Do Plumbers make 300 per hour?
Since there was a small leak in one of the pipes I called them back for a fix and asked that they bring an itemized receipt and was told would bring one. Unfortunately, when they came I got the we only charge by the project, flat rate?? When the nice guy who installed it came back, I asked him again and was told it was a project price 750 materials, 800 labor, and everyones favorite. I don't set the price.
Knowing it was a Sunday I expected some up charge but over 250 an hour and a heafty upcharge on parts leads me to this review. Mad at myself for not asking more questions but i hope this leads others to do so.

We had a 3:00 appointment. We were busy gardening at 1:00 when the guy who was coming called to ask if he could come at 1:30 instead of 3. We had a terrible connection and found out that they have a strange software phone system. We said we could do it, but we weren't sure he could hear us, so I finally hung up and we went inside to clean up. When he hadn't shown after 1:30, I called the office to find out where he was. I was told that their phone system wasn't working well and the guy didn't have a cell phone so he didn't know if he could come to our house at 1:30, so he went on a different job and now wouldn't be able to make it to our place until 4:00! I was livid and told him we'd been busy and filthy and came in to clean up just for him. I finally said if that's the way they did business, forget it. I hope they were doing a simple repair job. We're getting a whole new HVAC system!

This company is a rip-off. I called them to service my air condition. Once they got their foot in the door they started pushing a service plan. After they dismantled the air conditioner and hosed down the filter, they tried to convince me to replace an 8 to 10 year old system. The two young men were very nice and courteous. I am sure they were doing what they have been trained to do, which is replace not fix. I give this company a 0.

The conclusion of our experience with Anywhere Rooter is that they are a bunch of scammers that will try to rip you off, and will refuse to give you service when they can't.
We had a problem with our main drainage about 3 weeks ago, the water was backflowing into our basement. Unfortunately, we called Anywhere Rooter randomly, we didn't read any reviews or know any other plumbing companies. We were expecting a quick cleanup, however, one of their plumbers came over to our house and decided after he inspected our pipes that we have a big problem and that some tree roots were blocking our main pipe. He said the only solution to our problem was to dig out the pipes and replace them with new ones! His offer was $5500, we told him to just do a normal clean up because we can't afford to pay that much. He was very pushy and was trying to convince us to get a loan or call our bank! He refused to do a clean up saying that the floor might collapse and he doesn't want to get blamed for damages. We told him that we are done and we'll call another company, however, he charged us $133, saying that $69 were for driving to our place and $64 for replacing a pipe cap that he had to break to get his camera in. So basically we paid the guy $133 for refusing to fix our problem. The next day we asked the company to send us the video that the plumber supposedly recorded so we can send it to another company so they don't have to do another diagnosis. Anywhere rooter said that there was no video because we didn't ask their plumber to record it! We decided to just call another company to do a normal clean up which cost us only $100, plus they gave us warranty. It's been three weeks now and our drainage seems to be fine, there is no backflow anymore.
