Shopped around for a replacement hose bib and Zack had the best price.  Not only the best price, but quality work!  Zack was on time and very courteous.  I will definitely be calling Zack for my future plumbing needs!

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

Called with a leak in my bathroom. They came out next day and were able to fix the leak for a  reasonable price. Fast friendly service.

I had a terrible expetience with Rooter Town. I called them to unclog sewer line. They showed up with a 2 inch snake looked like something you buy at Home Depot
15 minutes into the job they said there was a blockage they couldnt clear. Advise me for
295.00 the could put a video camera down the line. This was my first time using them and I regret it.  My plumber was booked up so I calked them  because I had to get the line unclogged because toliet was backing up. I told them my original plumber never had a problem clearing the line. Plus the equipement they brought to clear the clog was to filmsy to do the job. They are scammers they dont want to do a simple clean out they want to try and get you to spend money for services you dont need.
Beware of this company. I  will never use them again.  Rooter Town made the clog worse. So now I need to call another emergency plumber to unclog the line.

I was remodeling my kitchen and needed a plumber to shut off the gas and water.  They gave be a very reasonable quote thus I scheduled.

The 1st day, they arrived early and quickly did the job.  On the last day, my flooring people finished early thus I called to see if they could come over earlier and they did.  In addition, I was struggling trying to get my dishwasher from the garage to the kitchen and they quickly helped and in addition, helped me level my gas stove when put in place.

They were so over-the-top helpful and pleasant!  After several bad experiences with local plumbers, I have found my favorite plumber firm!

Very convenient service!  Was easy to register and book.   The Fixer was on time and did a good job fixing my kitchen cabinet.  Nice guy and worked quickly.    Overall very satisfied with the work.   Would use them again.

These guys were awesome.  Showed up on time, and took on a pretty big job (bigger than they expected, I think) and still did it on the original budget.  Definitely recommended!

Andrew came out to fix a leak under the sink, but when he turned the valve back on, the leak did not recur.  He spent some time trying to make the leak recur, and tightened up a couple of packing bushings, but we still don't know what happened.    Intermittent problems are the worst.  Andrew is very personable.  We were grateful that he came when he said that he would, for the after hours call.

IPS was not only able to send someone within a few hours of our call to repair our kitchen sink leak (in Ft. Collins), but the technician, Kevin, dealt expertly with our challenging issue, which required cutting and reconfiguring the wacky existing plumbing. Reasonable pricing, and also great customer service from their office staff.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Andrew is great! My water heater went out over the weekend so as soon as Monday hit I called around. Andrew ended up finding a way to figure out what I needed, came over after he finished the job he was working on that day and got me back with hot water. His price was under what everyone else was quoting. I was very happy with everything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I cannot tell you what a disappointment they are. Kept lying about when they were coming ( we had a blocked sewer so) it took 3 Days!! Then after they did the job the cost changed to $425, on the radio it said $99. Now 4 weeks later our sewer is backed up again! They won't back up their own work and come out to fix it!! If I could rate them NO stars I would!

This company is a joke. Their up-front pricing model is designed to give the customer an estimate of the work to be done. Unfortunately, when they give you an absurd cost to fix your problem, and you refuse service, they are going to ask for a $49 trip charge / estimate. Up-front pricing is more like rip-off pricing. Either way, they win.

Don't bother wasting your time with the Service Manager Steve either. According to him, there are no other licensed, certified Union plumbers in Denver who do as good of a job as Steve and his crew. In his humble opinion, the only way to do the job is to pay for all new parts.

I'm not sure how they could even diagnose our issue correctly. The tech arrived on site, didn't pull anything apart or look closely at what was causing our leaky faucet. He simply pulled out his estimate binder and put some figures together.

Doesn't surprise me that these guys changed their name to Bell does everything now. I'm guessing they can't find enough plumbing work to keep themselves busy.

Set time for 12-4.  No show by 5:10 and so I called was told Oh it looks like we won't be able to get out to you today after all...  This was a Friday.  This was a sewer back-up. I am not impressed, to put it politely, and I am also  Very annoyed and disappointed.  And, in reading the other reviews, I guess I should not be surprised. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
