Best Bathtub in Denver CO

I'd give negative stars if I could for customer service and pricing.  I had a kitchen sink stopped up and called Big Apple.  The tech said there was nothing wrong with the disposal, it was just the kitchen line that needed to be snaked.  They did so, at a ridiculous price of $312.  After they left, I went to use the disposal and it wouldn't turn on.  I called the owner and explained the issue, and he simply said that it was a separate issue from the line, and that it was a coincidence.  He said if there was something wrong with the disposal than they would charge me for it.  I said there IS something wrong it doesn't seem to have power to it.  I figured out then that the tech had failed to plug the disposal back in (silly me), but the owner should have admitted that it was most likely related.  He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional.  No one should be treated like that, especially since I'd just paid them over $300. Also, they said since there was improper use of the disposal (Who doesn't put lettuce down the drain?), there was no warranty on the job they did. Yes they wore the booties, and yes they did the job, but it was a completely awful experience.  DON'T USE BIG APPLE!!

Incorrect service area listed on Yelp page.  80204 is NOT in their service area, in spite of what Yelp shows.  Wouldn't normally leave a review for this, but want to save others in my area the waste of time on trying to get a quote or communicate with them (they won't answer why 80204 is not included, but every zip code around it is).  Unfortunately due to how Yelp's get a quote feature works, this wastes one of the few businesses it will send the quote request to.

We heard a leak in our crawlspace. I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and booked their earliest appointment which was a couple days out. My husband was antsy to get it looked at that day, but after an appalling quote and pushy tech from a bigger plumbing company, we decided to wait for our appointment with Independent Plumbing Solutions. Totally worth the wait! The plumber was punctual and polite, and got us all fixed up in no time. When the invoice arrived, the charge was very reasonable, and we are totally satisfied with the service.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Justin and his team came out the same day I called. They got the heat working in our sunroom that we've had trouble with for years. They were reasonable and efficient.

Ryan was great! Help me determine that I had hard water and installed a filtration system for my home. I can already tell a difference!

We have a BBQ stub out, but wanted a professional to install the stub out line to our gas grill. Not worth the risk to play with gas!

I asked for quotes from 3 groups through Home Advisor and Yelp. TNT provided a quick quote, scheduled me the same week, and arrived on time. Not only that, but Larry also walked me through the stub out line, what he was doing, and what I should request from our builder. He went out of his way to inform and educate me, which I am so grateful for.

Going forward, TNT will be our plumbers of choice. Thanks Larry and Ronnie!

If I could give them a million stars I would!!! Last night my bathtub was backing up, so I tried unclogging it myself, not happening. I've used Planet Plumbing a long time ago but forgot their name. I started calling around this one outfit had time. The guy comes out looks around, says, have to dig up the yard I was crying so hard. I'm a single mom, I don't have that kind of money. I asked him if he could please try rooting it out? He said, no, it'll blow your pipes? And if I remove your toilet it will flood your home. I felt bullied. He said he had to finish another job and come back later. He also told me I had to shovel the snow out of my yard so they could dig. Called my Dad, he remembered Planet Plumming. I called them. The gentleman I talked to said that did not sound right at all. Called the other guy, and cancelled. DJ from Planet Plumbing came out. Was super easy, simple clog. The other guy wanted thousands!!!! To dig up my yard. Thank you DJ for being so nice and doing an amazing job. I would never ever recommend anyone else.

Summit Heating and Air is a great company , with great employees that are about the customer.
Ben Andrew's was the technician that came out to my home , to service my gas furnace and my central air conditioner. My furnace is 18 years old and needed a tune up along with the central air conditioner.
Ben took time to hear what was going on with my furnace and the issues that I am starting have with it. Ben inspected my furnace, he cleaned my fan , my a/c coils and explained to me that a certain part was going out on my  furnace and gave me the price for it . To make a long story short Ben was professional, courteous, very nice to talk to and listen to what I had  to say .
All and All my Gas furnace works like it's new again and my Central air conditioner is cooling my house better then it has in years.
Thank You Summit heating and air for such a great technician and great customer service. If I have any more issues on my a/c or heating I will for sure call SUMMIT HEATING & AIR.

Sergey did a great job removing my old toilet installing a new toilet and shutoff valve. He was the only available today and I called around other plumbers and they were busy until next week. Need to have this done because 3 teenagers use this bathroom. Job took a little over an hour.  Thanks Sergey for fast and excellent service today.

I received an Estimate from a knowledge employee, Kyle.. He provided several solutions to the problem .

Had an appointment scheduled and did not hear back until 3.5 hours after the window. Phone number went straight to voicemail and website is invalid.

My dad just moved into a new build house and three weeks into living there, all the drains in the basement stopped flowing. It was backing up the toilet, sewage flowed up the shower drain, and the sinks were clogged. Patrick came out at 8:30 pm, removed the toilet, snaked the main line, cleared the blockage, and replaced the toilet all without waking my baby who was sleeping 20 feet away.

A couple of hours after my review was posted here and on Google, I received a call from Fix It customer service. After explaining my point of view and hearing theirs (they charge by the job, not by the hour, three-year warranty, etc), we arrived at a settlement, which they followed though on.
I'm under no false impression that as a result of a call with a friendly and empowered customer service manager that the questionable business practice that I described above will now all of a sudden be fixed and no one will experience again.
I am still definitely put off by my experience. Their practice of charging by the job is perfectly fine, so long as that price is within a realm of fairness. There is no justification for paying more than $950 for a 45-minute job to replace a $200 pump. Again, I am not a plumber and had not the faintest idea what it would take to get my sump pump fixed or replaced. So, in advance of the work being done and with a nearly overflowing sump and more rain on the horizon, how was I to decide what is a fair price? I relied on the fairness and integrity of a reputed firm. I was let down this time around.
It's sad that it took a negative review to get any action on their part. As I said, I had tried numerous times to reach them before posting my review. But, I am satisfied with the settlement and applaud them for at least reaching out and making it right.

They helped us with our hot water tank when another company left us high and dry. George is amazing! Thank you for everything!

Very poor quality of service and that took them a long time to correct.  I would not use them again.
