I was having some issues with kitchen lighting and couldn't figure out why they weren't working. I was able to schedule a same day appointment with fixer. My fixer was super friendly and efficient and easily resolved the issue for me!

IPS was not only able to send someone within a few hours of our call to repair our kitchen sink leak (in Ft. Collins), but the technician, Kevin, dealt expertly with our challenging issue, which required cutting and reconfiguring the wacky existing plumbing. Reasonable pricing, and also great customer service from their office staff.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. These guys are great!  The promptly responded to our call regarding a gas leak from a faulty valve to our oven and also a slow water leak from a valve under our kitchen sink.  They gave us a very reasonable quote and performed the work right then.  In fact, while they were there, I asked about some other work (replacing the water valves under the kitchen sink and running a water line to the fridge) and they came back the next day to perform that work.  After our kitchen flooring project was done, they came back and hooked up the gas line to the oven and water line to the fridge.  We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them!

I called Planet Plumbing on a Sunday night when I discovered the main sewage line my newly purchased home was backing up.  They were able to send Mike out Monday morning. He arrived right on time.  He did seem a bit puzzled not finding any suspected tree roots.  The price was fair, and he suggested I call back if the issue returned.   It did exactly one month later.  With a phone call he came out same day, arrived right on time and re snaked my main sewer line.  They did not charge me for the second visit, and should the problem reoccur, will bring a camera out to run thru and see just what is causing the back up.  Mike is professional,  punctual, knowledgeable and I would recommend his services to other!

Our shower on our brand new RV broke and we were so bummed as we had a trip planned the next day. We called Mario Pro Service to see if it was possible to get someone to come out the same day. In no more than 45 minutes Sergey was at our place and went straight to work on our shower. He worked fast and efficiently and our shower was fixed in 30 minutes! We rarely need plumbing services but Kyle gave us a great and friendly service. They're able to come to our house within 2 hours when we called him. They were prompt, professional and did an amazing job! Highly recommended!

On Thursday, May 11, during the ridiculous amount of rain, my basement's sump pump failed at about 9 - 11 PM (my husband happened to be downstairs, so we saw the water flowing from a windowless wall into the room that he was in almost as it happened).

Having had a sump pump fail before in a different house, I knew what was happening immediately. I called a neighbor and we began immediately trying to fix the sump pump and to clean the [visible] water. Luckily, my sump pump came to life with just a shake of the PVC pipe. Unluckily, it truly and finally died after one last hurrah.

After doing that, and realizing that the sump pump wasn't coming back, while watching the water level rise in the reservoir, my husband immediately started going down the list of plumbers on here that service / replace sump pumps.

Thankfully Patrick was the first to respond. Not only did he make quick work replacing the sump pump, but he was friendly about it too. He had worked through the night helping other customers and I was fortunate to get him before I had any more problems.

If you have a plumbing need, you should definitely check them out. Even in the middle of the night, they'll provide service as fast as they can and for a great price.

I have an 18 yr old furnace and had them come out on 9/8 to do their $39 tune up and cleaning. Good price and service was OK. Took less than an hour for full cleaning and adjusting. Hmmm.  The first thing the tech said was when he fired it up was that doesn't sound good.  He also told me my blower was leaking a lot of oil and it as about to fail. He provided me photos he said would show that. I don't see any leaking oil in the photos and I checked the blower. It is spinning easily and makes no noise. If it was in as bad shape as he indicated he could have easily shown me but conveniently did not. I tried to contact fix it 24hrs 3 times since then by email, their web contact option and live chat and no one from their business will respond. I called today and talked to someone. Nice enough fellow but I didn't get the impression he was overtly concerned about the tech's behavior or poor response I received. So, bottom line decent service, questionable diagnostics and additional repair work pushed and poor follow up response. Will not be going back.

Set time for 12-4.  No show by 5:10 and so I called was told Oh it looks like we won't be able to get out to you today after all...  This was a Friday.  This was a sewer back-up. I am not impressed, to put it politely, and I am also  Very annoyed and disappointed.  And, in reading the other reviews, I guess I should not be surprised. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

We woke up this morning with NO HEAT and were very cold
