Bob has been working on my home for several months. He has been great to have around, as he is often willing to help me with projects I can't quite do on my own. To date, Bob has fixed outlets, framed out a door, patched drywall, installed flat disc LED lights, moved cabinets, taken out built-in bookshelves, tightened banisters... the list goes on. His pricing is straight forward and Bob will communicate any delays or decisions points as they come up. Highly recommend booking him for your next project!

Kyle G. was our technician and he was fantastic. He came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I requested him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew exactly what he was going to do and what the fee was for it. I will definitely have him back in the Spring to service our air conditioning unit!

I'm signed up for Fixer's monthly maintenance program and it's been great so far. I love the customer service, and especially that I can text with the concierge. I've had a few different fixers now and they've all been lovely and most importantly extremely knowledgeable, covering a broad range of issues.

Save Home Heat has been our HVAC contractor of choice for many years. We also purchased our new AC and furnace from them. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There seems to be little turnover as we often see the same heating AC and plumbing contractors for regular service. We love the routine maintenance packages that Save Home Heat offers. They are affordable. Well worth the money. The best service and technical knowledge in Boulder County.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

I originally contacted Travis based on his reviews on Yelp. a source I have come to rely upon. I only had a small job I thought, replace a bathroom type ceiling exhaust fan that was in the laundry room of the house I had just recently bought. A malfunctioning exhaust fan is an odd problem to handle because electricians don't want to deal with duct work or anything they consider HVAC and HVAC people want to work on/replace furnaces or air conditioners not exhaust fans. Through Yelp I found and contacted Travis at Handyman Plus. He made an appointment and showed up right on time. The broken exhaust fan was not actually broken it turns out, nor was the switch which seemed to do nothing. It's a type of continuous running whole house exhaust fan unlike anything I had seen before. The wall switch which appeared like it might be broken wasn't it's just the way this fan operates. Travis got me all the information I needed to look up this fan and learn how to use it.
A few weeks later I had a medicine cabinet I wanted installed in our master bathroom. As the wall area to be opened also housed the electric line to an outlet I asked Tarvis to do the installation. Again this was a small job, not the scale of work sought by many people in an up economy. Travis made an appointment, texted me when he was on his way and did an excellent job installing my cabinet; without hitting the power line or electrocuting himself. I'm really pleased with the work but more pleased overall with Travis of Handyman Plus. He is professional, thorough, capable and resourceful. I would not hesitate to call him for much larger jobs.

I have called blue sky on two separate occasions. Today with an emergency. I did not receive a call back either time. I tried texting as suggested the second time. No response.
Good bye blue sky. You must not need the work.

When I had the AC unit installed last year the service was amazing! The crew was extremely nice, professional, and helped to educate me on different aspects of the unit.
A year later and I felt I wasn't getting enough air flow through my vents so I called Cooper back up. I told them my wife was 9 months pregnant and delivering in 2 days. They sent someone out within a couple hours. They sent AC guy by the name of Jason Berg. He was amazing. He easily repaired the problem and saved my extremely pregnant wife from having to suffer in a 95 degree house. He told me what had occurred and how to prevent it in the future. Nowadays I'm not usually impressed with companies quality of work, but this company is spot on!

I want to preface this by saying Dimitri was awesome. If you do decide to use Plumbline's service request him.
Such a bad initial experience with Plumbline. I recently moved to my new house and was just preparing the furnace for winter. I had no idea the history or if anything was wrong. Just wanted regular maintenance. I chose Plumbline because I received a coupon in my move in package and they had a good BBB rating.
On the initial visit Plumbline sent out Billy. He seemed like a honest guy but look can be deceiving. Billy fired up the furnace and after a few minutes it started cycling on and off. From there he decided to tell me how low grade of a furnace I had that that they could replace it for me which I thought was in bad taste. He than opened up the furnace and said it felt hot. His initial diagnosis was the flame sensor was dirty, at the point he told me it would be $99 to clean it, which meant unscrewing 2 screws and cleaning it was steel wool and replacing. He than started to sell me on the CAP plan which if I purchased the plan, the maintenance and the cleaning of the sensor would be included in the plans $99 fee. I said yes and he than proceeded to clean the sensor. He re-fired the furnace and it was still cycling. The next diagnosis was the High Limit sensor and he said that was bad. He told me that would be $250 to replace. Again, it was 2 screws and a $20 part. I said no, I'll order it online and replace it myself. That was the end of that.
After Billy left I started doing research on my furnace. I learn that there was a self diagnostic indicator light that flashed a code on the furnace itself. It indicated the the High Limit sensor was opening. I find it very SHADY that Billy didn't check that first but rather went for the flame sensor and sold me the CAP plan.
I than order the part for $23 online and replaced it. However, that didn't fix the problem because the sensor wasn't bad and that was the problem. Fiddle around with the filters, cleaned the blower fins and figured out it truly was running hot. So I had to call Plumbline and told them my story and they apologized. I ended up talking with the HVAC manager Todd and I really didn't get the sense they he cared too much. He kept telling me how good Billy was and that there normally aren't any problems. He said he'd send out a tech to take another look at it and I told him it better not be Billy. He said no it would be Dimitri
Dimitri came out 5 days later ( yea no rush to fix the problem from Plumbline). He listen to everything that I had to say and how I came to my conclusions. Within 5 minutes he had it running like new. Yes, the furnace was truly running hot because there was too much gas/flame going. He adjusted it to the correct level and was on his way. What Dimitri did was standard maintenance. Had Billy done that, which was all I wanted, it would have saved me from buying Plumbline's CAP plan, ordering the Sensor, and time fiddling around with the machine.
All-in-all, Dimitri saved Plumbline from getting ZERO stars (if I could) for Billy's shady acts. If you can, watch the tech and know some basics about you furnace. A lesson I've learned from this experience.

I have used the Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric services offered by this company and am continually impressed at their high level of services and outstanding value.
In each and every case, their techs have always gone above and beyond the job at hand to do something extra for me, at no charge.
Their dispatch communicated effectively, so you can time your service to fit into your schedule and the techs explain fully what they are doing for you. There are no hidden fees or hocus-pocus pricing with FixIt. They're at the top of my list when I need something.

I called up this morning and stated clearly that I cannot use AAA Service UNLESS I can have someone stop by TODAY because I am going on VACATION TOMORROW. They set up a window between 2-4, and called at 2:56 p.m. saying that I was next. I then called them at 4:50 wondering where they were.
After getting dropped by the first CSR, a second CSR picked up and took down all the same information. After several minutes they got back to me to say they couldn't come today.
OH. MY. GOD. You don't (a) lead me on that you can to the work today, then (b) call me and say I am next, and then (c) leave it to ME to call almost an hour after you are supposed to be here and say you can't do it. I was crystal clear that I was going on vacation and that the ONLY reason I would be able to use AAA was IF, and ONLY IF they could do it today. Totally dishonest representation of their capability to keep their commitments, irresponsible, and not reliable in my case. I would not recommend you count on anything they say.

Received a coupon in the mail for a 19.00 AC tune up. When I called to schedule it, I told them my unit was only about 3 years old. Right away they told me that they had no spots available for the entire season. Really?? I can only guess that's because they don't want to see or tune up newer models because there won't be much of a chance of anything being wrong with them. How disappointing. I will not use them ever for anything. There's too much competition for my business.

We just had a visit from Ryan to inspect our HVAC system before winter and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional!
