Yesterday I was desperate to get someone to come to my house and fix a hot water heater issue.   Family in town for the holidays and no hot water.  Not a good situation.    
I called Legacy plumbing and the lady who I spoke with was very nice and worked me into the schedule.   She quoted me a price, which I thought was very fair.   She gave me a window of time when the guys would show up.

The gentlemen called when they were on the way, exactly when the dispatcher said they would be there.    The guys were very nice, explained the situation and had me back up and running writhing an hour.    The price was actually cheaper than the quote as my system didn't require everything the dispatcher thought it might.  

Great service, fair pricing and everyone was  so nice and accommodating!   I'd use them again in a second.

Did request via Yelp and got response quickly. Showed up exactly on time and provided reasonable estimate. I approved work and they did an outstanding job especially showcasing their expertise knowing exactly what was wrong with a shower mixing value and exterior faucet with stuck anti-siphon valve. Did work quickly, cleanly, and again with evident expertise. These are go-to folks.

Called with a problem leak under our sink and two great guys from O'Brien had the problem fixed by lunchtime. They figured out what needed to be replaced and gave a fair estimate. Polite and professional, recommend highly!
   Hope we don't need them again too soon but good to know who to call.

Fantastic experience with my first service call to my new house in Richardson. My technician walked me through my entire indoor and outdoor units (they do not bill by time) so I feel very knowledgeable about my system. Joe K. arrived on time, provided excellent customer service, and walked me through the minor repairs and upgrades he completed when finished. I plan on sticking with Rescue Air after this above and beyond experience.

Water heater went out on a Sunday evening. Matthew was the only company that reached out on a Sunday night. Had the water heater changed out by noon Monday afternoon.

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

The owner answered my request late one evening and had someone to my house first thing the next morning. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. There was another problem that was revealed a day later and they came right away and resolved the issue. Great company with great people.

Everyone with Staggs was great. From the first conversation, everyone was  quick to respond and on top of all the questions I had. Not only did they provide a competitive quote, but they did the work quickly and with quality. This project was for a bathroom remodel, so there were multiple steps between each inspection (plumbing, exhaust vents, new/multiple water lines, shower pan) and all parties at Staggs did a great job with that as well. At one point in the process something out of everyone's control happened over night, and the guys were here at the crack of dawn to fix the issue. Last point that must be said, given that it's the time of Covid - they were very respectful and courteous with regards to protecting me and themselves.

I would highly recommend and I'll be using them for future plumbing needs, too! Thanks to all that I worked with on this adventure!

All it says is how great your emergency services are and I just called and was told the earliest they could help me was TUESDAY. Seriously? I told her we can't use the toilets without the water pouring into my backyard. Very helpful. Thanks for nothing. I would not recommend calling these folks if you have an emergency.

Let me preface this with: during a pandemic, be grateful you called Dean's Plumbing because Tony was very careful to keep his distance from us, and had his mask and gloves on the whole time. He even insisted we use our own pen so we wouldn't have to touch something others have touched.

We called Dean's Plumbing this afternoon for water heater issues and they were able to send Tony out to us this same afternoon. He absolutely made us feel like he knew what he was doing, was quickly able to diagnose the problem, took some time to call around and make sure he could get the part to do the repair today, and the price was very fair. They do not charge a fee to come out and do a diagnosis and estimate, and it's a lump sum quote they give you.

Tony did a great job and we will absolutely call Dean's Plumbing and ask for him in the future when we are ready to do a replacement!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Chad, at your suggestion I sent you an email.....on January 1. I was kinda expecting a response by now.

Stan replied promptly and made time for my service when he was booked on the Saturday of Easter weekend.  Arrived on time and serviced my tank less water heater within the hour.  Loved that he made time for me when other plumbers couldn't arrive till the next week.

Mike came out and fixed everything we needed quick. Honest, affordable and efficient,  we'll be using these plumbers if we ever need to.

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

Called them about a toilet we couldn't snake on our own. Came out within the hour and took care of the problem for us. Would definitely use again!

Called at 9am and spoke with a woman who took my info and said Mike would call me back. Mike called about 2 min later and said he could be out that afternoon.  He arrived and was very informative about the issue and even recommend not having to replace some parts that would save me some money. Honest and professional gentleman. Would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.
