Pablo came and fixed my leaking toilet. He went over the price beforehand and there were no additional charges later even when things got complicated. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him to friends and family.  Pablo rocks!

Honestly, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews unless there is a problem - but these guys were great.  Devan was great at explaining the problem and options.  Definitely felt like they weren't trying to pile things onto the bill.  Kaye was awesome as well.  Praying I never need to call a plumber again- but if I do, it will be these guys.

I cannot stress enough how much I like this company. They are responsive and organized They don't charge a visit fee and will assess and think of best way to address your problem without charging you an arm and a leg. Their employees are honest, thoughtful and compassionate about your issues. I don't know where they find these people but keep up the good work! Thank you!

I wouldn't use these guys just based on how one of their technicians was driving. How big of a hurry are you in at 6:30 am? Check on the technician driving from west bound George Bush to Southbound Central on 5/3. Why would you drive like a jerk when you have the name of your company plastered all over the vehicle? Just speaks to the way the company is probably run.

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you're lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again.

My water heater decided to give up on me and I was in desperate need for repair. I contacted another plumbing company but was very frustrated from horrible customer service. I contacted Schrader Plumbing and was immediately thankful for reaching John Schrader, owner He was so friendly, easy to talk to, and understood my frustration. He made every effort to come as soon as he could, even though he had several other service calls to make. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure the job was done right; he went above and beyond. I will definitely use John as my go to plumber and recommend him to all of my friends. Best thing about them: their honesty!

I called them (Randy) and they arrived the same day to take a look at a potential slab leak in my master bathroom (under sink cabinet). I had previously been seen by a plumbing company through my home warranty however their price was very high ($2500), home warranty wouldn't cover much of it (surprise surprise) and I wanted a second opinion.

They gave me several options including concrete drilling and going through the exterior wall.

There was also a $500 location fee to start with that would help them assess where the leak was coming from and then we could determine best course of action; this would be rolled into the total cost at the end.

I agreed to the location fee and they actually found the leak to be on the back wall behind the cabinet and not under. This meant it was an easy ($500) fix and no damage or ripping out the sink cabinet! I really appreciated their honesty. If i have used the other company they could have easily just ripped out the cabinet drilled a big hole, replaced the pipe with a new pipe and then charged $2500.

Timely, pleasant, thorough and fair. We suspected we had a hot water leak, since our gas and water bills have been off the charts. We called based on their yelp rating and they came out the next day. We were late meeting them, and Brian waited politely for us to get home. He was very knowledgeable and clearly has extensive experience checking for and repairing leaks. He ran a bunch of tests and confirmed we did not have a leak, then insisted on not charging what they had already quoted us for the diagnostic.

We've had trouble finding good contractors but it's nice to know at least there is a plumber who we can rely on in the future.

Needed a plumber during the recent hard freeze due to a leak at my water meter.  Been having problems with this leak on and off since I bought the house 15 years ago.  Always fixed it myself.  This time I decided to call a plumber to get it fixed right and for good.  Called me back and said it would be a couple of days because they were slammed.  Perfectly understandable.  He called and had an opening a day earlier than promised.  Michael was polite and so professional.  Had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes and charged us just under $200.  Water back on and we are so happy!  Would definitely use them again.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! We were scheduled on Monday afternoon from 12 to 2pm.  I called him around this period, no one answered.  Then I messaged him via Yelp, no response as well.   Late afternoon, I got his message On my way! Will catch you tomorrow .    Not reliable , no response, waste time .

Water Heater went out on Monday night, Michael scheduled to come out Thursday morning but called on Tuesday to let me know his brother Jason was available Wednesday morning. Jason came out and did a great job, answered all of our random plumbing questions and finished in about 2.5 hours. On top of that, we were charged less than the original quote! Excellent pricing, nice guys, good work, I will definitely be using Pelayo in the future.

Had to cut off water at the street and take a day off work due a spraying leak somewhere under the the bathroom in my pier-and-beam house.  Usual plumbers backed up two weeks but referred me to DSP&D and they had Mike out within an hour.  Ground completely saturated under the house and pooled in the low spots... envisioned two-man crew smiling while they pumped water all morning.  But no, Mike gave me a clean and reasonable estimate, did the work himself, charged me what he'd estimated.  Can't ask for more than that.  Will definitely call them with my next issue.

They are honest, hardworking & straight forward guys who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand what the problem is.

Michael is an amazing plumber - always calls back within 15-20 minutes, is super helpful, doesn't perform unnecessary work, and charges very fair prices. He came to help us with an issue with our kitchen faucet, but gave us awesome advice on dealing with other issues and concerns around our house. He even helped us get a replacement fixture under our warranty which saved us $$$. We will only use Michael and recommend him highly!

From start to finish, nothing but excellent service.  Jason Lewis came out to quote for replacing my water heaters.  I called one day, he came out next day as promised.  His pricing was VERY FAIR compared to several other plumbers that quoted me on same.  Within a week, my heaters were efficiently replaced and I'm back in business.  Just excellent performance all around

UPDATE ** in response to Baker Bros reply, it wasn't just the pricing that was the issue (which it certainly was ridiculous tbh), but it was the fact that I scheduled for someone to come out yesterday (the night before, so WELL in advance) and never once EVER heard from someone nor did anyone come by. The lack of (or missing altogether) communication is not a way a business should conduct itself. We are experiencing some extremely hot & humid days and I have health issues that this is effected by. A SINGLE phone call, email, text, anything- would have helped tremendously to know that my house was being completely blown off that day.

I agree, you definitely missed the mark on this one, but in many ways, not just the pricing.
