Hee Prestigious has done many jobs for us over the last decade: replacing toilets, fixing leaks, replacing our water cutoff outside the house, you name it. They are always responsive, have fair prices communicated prior to starting the work, are respectful of our space, and do a great job of cleaning up after the job is done. They are our go-to plumbers!

Legacy Plumbing came out to my house and fixed issues preventing a toilet from working.  They did a great job and worked fast to get it done.  I highly recommend them.

My garbage disposal went out and was leaking, I reached out to Augerpros on Yelp and was greeted pretty timely.

They sent out a technician named Austin who was very helpful. Austin put on gloves, masks, and covers for his work boots. He was very respectful and completed the job quickly.

Overall the service was great. My gripe would be over the pricing. The cost of servicing out the garbage disposal totaled to $195.

To save money I bought my own garbage disposal at Home Depot for $109 even.

So my total costs ended up being $304.00.

I feel the service cost could be priced more competitively, but at the end of the day it is Augerpros decision and not the technician.

Had a semi emergency because of the hvac dripping thru my ceiling... the tech located the issue at the outside compressor and said the attic unit was a block of ice that needed to be melted so he started that process MEANWHILE the attic unit was throwing off tons of water while he was outside working on the compressor. If I hadn't noticed the tons of water (3 containers that I had empty every 20m!) my ceiling would had been destroyed. When I paid him (Pretty sure I was overcharged... every task cost $275 plus the$99 initial visit charge) the third page was letting me know that they were not responsible for water damage. Yeah! That was clear! Jerks

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!

I read the other Yelp reviews prior to reaching out, and they were completely accurate.  I had a wonderful experience with Schrader Plumbing! John Schrader emailed me back within about 20 minutes in response to my initial web-form inquiry at 11:30pm, which in itself was impressive.  I then got a call at 8:30am the following morning from the office, and they sent one of their plumbers (Matt, who's a rockstar) out the same day.  They sent an email and text message with a profile about Matt in advance, and followed up prior to Matt' (right on time) arrival to let me know he was on his way.  The professionalism at every level of this company was was truly exceptional. Matt installed a new shower head, tub faucet, and fixed a leak in the shower, all quickly and efficiently.. but what I was most impressed with was the extra effort he put forth in providing general advice for routine upkeep and for the future projects I have planned for my long-term home renovation.  They are my go-to Plumbing service provider from this day moving forward.  Thanks so much guys!

Had some trouble with my hot water heater and called knowing nothing. I spoke to April, who was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to get me scheduled for the time I needed, no problem.

The tech (I wish I had his name but I wasn't on site for the appointment) was very professional and was even early. He was ready to go before I could get someone out to meet him and when I let him know, he told me he would wait, no problem.

He was able to diagnose the issue and get me my hot water back, and even though I had expressed interest in possibly replacing the heater, he was honest about the prognosis and what I was looking at in the short and long term. I cannot stress how much I appreciate that. Not every service provider would pass on an opportunity to make a sale with a customer who has no idea what is going on.

I could not ask for a better experience. This is a business that gets service right.

I found Professor Plumb through Yelp by submitting a request for a quote. I was having an issue with my kitchen sink not draining.

I submitted the request at 11pm (after hours) and received a response via Yelp Messages at 7am the following morning! We discussed the issue over the phone and they were able to get someone out at 9am the same day.

The plumber that came out was on time and very respectful of my apartment. He was very quick in his assessment of the issue and went over the cost with me and the potential for additional cost if the clog was longer than 25 feet. I thought the quote for snaking the pipe was reasonable and I agreed with the quote and he started to snake the drain immediately. The work was quick and the plumber cleaned up after all the work.

I am very satisfied with Professor Plumb and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Hopefully I won't have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I will definitely call Professor Plumb.

This is the type of plumber that I try to avoid with everything I have. I was misguided by the high reviews. They were charging 3X the next plumber I hired.
I called them out for water leaking and in my downstairs ceiling. The plumber that came out said he was going to charge $359 to cut a hole in the ceiling and go from there. I was desperate for the leak to stop so agreed. Once the whole was opened the plumber kept saying how difficult it was going to be to fix it and was going to be an additional $600. Sensing BS with how difficult it was I told him NO. He then went to talk to the owner and came back with a discount of a total of $650. Still NO, I didn't want to do business with this guy. The owner called me and asked what had happened. He said he usually charges a minimum of $650 per job. Something they should have said when I originally called them. So unless you want to shell out $650 no matter what the job, pass on them.
The next plumber I called charged me less than $300 and would have been a total of $300 for the whole project.

We had them install a new shower with wand. They had to add a long bar that was part of the new shower. Michael did an outstanding job. We are now going to have them replace our hot water heaters. Absolutely outstanding service!!!!

All the five star ratings are not a joke, lie or deception.  Pelayo Plumbing is the gold standard by which every other plumber should be judged.  Both Mike and Jason have worked on my plumbing and they are always courteous, prompt, professional and more than competent.  You can not go wrong with these guys.  If you're lucky enough to live in an area where they work then this is the only company you should use for your plumbing needs.  And if you're unlucky and don't live in an area they service you might want to consider offering a bonus to try to get them to come out.  You will not be disappointed.

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

I called Michael to help fix my broken toilet after Planet Earth Plumbing came and didn't fix the issue (they fixed it but it broke again in a day). Apparently the fix from Planet Earth wasn't really a fix at all as they use cheap materials. We decided it's more cost effective in the long run to just replace my current toilet, which was a piece of crap anyway. Gotta say I'm satisfied with the installation and am super happy to see my water usage come back down to normal!

Darrell replaced a faucet box for the washer.  He did a good job at a fair price.  I recommend ABC for your plumbing needs.

We had Baker Brothers come out to fix a gas leak, they came out said it was going to cost $1800 to fix it and it would be done today. We said great and signed the paper work saying we agree to pay. Not even 30 minutes later they come back in saying they have to trench up the whole pipe because it doesnt meet code which would be an additional $1000. While they left to go get their equipment I went to the city to check on the code and was told that since we are in an existing house, Baker Brothers could not make us dig up the whole pipe to redo it. That we were being scammed. Called Baker Brothers back to talk to a manager, the receptionist asked our issue and said she would pass the message forward. The receptionist called back saying the manager was too busy to talk to us and the technicians would be out Monday to fix the problem at the original price we signed for. So not only did they try to scam us but when we asked to speak to someone higher up about it. We were not important enough to talk to. This company is nothing but scam artist looking for money. Beware.
