Glad we waited!

I found Pablo after researching on Yelp - I originally called in late December and he was courteous and up front with me that it would take 2 1/2 weeks to come out, he was scheduled 17 days out.  My issue wasn't dire critical, so I waited and was glad I did.

He confirmed his appointment time via text with me and re-confirmed the day before.  We scheduled it for 3pm and he also messaged me to let me know when he was leaving Plano (even though he showed up at 3:05 for a 3pm appointment).  He cleaned out one of my main drainpipes then removed an old filtration system without asking for anything more.  He was professional, courteous, and fair.  He had a nice invoicing system via his smartphone and even made it a point to show me his standard price list when we were doing the invoice.

This was my first time using Pablo, I got the impression from my conversation with him that he keeps some time on his schedule available and can see existing clients faster.

I didn't get a chance to use this company but I did call to get an appointment and they were very responsive, polite and up-front with the cost. Eric responded to my email and quickly fit me on the books. I resolved the issue myself so I cancelled my appointment but I will have future plumbing issues that need attention and intend to use their services.

Seriously, you found who you are looking for, no need to look any further because you will not find anyone more reasonable than everyone else, MUCH friendlier and more professional than everyone else, they do better work than everyone else. They will do a more thorough job and charge you less than everyone else. I cannot speak highly enough about Chance and his very experienced helper. Even the younger guy had 2 years experience and came from a long line of Master Plumbers. These people do their work professionally and with a smile, and they do it very well. We could not be more pleased. Special thanks to their dispatcher, Kaye, for working my 94 year old mother into their hectic schedule! You have customers for life! Thank you!

Had a water heater bust and they were the first to answer... and got both water heaters replaced next day. Super happy with their service and definitely recommend!

Tyler and Victor were great. Came in and took a look, gave me a quote and did a good job replacing valves and installing new faucet. Will definitely use them again.

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

I had several quotes to fix a gas leak in the service line from my meter to the manifold in my attic, Matt Berry from Schrader gave me an honest no-nonsense assessment of the fix at a very fair price - saving me well over a grand compared to what others would have charged me.  Within 48 hours he was back to do the job, which within that time he managed to locate the replacement line and have it shipped from the Midwest to his local supplier.  He and his helper Rodney did superb work and I have total confidence in this company as a result of the entire experience.  I have used Schrader twice now, they are an old-school, no bs outfit that does not try to up sell you on work that you do not need done.  I will not have another job done on my house if it isn't Matt or Schrader doing it.

I was really impressed with this company.  I called for service and they came out the same day.  They were down to earth and explained everything to me and what they could do to resolve my plumbing issue.  It's nice to be treated fairly and in a professional manner as well.  I had confidence in their skills and their ability to give my an honest days work.  Their prices are a flat rate, which makes it easy to budget the job.  I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues that may arise.

They were totally honest, best priced, professional, informative, and always on time. You simply cannot get a better plumber.

The dreaded scenario of, 1950's plumbing vs the home owner has happened to us. We used Dean's Plumbing to fix a huge problem, which they handled wonderfully. I know I have already rated them, but that was before they went above and beyond and I feel as though the entire team should be lifted back up again. These folks have given plumbers good names!!!!   I have used them for 4 years for different situations.  Debra is the lady who answers and schedules.  What a dear!!!   She is very good at asking the right questions, even gives me tips to help until they can come fix my problems, tries every time to schedule me and not inconvenience me with her needs.   Besides the work always being done well and timely, if she tells you that she'll try to get you in if someone cancels...... she actually calls and tries to see if I can take that time!!!!   Last week, I had a disposal and kitchen sink issue.   Called and because of Thanksgiving cooking and tons of company at people's houses, plumbing problems were popping up!!!   So I couldn't get our schedules to match.  It was going to be a few days.    Then bingo!!!!   Today, I get a call that they can come this afternoon if I'm home.... They showed up, installed a new disposal, cleared the drain, and fixed a couple of small problems ... all within about 30-45 minutes.  These guys were so nice, knowledgeable, and when I asked questions, they were so pleasant in getting me the info needed.   This is a very good, solid company!!!!

We called at 7:00 at night because our sink was clogged from potato peelings. Wes was here in 30 minutes and gone in an hour.  Super polite and professional.

Had to call ABC for an after hours call on a Sunday night when we had a major sewage backup. Steven responded and was at out house in under an hour. Due to the nature of the backup someone else needed to come out the next day. Taylor cleared us the rest of the way out Iike a boss! Both guys were professional, honest and completely transparent about the cost of the service they were providing prior to their work. Their costs were fair and they did a very good job. As far as I am concerned, they are the only plumber I will use and recommend from here on out.

We had Baker Brothers come out to fix a gas leak, they came out said it was going to cost $1800 to fix it and it would be done today. We said great and signed the paper work saying we agree to pay. Not even 30 minutes later they come back in saying they have to trench up the whole pipe because it doesnt meet code which would be an additional $1000. While they left to go get their equipment I went to the city to check on the code and was told that since we are in an existing house, Baker Brothers could not make us dig up the whole pipe to redo it. That we were being scammed. Called Baker Brothers back to talk to a manager, the receptionist asked our issue and said she would pass the message forward. The receptionist called back saying the manager was too busy to talk to us and the technicians would be out Monday to fix the problem at the original price we signed for. So not only did they try to scam us but when we asked to speak to someone higher up about it. We were not important enough to talk to. This company is nothing but scam artist looking for money. Beware.
