A very satisfying experience with Legacy Plumbing today.  Slow drains fixed in record time.  On the spot additional work requested in guest bathroom.  Johnny wore gloves and booties, completed work quickly and very professionally, cleaned up afterwards, and all for amazingly reasonable price!  Not a fan of plumbers....too many bad experiences, but Legacy Plumbing in Frisco is the definition of exception and exceptional!

I had a dishwasher air gap water overflowing problem. Auger Pros sent their team immediately after contacting. The technician Chance was able to clean the drain and fix the problem for me within 10 mins. They also honor me a discount for the service provided. Great job and great customer service. Rescue Air has been great! I had a whole new system installed over the summer. The employees are all very professional and knowledgeable. They must provide extensive customer service training for their employees because everyone is truly top notch. The system works great and our house even smells better with the air purifier they installed. I highly recommend Rescue Air!!!

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you're lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again.

I had to call Schrader Plumbing to my house twice in the last five days. My house had been vacant for two years and when I turned the water on, bad things happened. First, I noticed water coming out of my garage. That is never a good thing. One of my friends found Schrader through her neighbor recommended them to me. They were out the next day and had problem #1 fixed quickly. Because I didn't have water on, I didn't immediately notice that my water heater wasn't heating. Originally, I thought it was either a breaker or maybe the thermostat needed an adjustment. When that didn't work, I called Schrader a second time. Before they arrived the next day, my floater in the toilet sprung a leak. I called to add that to my service call. They repaired the thermostat on the water heater and replaced the floater system in my toilet. Again, quick, courteous service. I will use them again in the future!

Both toilets started to leak from the bottom. I called Stagg's and two guys, Cory and Travis were here within 1 1/2 hours. They fixed the problem and were delightful men. I had called Stagg's a couple of weeks ago to see if they would go to my moms house in Richardson, and again, they offered wonderful service. They came out the same day for her as well. She too was very happy. I will definitely use Stagg's and request Cory and Travis to come to my home.

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. Great same day service! I had different company to come and they couldn't open a clogged drain, I checked in Yelp and found Dean's Plumbing, they arrived in 2 hours and fix the problem in less then an hour. Great work, great price.

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight.  They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers.  She even took the time to walk me through the website to find the list.  I wasn't able to experience their plumbing expertise, but I'll definintely call Absolute again for any future plumbing needs!!

Very Friendly and professional, came over and provided an estimate promptly, as well as giving some great advice for my leak.

Had a stoppage in one of the bathrooms which required a clean out.  Very quick response and came out the same day.  They showed up on a Sunday ahead of time and had the issue taken care of in no time.  I can't really comment too much on the pricing as they came out on a Sunday, so I would think I probably paid a bit more.   But given the quick response time on a Sunday and uneventful work, I cannot complain. They were up front about the price before they came out and did not charge a penny more.

Mike and Jason saved Thanksgiving!  I walked into my kitchen this morning to find my sink filled with ugly brown water after doing a load of laundry.  Uh oh. This not good.  The guys were able to squeeze me in and saved the pre-Thanksgiving preparations.  They got me up and running quickly and efficiently and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Mike is the real deal, folks!

My wife and I could have hardly been more pleased with Michael Hairston. After having been gouged by a competitor to fix a gas leak, it was more than refreshing to experience first-rate service. They stayed at the task until the job was done, ensured everything was sealed correctly, and didn't make a huge mess of our front yard. And my wife and I had to do a double-take at the price. It was significantly less than the competitor and the customer service and work done was certainly superior. I'd highly recommend them anytime!

I was incredibly impressed with the service and price. Diego and Hunter were friendly, professional, and efficient. I had expected an upcharge for the installation of my toilet, since it was a little unusual. But I was only charged $175 for the installation. I have several other jobs in mind, and look forward to working with them again. I had used another plumber for some previous work, but felt the other company was overcharging. ABC definitely has their customers in mind with their extremely reasonable pricing and great service. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

We have dual water heaters in our attic installed by baker brothers with a 10  year warranty. They were installed in series putting more load on the first WH. That water heater failed and the drip pan under it leaks, causing water to leak to the first floor master.  I called to request service on a Saturday, was placed on hold then hung up on after 15 minutes.  I called back, straight to voice mail.We contacted another plumber to resolve the leak. Upon contacting Baker Brothers on Monday to seek warranty service, we were told that because we had another plumber touch them we would be responsible for all labor to repair or replace the unit. Unacceptable customer service! I'll have the company that responded finish the job.
