They did a great job!  Two of our faucets needed replacing due to corrosion and calcium buildup from hard water.  The gentlemen that came were friendly, and thorough.  Communication with set up was easy and they replied quickly.  They went above and beyond.  I highly recommend them.

Fast, honest, efficient and great work. We had hot water heater emergency and they were responsive, (water leaking from upstairs!!), fair and top quality. These guys found and offered ways for me to save money on the install, (seems like usually your quotes go up), and left me options to economize. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that's a great way to earn trust. I checked out their reputation and it was stellar, too. Their work is certified by the city, in this case, by permit, so I know it's done right.These guys are top notch and I hope they're around for a while, 'cause I'll be using them and referring to them anytime I can. Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

This business behaves like Professionals! They were on time and polite. I am pleased with the work as well. I'd give them 5 stars, but I have more work for them to do first!

We had 2 leaks under our slab and they came and rerouted the pipes in our attic!  They were reasonably priced and did a great job!  The plumbers were awesome!

I am rating them for inflexibility,  and not for quality of work.  I called them on a Tuesday and they offer me an appointment for Wednesday fro 2-4.  I said I could get out of work at 3 and asked if they could change the time window.  They said they couldn't,  so I went with it.  On Wednesday,  they call me at 12:20 saying they are on their way.  I told the receptionist that my appointment was from 2-4.  She asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I reminded her that my appointment was not at 12:20.  She finally agreed on sending the plumber at the agreed time,  but they came right at 2 knowing,  it was hard for me to be home before 3.  After I communicated they said they dispatched the plumber to another job and that they did not have anything until the next week.  It doesn't seem to me that they care much about doing business if the can't work with their clients schedules.

Stan was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry, and came out to see us the same day - days before anyone else was available. Repairs were fast, clean and courteous. Price was as quoted and very fair. Mike and his brother, Jason, did an amazing job replacing our two water heaters in the attic. Mike shared all the details of the water heater make, model and all the parts he was going to use. He is very transparent and honest. He showed up with his brother on time. Explained to me the whole process before they got started. They finished the job in less than 2 hours. Mike took his time to answer all my questions and explained to me how I could flush the water heater myself once a year. Very honest and extremely reasonably priced (cost me third of what big companies quoted to replace two water heaters). The other companies wouldn't even tell me which model water heater they were going to install. Best of it all, I didn't have to clean the floors after they left. I'd highly recommend Pelayo plumbing.

These guys were recommended to us and I'm so glad we called them. They are experienced, highly rated everywhere I looked and lived up to their reputation. Their prices were very competitive (even less than others we checked) but their work was professional and top notch. Plus, they showed up when they said they would, were polite and didn't waste any time.

Taylor and Hunter came out to fix a wobbly toilet, replace a kitchen faucet, and replace a frozen garbage disposal. Did exceptional work at price that was reasonable. Completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up rechecked their work. I will definitely hire them again when it's time for a new hot water heater.

We had a slab leak. They came right away and got the water stopped. Then talked us through the diagnostics and how the insurance folks would look at it. We elected to reroute and they did an absolutely first class job and we were back up and running in two days. Not the first time we use the Mullins team, but definitely not the last. I'm so happy to find a local plumbing team that not only does a great job but does it quick and affordable!

I have used Force Home Services for the past 11 years.  They have been amazing.  I recently had my full HVAC system replaced and went from a basic system to one that is far more technologically advanced.  I have had a few issues....but FHS has been SUPER responsive.  Specifically Travis has been AMAZING!  FHS is a terrific partner!  Highly recommended!

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Todd was on time, professional in his appearance and attitude, and did a great job. He is a little pricey, but not to the point that I beleive is unfair. The equipment he provided is high quality. When I have work done on my home; quality, etc., is more important than the price, so long as it is not unreasonable. For instance, anyone expecting two faucets to be installed for $100 is rediculous. Hell, $75 just for the service call is reasonable. Add another one to two hours to install faucets, plus whatever parts may be required, and $250 isn't unreasonable at all.

This used to be a great company but like many other reviewers,  I think it has serious management issues. We had great experiences with the workers coming to our home but the office staff and the manager (Wesley) need serious customer service training - see below
