Simply stated.   AMAZING service.  Called CTX at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon with a water heater issue.  They were here by 4:30, diagnosed the problem and repairs were completed by 7:45.  Did I mention this was on a Friday?? Fantastic service.  I have used CTX several times in the past for other rental properties, and will NEVER use anyone else.  Thanks guys.  Truly appreciate your support.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I had a technician named Derek come out. He actually looked better in person! He exhibited genuine  professionalism and mainly explained everything in detail about my soon to be outdated system. No one likes bad news but it's  nice not to feel pressured or like ur gonna get screwed. When the time comes for me to have a new unit installed, I would hope he'll be the person to do it. Having a name like Derek was hella cool too!!
