I have used Legacy Plumbing in the past when I lived in Frisco.  Loved them, but when I moved to McKinney I thought I would give a local company a shot.  Bad idea.  I am back to Legacy and appreciate their prompt service, quality of work and professionalism.  Today Steven and Tyler were at the house to flush my tankless hot water heater.  Steven took the time to explain the maintenance of this system (my first tankless) and answered my questions.  I will never call anybody else.  Legacy hires the best in the business.

The guys from Auger Plumbing did a great job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal, which were both ancient and beyond repair. $751 for both (I don't known what the average prices are as this was my first time hiring a plumber). They went to the nearest Home Depot to buy the right kind of garbage disposal for me, and including that were finished in under 2 hours. They installed a faucet I had already picked out. It's a week later and everything works great! They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves as well. Would call again.

I had a major problem, a slab leak, and wasn't sure how to handle it.  I started calling some plumbers and actually had booked 2 companies to come and take a look at my issue and tell me what they thought.  The first company that came out to me gave me a weird feeling and didn't seem to know what they were talking about or what they charged for anything.  They gave me a bad feeling.  
Then Dan O'Bryan sent over Ray.  Ray  immediately put me at ease and really seemed to know what he was talking about.  He even helped me by showing me how to relight my water heater (its gas, and I had never had to turn it off before).  
Dan and Ray told me what steps I needed to take and when I needed to contact my insurance.  
The crew that came out to my house to fix the leak was great.  They were very informative and understanding that I was also working from home while they were doing the repairs.  They showed me as much of the process as they could so I would understand what was going on and what they had to do to fix it.  
Dan called a couple of times during the process to make sure that everything was going well.  We talked quite a bit and he made me feel good about the very scary process of getting my floor jack hammered and the pipe replaced.  

I would recommend Dan O'Bryan and his team to anyone.

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you're lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again.

Busted water heater in the middle of the night.  Called early in the morning and they had someone out that morning and had the new water heater installed.  In fact we had them replace our other water heater as well.  They were kind and were willing to deal with our pickiness.  Quality work and clean up.  I've starred Schrader Plumbing in my address book.  I have a plumber from now on.

April, Jeff, and Jonathan were wonderful!! April got us put on the schedule in no time and they came to our house very quickly! Their communication was on point! I even received a text when when they were en route! Very kind, VERY professional and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. I will definitely be calling them next time I need work done at our house. Highly recommend them!!!

Professor Plumb definitely provided 5-star service!  I needed a new hot water heater and Professor Plumb came to the rescue.  He provided very prompt service at a fair price.  I wan't here during the service, but from looking at the work, it's obvious he really knows what he is doing and puts the customer first!  He also called me this evening with a follow-up call to be certain that I was happy with the work.  The cost of the job came out slightly higher than quoted, but he gave me a discount to get back to the original cost.  He also added a flood protection system with an auto-shutoff for a very fair price.  He was on time, reliable, and really took the time to do the job right.  I highly recommend Professor Plumb for any of your plumbing needs!

I have used Dean's Plumbing a couple of times for separate issues related to the bathtub plumbing in my older condo. On both instances, Dean's Plumbing resolved the issue on the first trip and were above and beyond with professionalism. We worked with Billy, and he was on time, respectful and able to resolve our issues in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price.  If you need plumbing services, I would highly recommend Dean's Plumbing - and if you work with Billy, you are in good hands.

Called Absolute Plumbing to change out a bathroom sink.  I was scheduled between 2-4 pm on a Monday afternoon.  When it was getting close to 4 and they had not arrived, I contacted the office to get an update.    They called me back and stated someone was on the way.  Within 15 minutes, he was there and completed the work in about an hour.  Very nice and professional.  Come to find out that the original plumber assigned to my job ran into problems on the job before me.  It happens, I know as a general contractor.  Since he had gotten busy and did not call in to the office, he was now late for me.  The office dispatched the owner immediately to take care of my repair.

When he was completed, I get my wallet out to pay him.  He stated, no, we were late so we will not charge you.  I was shocked.  I insisted that I pay him.  He had performed the work and I wanted to pay him. He said no again.  I told him I was going to call the office and pay.  He said they already knew and would not accept my payment.  I questioned him about it.  He stated that is not how they run their business.  They had scheduled to be at my location at a certain time and they were late.  If the customer has taken the time to schedule their time for the appointment, the company has to do give it the same priority.  He stated it was a mistake on their end.

As I stated before, I am a business manager for a general contractor.  I have worked with contractors for many years.  Never have I had a contractor provide this level of customer service.  Almost all contractors I know are late.  You are lucky if they show up on the day you have them scheduled.  Either way, if they do show up, they will still charge you.  They do not care about your time.

So, for Absolute Plumbing to provide the customer service at this level, you should at least call them first.  They warranty their work for 1 year.  Plus, I found out, they give free estimates.  Most contractors today do not give free estimates.  So, if you are in the Flower Mound area and you need a plumber, I highly recommend you give Absolute Plumbing a call first.

Mike and Jason saved Thanksgiving!  I walked into my kitchen this morning to find my sink filled with ugly brown water after doing a load of laundry.  Uh oh. This not good.  The guys were able to squeeze me in and saved the pre-Thanksgiving preparations.  They got me up and running quickly and efficiently and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Mike is the real deal, folks!

On time and installed our toilet fast and at a low.  Tyler was very professional and explained everything.

These guys were recommended to us and I'm so glad we called them. They are experienced, highly rated everywhere I looked and lived up to their reputation. Their prices were very competitive (even less than others we checked) but their work was professional and top notch. Plus, they showed up when they said they would, were polite and didn't waste any time.

Solid guy. I was unable when he came over so I had my brother work with Michael when he arrived. We had an issue with our shower fader and unable to unscrew a retainer for our stem value. He took care of it fairly easily and my brother said he was very friendly and answered all questions. I would recommend and will likely call him for future concerns.

Steven was our plumber and he was wonderful. He found and repaired 5 pipes that had burst. The damage is immense but he climbed ladders and methodically found each burst pipe. The wet Sheetrock and insulation was a huge mess but he kept working through each leak. He tried to get a restoration company to come help with the mess. I would highly recommend the company especially if Steven is your plumber.

DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES!!! On March 30 a Baker Brothers technician did an annual inspection of my a/c unit. During the visit he showed me a video that indicated there was a freon leak. However, the video he showed had the corner of the unit pried open to allow his wand to be inserted in the unit. He stated the cost of repairs would range from $1672 to $4250. We inspected the unit after the technician left, there wasn't a corner of our unit that had been pried open as all corners were sealed. It appeared the video wasn't of the unit in our attic. As Baker Brothers always does after a visit, an email was sent with the pictures taken and a video that showed the vent to my unit, but not the video that showed the leak. I requested the video that showed the leak multiple times, but each time the link that was sent I didn't have access to. I then called another company to get a second opinion. The second company didn't indicate there was a freon leak. I of course have cancelled my family membership with Baker Brothers.
