I've used O'Bryan Plumbing several times and they are always very helpful and accommodating, reasonably priced and do excellent work. Once I even had a crew that wasn't going to charge me because they weren't able to completely repair my problem in one call, although they were able to resolve the crisis. Of course, I insisted on paying the basic service charge, and they left me a quote to replace the faucet. They're good people and always my first call for plumbing.

Josh is great.  We had a big A/C unit in the back yard were we are putting in a pool.  His team moved it despite the conditions because we had a time line.  The poor guys were covered in mud but were still in great spirits.

Great service! On a Thursday evening, I had a water line bust and begin to pour water into my crawl space. I had to turn off the main water line and spoke to several plumbers for help. Staggs showed up at 8am Friday morning, while other plumbers said they would not be able to help me until Monday morning. The price was reasonable and I had water by 10am. Staggs will be my go to plumbers from now on.

After doing my research online for a different plumber in the Dallas area after already working with 2 previous plumbers on the same troublesome toilet... I decided to give Professor Plumb a call shortly after 8 am today.  I spoke to Amanda who was extremely polite and professional.  Amanda had the service team to my house by 9 am!  They inspected and gave me my free quote on site.  I moved forward with replacing my toilet.  The quote was very competitive with what I see in the market, so pricing is fair as I saw it at that point.  They left and returned promptly with my new toilet to be installed.  Installation and removal of old toilet... all done, cleanly and professionally before lunch.  The entire team was a pleasure to work with and in that made the value of their work that much better.  So nice to have a to-do list such as replacing a toilet handled in a matter of hours from my initial call for info same day.  Highly recommend these guys.  Thank you

Because of a new difficult installation it took several visits to complete the work but Deans made it work. Owners really involved and back up work. I can recommend them without hesitation

I had an emergency need for a plumber last night after hours of course. I called the ones I knew and they lacked any element of willingness to send someone out and two promised to call me when their plumber finished the job they were on. Neither called back as promised. I got a recommendation for Absolute Plumbing in Flower Mound. I called and was promised a return call shortly. I got a call back in 2 minutes. The plumber and co-owner (with his wife) Michael Le Clair came out. I am deleting all other plumbers in my contacts! He was highly professional, informative, knowledgable. The job was done with the skill of a tradesman who takes pride in his work. But there is a bonus to his character. He is an ultra-marathon runner who likes to combine his races with charity runs. He raises funds for a group that raises & trains service dogs for disabled Veterans rebuildingwarriors.com . The dogs are then given free to the Vets. He is behind this venture with a vengeance. I don't normally go out of my way to endorse businesses unless they are above and beyond the rest. If you have plumbing needs, I can't recommend Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound enough. Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Stan came out and swapped out my garbage disposal quickly and it works perfectly. Took care of a few other things as well. Definitely would recommend working with him!

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

Chris came out to fix my leak in my pipe and discovered another one after checking.  He was very professional and stayed long hours until everything was complete.  I would definitely recommend Chris!

Exceptional work and service. Michael has done two hot water heaters for me in the last year, both because of acute issues with them leaking. He is prompt to return calls and keeps commitments. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My 'go to' company for plumbing issues. He has done other work for me as well, even teaching me how to fix smaller issues.

By the far best plumbers I've dealt with. Taylor and Chris were able to come out on short notice, were on time and made their repairs efficiently. I really appreciate their honesty with me. I'll definitely be asking for them the next time I need plumbing done.
