One of our 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters failed to provide hot water one morning.  The builder's plumber that installed it evidently failed to install the 2nd CONTROLLER to the unit that wasn't working. In addition the original install was not piped properly so it could not be drained as recommended every 2 years.  Also, the company that installed the units no longer work with the builder!  I explained the no hot water situation to Legacy and they scheduled a time to come out to diagnose and gave a quote over the phone for worst case scenario if they needed to replace the 10 year old Rinnai, which seemed reasonable when calling other companies.  The day before they were to come out, the hot water RETURNED.  They came out anyway and tracked the wire from the Rinnai up through the attic but could not find where the builder's plumber should have placed the 2nd controller unit for it.  That controller would have given them the error code for them to diagnose what the problem was.  Legacy plumbers gave 3 options: order and install a controller, drain the unit but that might initiate the unit to fail since it had never been drained, or do nothing until it stops again and then replace the unit.  I opted for doing nothing.  While they were there I had them replace a leaky outdoor faucet prior to any freezes this season, which was done nicely.  Very competent and thorough, pleasant guys! Answered all my questions to my satisfaction!  Would highly recommend.

Seriously disappointed. I had scheduled services the previous week because of a gas leak. O'Bryan calls an hour before their scheduled service to reschedule for two days later. I had rearranged my work schedule to this appointment. I am very frustrated, but luckily I was able to schedule another plumber whose service appointment is actually cheaper, and is highly rated on Yelp.

They came out the next day to repair A/C.  Roman did an excellent job. On time, professional and friendly.  Really good guy.  Only thing Is Price, which is not set by Roman.  They charged Me $378 to replace 1 capacitor.  It's about a $50 part and I've had another company in the area replace it for $250, all in. So, $378 is too expensive.  But what can you do when it's 97 degrees and you need to get it done.

I had these guys come save my life when my water heater didn't work.  I also had a sink drain that was beyond me. They fixed both so fast it's not a joke. Thank you so much

I had Nicholas and his assistant work on my master shower today and am very pleased. The hot water valve in my 1960s home was original and had deteriorated to where it was no longer shutting completely, causing a constant drip. I had previously talked to a plumber who had told me they'd have to tear into my wall and redo piping to fix the leak. Nick with Staggs quickly disassembled the valve, identified the problem (a worn rubber piece), called the plumbing supply store and had it replaced and back to new within a few hours. I'm very pleased with the minimally invasive approach, the professionalism, and the prompt response to a non-emergency call (next day). From scheduling to paying, everything went really well and I never once felt like I was being up-sold or misled (which is so rare these days). I contacted Pelayo Plumbing based on the reviews here on Yelp. Mike answered and was very nice and informative. I normally do all home repaired my self but was unable to this time. I had called several national chain plumbing companies and none would give me any pricing or other info without a technician coming out for a 60 to 80 dollar service call. Mike told me exactly how much his service call would be and offered to be here in a few hours. I opted for next day service and here arrived early and completed the job in a timely manner. I would absolutely use him again if i was in a pinch.

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

Very disappointing, quoted one price for the job and then changed his price.
Was paid in full, then rescinded the permit so that another plumber would have to come in and reestablish the job.  Ended up doubling the cost of the job

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

We had water a leak behind the wall where the bathtub faucet knob is and Jonathan came out and fixed it.  He was very professional and on time and did excellent work.  I will definitely use him again.  Five Stars for sure!

Had them out to replace a water heater in Plano, probably 15 years ago.  Whole house water filtration when we moved to McKinney.  Let them know what you need and get out of the way.  Very professional and efficient!!

They offer to send a person to inspect the damage free of cost and then quote 2X. Quoted me $800 for a simple replacement- got it done for $240. Stay away!!!

Was THRILLED that you were not only able to come out the same day but your were there by 2:00 and completed shortly there after. Also took care of replacing a faucet that was not on the original complaint as well.

Called NTX Plumbing for a water leak that caused me to cut off the water to my home. NTX was out at my home the next morning and they did the job in an hour. They were kind enough to explain the cause and provide me with some tips to save me the headache again. I don't review much online, but I was compeled to this time.

We couldnt be happier with the service we have received from Texas Green.  Our Drains were backing up all the way into the bath tubs on the 2nd floor of our home.  Roger and Amber both gave their best and had their amazing technicians out to our home same day with a solution same day!  They were fair in their pricing (I thought they actually should have charged a little more) and you could tell they really knew what they were doing.  They have earned our business and I will refer them to anyone I know in need!

Very upset that we had Baker Brothers come to our home.  I paid a lot of money for them to come and clear out a toilet that was backing up in a bathtub.  Since it is happening again, I was told that there is no warranty for them to come again...  They do not back their work!!!!
