Everyone was excellent. Starting with scheduling to final service and repair. All very kind, courteous and professional. Would recommend 100%!

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. Great service from family run biz. Other plumbers I called (EcoPlumbers) used a 3rd party answering service during normal biz hours, I was going to have to wait half a day to even find out if they have any availability for the day! Discount Drains immediately provided scheduling times and the technician even text me to see if he could arrive earlier. Jared was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. Saved me money on the repair over other Plumbing services such as Waterworks. Discount Drain sent me a text to confirm and had the technicians photo and bio included. Impressive level of service.

We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies.  We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased.  Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly.  They did excellent work at a fair price.  Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

The company did a great job with our issue. It was fixed promptly and efficiently. My advice would be to pay close attention to the quote you receive and time actually worked. The billed hours were  exaggerated from actual time worked and included material pickup charge 40. trip charge 30.00 and a 2x markup on parts. These were excessive charges I felt.

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. We will be calling again the next tine we need a plumber. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Hesson Plumbing!

John & his son came to install a new water line for a new refrigerator that's being delivered soon. John was polite, clean & takes pics of all of his work. It took very little time & his charge was less than his estimate! He's also available to take electronic payment for his work, so that makes it easy as well.
    Absolutely recommend him for your next plumbing need!

I have used Amanda Plumbing multiple times and each time have had professional and efficient service. Twice my self diagnosis was more involved than was required and they did not try to upsell me but instead did the work that was needed. Prices are average for this type of work, service makes the difference.

Quick response, showed up on time and seemed to do good work. The only reason I had to take a couple of stars off the review was lack of response after the service call.  I paid in full at the time of service and was promised a receipt via email. After 3 weeks and no response, I made four requests (via email and voice mail) for the receipt before I gave up. That doesn't leave me very optimistic about any response in case there are issues with the work. Fortunately it was a relatively small job but I'd be pretty hesitant about hiring him for larger work.

Finally! I have been trying to find a plumber forever and I am happy I was referred to Cliff by another contractor. Done Right Plumbing is awesome. High recomendation.
I have been working with him on projects from unclogging drains to my sump pump waste pipe. He is very honest and reasonable with pricing.

A+ for response time and getting the work done. F for value. They charged $389 to clear a shower drain.

Tried to charge me $740 for installation of a toilet flange + wax seal ($450 for just a seal replacement. Total parts cost $30 max at a hardware store. Takes 15 min to install. Insane ripoff!   Had them out a few years for a gas line estimate. They were 4x the pice of other plumbers. Don't use this plumber for anything unless you want to pay a ridiculous price.

Not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional plumbing company I've dealt with. The owner who came by for the estimate was extremely easy-going and friendly. He walked me through the job from beginning to end, and they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling.

Horrible customer service. They  charged me 152 dollars for a free estimate and then told me they couldn't fix the issue. I tried calling them about it and they were so rude on the phone and hung up on me. They also treated me like I was stupid at my house and knew nothing just because I was a girl. Very disappointing.
