Plumbing one came out to help us in a pinch. They were knowledgeable, quick, and didn't break the bank. I highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs.

I was thrilled with Hesson plumbing from the first call about replacing my water heater. David was polite and professional. He was patient and respectful while I checked prices. They arrived on time installed the water heater, and left nothing behind. Hesson's is now in my contacts as my plumber for any future needs.

John was very quick to respond to my inquiry about two small plumbing jobs at my home.  He was even able to come complete them just two days after we spoke, which I appreciated.  He is very friendly and clearly very knowledgable. Price was a bit on the high side, but what plumbing service isn't? I would not hesitate to use his services again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Prompt, professional, friendly service. Their prices are on par with other plumbing services- not cheap but definitely fair. Let's face it- no one really wants to spend $500 on a toilet- but a toilet is pretty important so just do it and get it over with fast LOL. The great thing was their quick callback and quick scheduling- it was done fast. I was able to get my elderly mom 2 new toilets in the one week I was there visiting. Thank you Amanda.

Had an ongoing leak in our basement from a botched home repair done in years past. Mike rolled up to the house right on time and estimated the repair within minutes. He even looked at an upstairs shower we were having problems with and advised me on how I might repair it. Turns out I couldn't fix it but that's another story.
Mike dealt with me in an honest manner and did impressive work. Would highly recommend, and would use his services again. Especially to fix our upstairs shower.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I was in need of Water Shut Off for my house. I received the service of Utility and Septic Solutions. Ty went above and beyond, he's amazing. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

The prices are insane.  They won't give quotes over the phone.  I guess the thought is you'll just pay their ridiculous prices once they're in your home.  I was quoted almost $800 before my Angies List coupon for a job the technician told me would take about 90 minutes.  I had all the parts.  This was just labor. During the follow up call to see why I didn't use them the receptionist got snippy when I said they were priced too high.  I'm not sure if they rip off everyone or just single women.  It seems suspicious they won't give any estimates over the phone or an hourly rate.  Do they have different rates for different people?

I want to like them, but each time we've contacted them for service their plumbers fail to show anywhere near to on time.  And woman who answers their phones is extremely rude!

They had great customer service and they were extremely reliable. Very fast and friendly got the job done when other couldn't! I dealt with Mike he is very good a what he does and it shows. I give them two thumbs up and would recommend them over anybody great customer service!

0 stars given for Calhoun plumbing. They arrived on Friday November 5. 3 hours later than the 2-4 pm time they said they would be here. The plumber attempted to snake our sink. Did not fix the problem. The plumber said he would send pictures to the estimator and we would hear back from them the following Monday. Have called everyday since and they still were working on the estimate. Originally was told that we needed all new piping and holes would have to be cut into our floors to fix. Fast forward to today Thursday November 11. We still haven't heard from Calhoun plumbing. We called Eco Plumbers this morning. They were out within 2 hours and they FIXED the problem! We didn't need all new piping and no floors had to be cut into. DO NOT USE CALHOUN PLUMBING! They only received the 1 star so this review could be posted.

Excellent service!! Very knowledgable workers with high expertise level. One of the few plumbing companies who doesn't try to rip you off money!

charged us to snake the main line, broke the sewer line, wanted to charge for more work, we agreed, then they were no call no show.  lost money and ended up with broken pipe.  Promised several times they would be out and finish work that day, when they never showed we called and called and they never answered or returned calls.  Other reviews say no contractor license, wish we had saw that before.
