Scott at Bear Creek Plumbing is a Rock Star!!!  We clogged our kitchen sink with coffee grounds late in the evening and Bear Creek Plumbing was our solution.  We got the clogg all cleared and the wife is happy now and can relax. Scott helped me and he will be our first call for anplumbing needs!!

This company did a superb job replacing a water heater and a boiler system in my basement last year. They were friendly, professional, and highly competent. Price was reasonable. I'll be calling them for more work in the future.

Jeff replaced a dead water heater for me.  He was quick and thorough and the new water heater works great.  What impressed me most, though, was how concerned he was with doing things right.  He truly wanted me to be happy with his work, and I definitely was.

I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

I have used Greg's services a few times now, and he is fantastic. The first time, it was on the Saturday of a 3-day weekend and I couldn't even find anyone else to come out (most didn't even answer the phone!). He came out, fixed the problem with great expertise about about our radiant floor heating system, and didn't even charge an outrageous amount. He is my plumber of choice now, and he always gives great service, explains the needs well, and never talks down to me. I really appreciate him and he remains my #1 choice in plumbers!

Fantastic service!   My heater stopped working so called Comprehensive Maintenance Services early in the morning and got same day service.  Matt was right on time with scheduled appointment. He was very polite and got right to business.  He advised me of the problem about 20 minutes after arriving.  The cost for repair was less than I expected, so needless to say, I was very happy.   Overall, outstanding on all points:  price, customer service, timeliness, and  service quality.  Highly recommended.

Incredibly quick and honest service!  I have used K&A on several occasions for plumbing and gas line issues, including one emergency on a weekend.  Their work is superior and prices very fair.  Would not hesitate to recommend K&A for any plumbing or gas line needs.

This is the best, by far, plumbing company I've used. The do have the $85/hr rate, but it was incredibly fair compared to some of the free estimates that I got. The guy got here on time and did quality work. I saw the review about the hourly rate being a little inflated, so I was worried when the guy Told me the lady back on the office would send me a bill. It was higher than I thought it would have been but still [significantly]!cheaper than the free estimates. All in all, if you need a job done, call Herman's. Just plan on about 20% higher than doing the calculation yourself.

Eric did a phenomenal job! He answered my questions. He was nice and polite. He helped make sure that we were comfortable with our services. Will definitely use him again! So glad that we have hot water now for our shower! Would definitely recommend him to my friends!!

2 1/2 years ago Affordable Plumbing & Heat installed a tankless water heater for us & did a great job.  Up until our recent experience with them we were very satisfied customers.

About 2 weeks ago it quit working - still under warranty.  We called Affordable Plumbing & Heat the next morning & were told they didn't have anyone available to work on it until the next day.  When the technician arrived the next day he did some tests & determined that our flow sensor was bad - said it was crusted with scale & couldn't move freely.  He didn't have a replacement sensor, so he cleaned the scale off & got it working again.  The fee for this service call was $175.

The next afternoon the water heater quit working again. When we contacted Affordable Plumbing & Heat we were told after they got the correct part in stock we would be charged another $50 trip fee, 1 hour of labor plus about $300 for the part.  When my husband questioned the charges he was told 'You clearly don't understand the service industry.  We cannot afford to stock every part & we cannot send our technicians out for free.'  The manager didn't seem to care at all that we were being charged extra because they didn't have the correct part in stock & didn't believe my husband when he said this was only a $25 part.

At this point we found the part online for $21, it arrived 2 days later & it took my husband (NOT a plumber) 15 minutes to install it.

We are now in the market for a new company for all of our future plumbing, heating & cooling needs.  Affordable Plumbing & Heat is only good for installs of new equipment, not for any repairs!!

We have used Fountain Valley mechanical for 30 years. They replaced a furnace during a major a however for the last several years even during the pandemic their rates have increased dramatically. The average HVAC hourly wage nationally and in Colorado is $29 per hour . They recently charged us $300 to flip a switch after hours, which was I believe 4:30 for them. Make sure you get a quote befor they come out. They're not the only game in town. We're not sure if we'll use them anymore if so we're going to make sure that they're not charging a thousand percent higher than the national average.

Waited half a day for the technician to arrive, never showed up. I called to inquire and was told, the technician called in sick today, sorry about that. Second time around, scheduled for 8-12 service call. Around noon nobody had arrived, I called to find out what was going on and was told the technician was unable to buy the AC unit at Hone Depot and had to go to another Home Depot further away, and he should be at my place within the hour. Two hours go by, nothing. I called and was told the technician was unable to find the right AC unit and someone should have called me. Nobody called me. Another day of work lost. Suppose it's COVID's fault.

It took six months for Johnny's to get around to my bathroom remodel.  They ended up sub-contracting the work out.  I had difficulty getting them to return phone calls or emails.  Will not use them again.  By the time the job was done, I was unable to return extra materials to Lowes - they have a time limit on returns!  Was not happy.
