Called for an estimate which we did not get do to person installing item!
Was told of minor safety concerns in person & in write up. To only get email following day which listed other items saying installed wrong but have been inspected has passed state inspection yearly!!!! (For over 30+ years)
They have lost our business!

Update :
We wound up having our insurance company come out and they hired a forensic team results were tampering !!
Bullyseye was the only company out and was suspicious when a second person showed up.
Very unhappy and poor service!

I called and spoke with Becky and she was great on the phone and helped make an appt for next day.  My time window was 8-10am and he arrived before 8:30.  He was courteous and fixed our issues.  I will use again in the future (hopefully not too soon!).

I called the plumber for a second opinion.  I had a sewer backup issue. Jeff came out, he is the father of the owner.  Seemed to be a self proclaimed know it all.  Told me something completely different than the 1st plumber.   Since this was a insurance claim, I asked him for an estimate to send to the insurance co.   He said he would have to run a camera himself to do that.  I showed him the video I already had done the day before from the first plumber.  He said he would have to run his own camera to send an estimate.  no worries he said the insurance would cover it.  It took him another 10 days to come out and run his camera, then after that over 2 weeks to send the insurance co an estimate.  In the mean time I hired Olsen Plumbing to come out and give an est. for my insurance.  I called Bullseye NUMEROUS times to find out the status of the estimate for my insurance.  They were very disorganized and couldn't put together who I was or who did the work, etc.  Turns out the first plumber had it correct and these guys were making up stuff to fatten their wallets.  Then they called me a week later and said I owed them $165.00 for the video.  I told them the same as before, I already had a video, I needed and estimate sent 2 weeks ago, you dropped the ball so its your responsibility.  They are still telling me I owe them, and have now sent a relentless collection person out for my blood.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!  THEY ARE CROOKS, disorganized ones at that.  WORST PLUMMERS IN TOWN, NEXT TO ROTO ROOTER.

Of  course i have a major heater issue the day before I leave for vacation.  I scrambled to find a company that would answer their phone and come out to the house the same day - they did both!  They were great at communicating their schedule.

Thank you Miguel and Micheal! We had an appointment to fix a leak from our upstairs shower and they called to make sure they can come AN HOUR EARLIER than expected, which was more convenient for us. They explained the repairs they were making step by step. The job was done in 10 minutes. We've had no leaks since, thanks again!

While living in Colorado Springs I had a few encounters with BullsEye. We had them do small repairs for us and the work was good, but the price was definitely high. I do believe they price match though. Although those two small repairs went smoothly, things went extremely bad when we were selling our house. The buyers of our property used BullsEye to do a sewer scope. BullsEye came back with video they said showed an improper slope and blockage, and recommended a 5K repair. My wife and I agreed due to needing to sell the house. Once we agreed, they then said the original quote was wrong and it was actually going to be 12K. At this point we decided it was best to get a second and third opinion. When the other two companies came back with their own scopes they said there was absolutely nothing wrong, and that the original scope had been done incorrectly. This was obviously almost a catastrophic blow to my wife and my life's. Being a young couple, 12K is not something we could handle. Please if you do chose BullsEye get second opinions.

The technician arrived on time and performed the work successfully. However, I had to do a considerable amount of drywall repairs after being told I would not. I was charged $800 for two hours of work. And, when I tried to question the amount, the office staff was condescending. For being voted Best in the Springs we either need better plumbers or the Best list is merely a popularity contest. Either way, not impressed and not using them again.

Technician came out in in September. There was an issue and I needed a full service anyway, which is what I requested. Technician said it was Miller moths, charged for service. Same issue occurred several weeks later. Other technician came out and said that the first had not cleaned off the heating element. Did not charge. Several months later (moths long since gone) issue persisted. Technician brought in nitrous gas and cleaned out more moths from other areas. Nitrous had not been brought in at any point before. Had to request my manual to take apart the water heater and did not return it to me. Charged for this visit. Two weeks later I have no hot water at all. They want to schedule again (not likely). They never performed a full service (per them) and none of the technicians recorded any of the work done. Water heater is 18 months old and I have been assured by BullsEye that there is nothing wrong with the unit. Would not recommend unless you want to see your technician every six months. Maybe some people do with all the social distancing.

If I could give zero stars, I would.  Do NOT use this company.  I have been working with them trying to get work completed since September!  They make appointments and never show up during the window they assign you.  Then when you call to see if they will be showing up, they give some outlandish excuse and tell you they have to reschedule to another day that's days away.  They don't care about customer service at all and if you try to discuss and ask them nicely to care about anyone else's schedules or about completely the work, they just give you a flippant, couldn't care less attitude.  I am now in the middle of a bathroom remodel and have no working bathroom on the main level of my house and they cannot finally manage to show up and finish the job.  They don't care that other trades are being held up.  They don't care that I've had to schedule to be at home to sit around and wait for them to not show up.  The quality of the work is also suspect as the inspector came up with multiple issues months ago and they have not managed to resolve them all and close out the permit.  Save yourself the huge headache of dealing with a company that could not care any less about customer service and doing a job right.  Avoid Bullseye!!

And instead of just wasting time writing responses to people complaining about the same issues with her business over and over, this owner needs to stop and imagine a world where 80% of the time when she shows up for her own appointments with doctors, lawyers, insurance agents, dentists, massage therapists, etc, they tell her they have to reschedule and send her away and the other 20% of the time they are 2 or more hours late and make her wait.  It's not an acceptable way to run a business and other people don't do it!  But until she stops thinking the world needs to revolve around her, this business is going to abuse its customers and provide zero customer service.

On time and work done promptly and correct.  Was charged 180 for drive time which I feel is ridiculous if you want the job in the first place plus a 35 admin fee.  Wish I could have gotten a quote for that right off the bat.  The actual work was only 20 min tops and only had two drains replaced nothing in the wall all exterior and total bill was 256.  So good work but ur gonna pay 180 to get them in them in the door.  Probably gonna use someone ALOT closer in the future.  Live and learn.

If I could give them no stars I would. Purchased a home from someone and the previous owners were responsible for repairing the broken ac unit. This company helped them do a quick fix for cheap instead of actually fixing the a/c and now wants to overcharge me to replace the compressor which should have been done when they came out the first time. They are overpriced, and backpedal what they say to you when you catch them in a lie. Use someone else!

If you are a renter and property management company sends them out you will not get the truth of their findings! They do not look into the true problems with the furnace! They only do minimal to put blame on tenant! To keep being used as a vendor! Which they (Bullseye) know it was from the previous tenant!

As I only have lived at the property for less then 2 months! No possible way I
1) was not aware-knew of the filter system as the owners nor management knew of how to clean the entire filter system (which it should of been cleaned before I moved in) and

2) could not of accumulated that much dirt /debris and dead rot tents /bugs on /in a furnace or filter!

I did record the findings (him telling me what was wrong) which was totally different then what he or they put on paper!!  I had 2 other companies come out and look at the system before he was here and the findings were much different then what they put on paper! Even after - since he did not in depth look at the problems or clean the entire system as it should and needs done - he just made note on the filters!

If you are charging to clean a furnace and do a safety check would you just clean the filters or the entire assembly to make sure it is safe?? It's like doing half the work! You are not doing a safety check if you are only looking at half the problem! Right? If you clean only what is visual you are not really cleaning! You are putting a bandage on the root of the problem!

I work with Property management on the maintenance side also - I would never leave or let a company do half a.. job /work on a Furnace especially knowing the outcome of a cracked or bad Furnace /parts that has tons of rust on it! We are talking 4 filters 3 of which were completely clogged with debris/critter/dirt!

You are now putting the liability in your hands! It is a safety concern that needs to be addressed! I will make sure it is noted with Fair Housing and Court! Sometimes just saying what is needed to continue to do business with someone (because of the truth not being told or put on paper) is bad business! The safety of children is my up most concern!

I will never hire another plumber!!! Called Bulleyes after Roto-Rooter told me they wanted $14000 to repair my sewer drain(sluggiest drain only problem). Bullseye came out, gave me a couple of options and I waited a few months and then hired them to repair 6 feet of line, and install outside cleanouts for $2600. plus they left my lawn so nice my neighbors commented on it. Everyone in the company was polite, helpful, execellent customer service. Do yourself a favor and call Bullseye Plumbing you will not regret it.

Outstanding service in getting my AC working properly! In the blazing heat of summer, they were able to schedule me within a reasonable amount of time. The gal answering the phones was super nice and responsive. Jackson and Brandon, the techs, were professional and knowledgeable. They fully explained the repairs they made. I felt the charges (parts and labor) were very reasonable. I'm glad I found a good HVAC service for my Colo Springs home.

I was contacted by Heath, the CEO for Bullseye.  He was very kind and actually took the time to listen to my concerns.  He explained why some things had happened the way they did, and hoped that we would consider using them again in the future.  We actually had an appointment today for them to take a look at our furnace.  Nic was super prompt, took the time to explain what he was doing, was friendly to my cats =^_^= and apologized for my previous experience.

I've been on Yelp a long time and written a lot of reviews.  Occasionally I'll be contacted by management, but it seems like lip service.  Heath and Nic seemed genuinely concerned by what I had reported and really seemed to want to make things better.  That thoroughly impressed me and is something other business owners should take note of.  I'm pretty confident at this point that Bullseye has addressed my earlier concerns and it should be smooth sailing from now on.  That's why I'm updating my review.  Thanks guys for taking the time to hear me out.  :)

Bullseye installed a substandard water filtration system in my basement. When I complained about the grey film the water left on everything and how my skin felt sticky after showering I was told that I had a reverse osmosis system with a UV filter and when they tested my water it was pristine because  of the filter.  I saw the water reports and the numbers were even worse after the filter was installed.  Well, the Filter was just a single blue filter housing (like what they sell at Lowe's)  with a charcoal filter placed in it.  It was installed next to a scale blaster which is just a wire wrapped around a copper pipe which is supposed to flush the hard water out out.  My water heater is only 6 years old and became visibly and severely corroded where the pipes connect to the top after just a year of using bullseyes water treatment system. It had to be replaced, just hours ago.. I also had a proper water filtration system installed by a reputable plumbing company. Bullseye is a dishonest, incompetent company.  They cost me a lot of money. Bullseye is BULLSHI.....

I wish I could give a review of their work, but they never showed. I set an appointment days ago. I waited on my day off, and confirmed the appointment, the person on the phone said the tech was about to leave the shop. Waited. Called again after my appt window had elapsed. Now the tech is having car problems and hasn't made it to work yet. Utt ohh. Fibbers. But at least the person on the phone gave me the option of waiting all day for the tech to maybe show up.
So, I give them 2 stars rather than 1 because there was one lady that I spoke to a couple of times that was very nice and considerate. She was helpful and very polite. Other than that, there is nothing to review.

Their accolades are well earned! After using a subpar local plumber, who flooded a portion of our house twice, we called Bullseye.

They sent a fellow named Troy, who was prompt, courteous, and professional. He knew exactly what part we needed, and had the job wrapped up in less than an hour.

He noticed my veteran hat, thanked me for my service and offered us a military discount on the work. What else can one say? An amazing company! Thank you!

BullsEye diagnosed my furnace in needing a blower motor. I was then told it would take a week to get the part from Houston TX. I then checked in Denver and found three HVAC part stores that had the part in stock. After calling BullsEye back and notified them that the part was in Denver they refused to get it the same day or next day? I even offered to drive there and get it myself. Why would any business expect a homeowner to go with out heat for a week. I found the service technician to be short with the situation and not care. We will not be calling them for service again.

The audacity of these people, can't believe it.  First, they scheduled us for a 4-6 apt time.  That was fine, but then they called and said, hey, the guys in the area, he can be there in 20 minutes.  Awesome!  An hour later my wife calls and they said, well, you're next. Another hour later, still no show and no call, so due to other commitments, we called and asked them to honor the original time.  5pm rolls around and they cancel us because their truck broke down.  Rescheduled two days later first thing in the morning.  Too much snow for them to make it out that day.  Ughhhh.  Then they reschedule for Thursday between 4-6.  At 635, they finally showed up, no call saying they were running late.  Nice guy, determined the problem quickly and said it's the schedulers fault they were late and that they over schedule them everyday.  Turned out I needed a new boiler.  Well, a few months earlier, we knew the boiler was on its last leg, so we got a bid for a new boiler so we could budget for it.  We handed the guy the written estimate and he said he'd take it to his boss and show him and that we'd be his top priority on Friday and we'd get a call first thing.  At 1pm we called and they said they were putting together a proposal and would get back to us shortly.  Seeing the weekend looming and single digit temps coming, I called at 230.  I voiced my displeasure to the lady on the phone and she put me on hold while I was talking to her.  Then another lady, Becky, gets on the phone and tells me that had she known I was supposed to get a call first thing in the morning, she would've called me.  No sorry, just excuses.  Then I tell her I have a written estimate from a few months earlier and she told me they only offer their estimates for 30 days.  So now, even though I'm the #1 priority, they tell me they have no control over how long it's takes their parts vendors to get back to them.  I told them it's simple, I have a written estimate, either honor that or I'm gone.  She said good-bye.  Honestly, how do people stay in business?  Now my four young children, my mother in law and my wife and I have to endure single degree temps at least through the weekend with no heat.  Now I have to scramble and find someone who can come out and give us a bid for a boiler.  Had they simply showed up on Monday, at least I would have found out before the frigid weekend and could have hired someone competent to do the job.  When their own employees bad month the front office staff, you know the company has issues.  Stay away from these guys.

Very poor service. I waited for 3 hours for the plumber to show up. When he finally did, he didn't have the tools necessary to complete the job. He tried to make it right by offering a $50 discount if we agreed to do the job on Monday. We appreciated the gesture. We reluctantly agreed. Monday came and I received a call that the technician would arrive outside the scheduled window again. Rather than wait for 3 more hours, I cancelled the appointment. While the people I interacted with were professional and courteous, I never got my simple servicing issue taken care of. All total, I wasted several hours for nothing. I won't use them again.

This was an unusual experience for us.  BullsEye Plumbing was hired to check the sewer line in our four-plex.  When we discovered that they had to pull the toilet to perform the video, we were somewhat apprehensive.  Two people (Jeff & Mike) showed up well within the projected time frame.  They assured me that they have done this many times without problems.   I have three observations:  (1)  Both men were extremely professional and completely understood our concerns.  (2) The plumbers were very efficient; and the whole process couldn't have taken longer than 30 minutes. (3) Everything was put back as they found it, and left in good condition.
I know that an occasional toilet install will leak, but so far so good.

This was the first time that I have seen this procedure, and it appeared to go smoothly.   (It's kind of like a colonoscopy of your sewer system.)  It was also the first time we have done any business with BullsEye Plumbing.  Based on this positive experience: the company gets a strong recommendation.
Incidentally,  Jeff informs me that the video of the sewer line will be on YouTube in a couple of days.  I seriously doubt it will go viral.

Great company! Really good customer service from the time I made the appt, to the tech that came out & the owner. They recently went live w/ a new software program for their techs & somehow I was charged $230 for $110 job. The owner called me right away to apologize for the mistake & make things right. Very nice gentleman gave me a thorough explanation of what went wrong & is refunding me the difference. Now the furnace is up & running & I have a 30 day warranty! Well done.

This is my updated review because they told me that if I didn't take my old review down they would sue me. I informed them that it was my experience and OPINION, but, the owner insisted that I take my review down or they would sue me for libel and when I said I was entitled to my opinion, I was told I was wrong, so here's a much more brief updated review than I had posted previously:  I had issues with the way Bullseye Plumbing handled myself, and my insurance.  And, bottom line, when everything was said and done, I believe they lied and they definitely mistreated me, in the process of resolving the issue. The fact is they were completely unwilling to resolve the issue. They were quick to tell me they are a great company, but, if the abusive manner in which they treated me is their idea of customer service, I am down right shocked that they have any business! I have worked with many individual small as well as large commercial firms, and have NEVER been treated as poorly as they treated me. I suggest, after my terrible experience with them that if you do choose to hire them, be VERY CAREFUL and verify everything you're told. I was given the impression that they've had other such issues because they were quick to tell me that they recorded my discussions. And, they record everything via paper, as well as your actual conversations...at least, that's what I was told when they were so concerned about proving me wrong and being abusive instead of working things out, and cultivating a long term client, and possible others. That WAS WHAT HAPPENED. I would definitely NOT recommend them, but, if you do for some reason choose to work, with them, you might want to be extra careful to keep these things in mind.

Great all around!  It's springtime in Colorado Springs and we turned on the back outside faucet and discovered a pipe had burst over the winter.  BullsEye Technician Troy was right on time for the appointment and was friendly and quickly worked to replace the damaged faucet.  This was the second time using BullsEye, we had the exact same issue from the front faucet last year.  So now I can add Consistently great service to the accolades!

Called BullsEye Plumbing again, this time for a very minor issue.  I was not able to release the quick connect for my Kitchen sink faucet hose.  I tried, but I just could not get it to release.  Troy showed up and it took him about 5 minutes to replace the faucet sprayer hose.  I know I had to pay the service call fee, so I was NOT unhappy at all.  All the parts I had were replacements sent to me by MOEN....Troy even told me how to get rid of the calcium buildup on the sprayer...These guys are great...

I called Bulls Eye Plumbing from their ad in the phone book (not my usual habit), and I'm glad I did.  From the first helpful phone call with Renee, to the service on my air conditioner from Nic, I was duly impressed!  Their service was friendly, timely, and affordable.  Nic had me come to the unit, explained the problem to me, fixed it, showed me what he had done and double checked it again before leaving.  I highly recommend this company!

I will never do business again with Bullseye Plumbing and I recommend that no one else darken their door. They are dishonest and nasty. The technician was fine. It's their front office that's the problem, specifically one man named H.

When they had completed the job, which cost an exorbitant amount (nearly $3,000 to install a simple water pressure pump) I asked about the warranty. The technician told me to go to the web site of the manufacturer. When I went to the web site they said that the receipt would be all that is required in case of a need for the warranty.

The problem was that Bullseye employs a dishonest method of billing that only gives the amount of the job with no breakdown of parts and labor. I have never heard of a company doing this, but this man in the front office claims that they save taxes by doing this. It sounds very fishy to me. I requested an invoice that included the parts and labor so I could have it for the warranty.

They initially refused to provide it. After much abusive back and forth emails with multiple threats by this horrible man they provided an email with the part on an attachment. With all of the back and forth emails all archived into one file with GMail I missed that attachment. When I went to their invoice linked to their website the invoice was empty except for the amount of the bill. The next day I felt my only recourse to get them to provide a suitable receipt so I could claim the warranty for the pump was to stop payment on my check. Ultimately I found the attachment after many abusive emails from their horrible front office and paid them in full later that day with a credit card.

Stay far away from them.

I see that Bullseye replies with lies. They DID NOT provide the part on the invoice until I requested it multiple times and threatened to stop payment on the check. They pursue a questionable business practice of simply providing the total bill without breaking down labor and parts. And the slurs about my age (67) and lack of computer skills don't cut it. I have an BS in Computer Science, 35 years of work in computers and communications, three master's degrees and speak six languages. I will not grace them with any further comments.

Bullseye is awesome!  Had a major issue with my furnace and they had someone to our house in less than 8 Hours to check it out.   When they found the problem and could not get the part right away, Steve the amazing technician, was kind enough to get us space heaters to use until the parts could come in.  Thanks Bullseye!

I must've called 10-15 companies on a Wednesday, most of of my phone calls where answered by grumpy old man telling me they couldn't help me until next week. I had a gas leak and I needed help fast. I called Bullseye and they made me an appointment for that Friday. The reason
I chose them was because of the friendly receptionist and the way cheaper price from all the places I called. When the technician arrived, again she was extremely helpful, friendly and very honest. It took her 15 minutes to find and fix the gas leak. I recommend. Bullseye 100% and I will definitely use them again.

Our hot water heater blew out last night - water leaking out the side.  We called bulls eye - they said they could have someone over this morning.  Mike came first thing in the morning on a Saturday and installed a new 50 gallon water heater and honored the sale price online.  He also explained the lifetime warranty if we have them service the water heater once a year.  Thanks Bulls Eye and thanks Mike for getting us up and running quickly!

Waited half a day for the technician to arrive, never showed up. I called to inquire and was told, the technician called in sick today, sorry about that. Second time around, scheduled for 8-12 service call. Around noon nobody had arrived, I called to find out what was going on and was told the technician was unable to buy the AC unit at Hone Depot and had to go to another Home Depot further away, and he should be at my place within the hour. Two hours go by, nothing. I called and was told the technician was unable to find the right AC unit and someone should have called me. Nobody called me. Another day of work lost. Suppose it's COVID's fault.

Be careful.

They did some work on a property that I was purchasing and did it wrong, in both units, I had to make several appointments with them and the building department to try and resolve the problem and then set up an appointment and they stood me up.

Overall I felt like they don't care about the customer and the technicians are not skilled enough to do a job right the first time.

I would not recommend this company.

Whatever you do if you're ever looking for a plumber never go with bullseye plumbing. Had a plumber come from their company and turn around and walk out after looking at my sink and didn't bother to tell me anything. He called my father in law and told him it was too gross under the cabinet for him and he won't do it.The guy's name was Cecil and he was downright rude and unprofessional. Will never use Bullseye plumbing again. So I called a plumber I have used before and he told me he would do it for $85 to replace the pipes from the sink to the wall.

Run away from this company! Poor follow up...I had to chase them down for estimates and answers...and they tried a bait and switch on me with manufacturers! Never even bothered to call me? Why cant we find a decent half split installer locally?! They overcharge and underserve! Moving on...

As you can see there was a reply and you used the only email I sent after I requested an updated estimate. To be VERY clear you never followed up on the estimate or any of the informational changes I requested. I had to call YOUR company to get my estimate which I was told would be there the day of....didnt happen. Then you changed manufacturers and slipped it in the estimate without informing me. Then when I called you out on the manufacturer switch you raised the price significantly! Please get the facts straight and if you want to use an email I sent don't try and twist the facts. Im done with contractors treating their customers like garbage and getting away with it. NO MORE!

Had a drain in the basement utility room that was draining slowly.  Called Bullseye and Ruben showed up the same day.  Excellent prompt  professional service.  My only complaint is that Bullseye charges a B.S. $35 administrative service fee on top of the service charge.

Company overhead charges should not be tacked onto a routine service call.

Professional, responsive, honest and reliable. They didn't try to sell me services or equipment that wasn't needed. The communication was great and the technician arrived early!

I got a call from Heath yesterday.  He seemed a little unhappy with my review.  So I am going to revise it to just the quality of the work.  The last minute service the company is fast and reliable.  The quality of their work is very good.  I had my inspection yesterday and I passed with out a hitch.  Their pricing could be a little better, but if you value quality they are a fine company.  I would use them again.

My experience with BullsEye was fantastic and there's a short story to explain how they completely earned the FIVE stars I gave.
Tech came out to replace a leaking water heater in the crawlspace of my basement after they special ordered my 50gal low boy short and wide heater. They said it would take all day and require 2 techs so I was prepared for the 7 hours they ended up being there. I was sad to come home to find pretty large dirt tracks on doors/walls and some scratches and chips on a few door jams, as well as some wet carpet. I am a clean person and the whole house had just been painted and re-carpeted so I was upset. I sent pics and an email to them wanting to see what the response would be and they blew me away with fantastic customer service!

The next day the GENERAL MANAGER Nic came to my house to personally clean up the dirt and mess and told me what happened after speaking to the techs and service manager. The unit they removed was very dirty and wet and although they bagged it and tried everything to be careful, the unit itself barely fits through doors. One of the techs ended up going and getting a carpet cleaner to clean my carpet and that is why it was wet! The manager spent almost 2 hours at my home, cleaning and checking everything.

This is where it gets over the top with the customer service. While down in the crawl space he found a leak in one of the pipes, totally unrelated to the water heater, dripping onto our furnace. He called a tech out to fix it for me, completely free and they both were in my home checking everything and making it right for a long time, showing me everything they had done and walking me through it. He even offered to take money off my water heater install but I didn't take it, as the service call for the leaking pipe would have been over $200 for sure.

I am SO GLAD I FOUND BullsEye! As a small business owner myself, it means a lot when you make things right. They went overboard and I will tell everyone I know about the awesome service I got with them!

I had a leaky toilet from the bottom  of the tank from the water supply line.  The repairman said that the tank was cracked and the toilet needed to be replaced.  Fortunately, he didn't charge me but gave me an estimate of over $200 plus the cost of the toilet and supplies.  A friend came and spent about $6 for a new supply line which solved the problem.  He saved me over $300.    The company was polite, sent someone over in a reasonable time, and the plumber was nice.... but made a very costly wrong diagnosis!!!

Very unprofessional office staff.  I sent an email Sunday and said I need my main drain cleaned out.  I received a call from April, she said she could have someone come out right away.  I said I could wait until Monday for regular business hours.  She said to hold and she would check the schedule, came back and said how about Tuesday.  I said my drains are backed up and Monday would be better.  She said please hold, then came back on the phone and said her eyes weren't seeing clearly and she could fit me in on Monday between 2 and 4.  I never received an email conformation like I had in the past when I had used this company so on Monday around 11a.m. I called to verify the appointment.  April answered the phone and said she was so sorry but scheduled me for Tuesday and that this was an internal error.  I kept the appointment and turned right around and started calling other plumbers.  I thought I had found a good plumbing company but after dealing with the incompetent office staff, I will be going elsewhere for my plumbing and heating needs.

A plumbing company that I generally used in the past referred me to BullsEye Plumbing this week.  I had never used BullsEye Plumbing before, but will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.  Marvin arrived early, went over everything in detail, and completed all of the work in the same day.  He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

This company is outstanding!!!!!  Their technicians are very nice and polite and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE!!  Their prices are so affordable!!  Much less than other companies I've had and they do an awesome job of diagnostics and fixing the problem!
