Gold Rush Plumbing

Gold Rush Plumbing was assigned the job through my home warranty company  back in September of 2022. At that time the plumber said he couldn't reassemble the faucet and would have someone come back Monday . It's  January 2023 ...four months  and four additional trips to the home later - the faucet still doesn't work properly. A hard pass on this company.

If your looking for integrity , don't turn to this company, look elsewhere. They take safety as a joke and have problem endangering others. There are a few other plumbing companies out there that will do the job right and respect you and your property.

Had a man with this logo on his truck try to run my daughter and I off highway 24 today, and thought it was funny. Are these they type of people you guys are? It's rather unfortunate because my business is with property managers that are always looking for GOOD natured vendors. I would never refer thus business after this morning. Shame on him.

Do not bother with them. I don't know why American Shield home insurance use such subpar contractors.
I saw from a previous review this year, 2023, that they did a poor job. Should've requested the home insurance look for a different contractor. These guys do not know how to run a business apparentl. First...they don't come up to see what your issue is...they request pictures! Then they had the audacity to report to the home insurance that they came out and then they went above the insurance's head to order unecessary parts. I called the home insurance and informed them that they did not come out and they were ordering parts! The insurance has to call them and lo and behold they were able to order just a water heater.
You cannot get a hold of them. Their voice mailbox is full.  The insurance can't get a hold of them.
They also forget to fully install your water heater. they forgot to put on a panel on the front of the heater! I found it just laying there in the basement.

I called twice and left messages both times, for an estimate and never received a call back.  Wanting to give them another chance, I went directly to their website and sent an email requesting an estimate.  Still no response.

Our home warranty company assigned Gold Rush after our initial plumbing contractor abandoned the job after stringing us along for 2 weeks. Derek from Gold Rush touched base with me within a few hours of assignment, had the job diagnosed, and a crew out to install our new water heater in less than 48 hours! The crew was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. They took great care to ensure the job was done right and ensure the old, leaking, rusty water heater didn't leak rust on our new carpet on the way out. I definitely recommend Gold Rush Plumbing of Colorado Springs.

DJ got us fixed in 2 hours when a different plumbing company left us leaking for two weeks. I highly recommend DJ for efficiency, professionalism, and workmanship.
