Best Sink Repair in Cleveland OH
I will remain a devoted customer to Buckeye Plumbing. (a few years ago) They had facilitated a replacement well, which is never a good thing. They were able to work with me and do some sort of financing. Very pleased with the service we received.

I've used Charlie's Drain Service several times. They are friendly, professional, and prompt. I've scheduled appointments and made emergency calls, and no matter what they answer or return my call within minutes and my longest wait after an emergency call was just under 2 hours. The big name companies often charge extra for same day service; I know because I called once--they also wanted $1-200 more for the same basic service and tried to sell me extras that I didn't need for almost $800!
Charlie's came out, showed me the issues that caused my backup and gave me a plan for how to avoid future issues and further damage. They have been to our house several times (we have trees and roots in our drainage pipes that require routine cleanings) and have never let us down. Not only do I plan to use them in the future, but I recommend them to friends and family!

Had a strange leak. John showed up and diagnosed it. It wasn't easy to diagnose but he stuck with it. Had to cut wall to verify and he was right on the mark. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I thought it was the shower. He said it was the sink drain. He was right

Our main stack had a large crack and needed replaced. Andrew and Tim were here right on schedule and did the job right. They were meticulous and careful to not create a mess. Andrew explained every step and also showed us some other potential problems but nothing to scary. I highly recommend Plumb Nation!

Called on a Monday, they were able to make an appointment on Wednesday at a time convenient for me. They called before the appointment and confirmed before arriving. Very knowledgeable, had part that needed repaired on hand. Was able to make repair quickly. A good overall experience and will use again in the future.

These guys are the absolute worst plumbing service! Maybe because I have Home Serve as a protection plan on my water line so I wouldn't be paying the bill, but my experience with this company was absolutely unacceptable! I had an appointment on a Friday morning for my shutoff valve (the main coming into my house) to be replaced. When scheduling the appointment I was told someone over the age of 18 needed to be present. I had arranged for my sister to be there, however she was running late so when the repair person came my niece who is not quite 18 was the only person home (that's my fault I couldn't be there and my plan to have my sister be there didn't go as planned) The technician came in my house, acted like he didn't know what he was there for ( I know that the problem I was having was noted by the secretary so they would know what to do since I wasn't going to be there) He shut my water valve off, then asked my niece how old she was and when she told him she wasn't 18 he said I have to leave I'm not allowed to be alone in the house with you. Left my main water valve turned off and left my house, so I had NO RUNNING WATER in my home. I received a call from dispatch and was informed the technician was unable to complete the work and was asked to reschedule, I explained what happened with my sister and let them know she was at my house so whenever someone could go back an adult was home. I was given an appointment time of 12pm-4pm that day, at 4pm no one had showed up, I called and was told we didn't have you on our schedule. I called Home serve and was given a further run around. Saturday I called and eventually someone called me back asked me what had happened the day before, said he needed to talk to the manager because he didn't know what to do they didn't have any appointments available ( this is the company that offers emergency appointments and I haven't had running water for over 24hrs) several phone calls later a manager calls me and sets an appointment for 8am-12pm on Sunday. At 1145am I called him to say I haven't heard from anyone he says someone named Roger was coming, but that he would call and see how long he would be and call me back, NEVER CALLED BACK and NOBODY SHOWED UP. I paid for an emergency call with another company to get my water valve turned back on after over 48hrs with no running water. I will never do business with this company again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else use them either!

If a business has only one review and it's a five-star, you might wonder whether the company (and the reviewer) are legit. Yes, this is a good company-- Allen is awful at sales and marketing.
Plumbing, he's terrific at.
I've used him twice. The first call was when the kitchen sink clogged. I tried plunging it-- and the pipes separated. I started calling vendors with high reviews at 8:30 and left messages.
At around 11:30, after nobody responded, I started checking listings I'd passed on. Parsons Plumbing (which didn't have any reviews) also didn't have a website. But it DID have a Facebook page. The latest post was We just got the logo painted on the truck!, which suggested he was new.
He had a couple of videos of work-- they seemed fine. Called the number and heard Hi, this is Allen. So I got his cell. Told him the problem-- also mentioned I had a sump pump in the basement that wasn't working.
Yeah, I can come out there today. Give me a couple of hours.
He was about 20 minutes late. But he was there same day. If you've dealt with plumbers, you know how rare that is. Also, the company is located in Willowick (Lake County) and I live on the southwest corner of Cuyahoga-- five minutes from both Lorain and Medina. Most vendors aren't willing to drive that far.
He and Ryan snaked the drain, and then had to figure out how to reconstruct it. (The plumbing, like a lot of things in the house, had been 'improved' by the previous homeowner, who was a contractor). It took some futzing with a Sawzall and some experimentation, but they figured that out.
Onto the basement. Decided they needed to replace the check (backflow) valve. They check the truck; turns out they'd used all the ones in the truck and forgotten to restock. Had to go to a store to get one. (While they were gone, I ran the dishwasher on rinse to see if they got the sink right. Yup.)
When was the last time you had the tank pumped? About three months ago. OK, this shouldn't be too bad. Visions of my 1,000-gallon septic tank emptying into the basement filled my head, but they needed only two buckets.
They charged about what other places would charge for two hours work. Very good, for a two-man, same-day visit.
Last week, I tried to take a shower and got cold water. The internet explained it was probably a bad thermocouple-- an easy fix for a homeowner. I decided to call Allen anyway. I called at 3:30. Told him I think me he could be out there the next day at 12:30 and asked me to text him some photos.
Next morning he texts me: I'm gonna be honest. If the tank is 12 years old, you might really want to consider replacing the tank, rather than throw money at it.
My first response was to say let me think about it. He replied I'll come out and fix the thermocouple if you really want, but I think you'd be better off replacing the tank.
I checked. Turned out 8-12 years is normal lifecycle. He gave me a flat price that was about $200 more than I'd paid in 2008.
He had to go buy a model that would fit my home, so it delayed the visit a day. But he was out next afternoon and got it done. Had to 'borrow' a wire hanger to clear a clog in the drain line; the tank was so filled with sediment that it took 35 minutes to drain. Also, he and Ryan had to muscle the tank out, because they forgot to load the dolly on the truck that morning. But he got it done.
Because I didn't recognize the brand name of the unit he used, and I noticed their warranty was six years (my old one had been 12), I quizzed Allen about both things. He explained the issues to my satisfaction. I checked the internet after he left-- and it turned out he was correct.
I'm going into the details (including the warts) to make it clear that it's a new company, with all that entails. Allen had been working for two large vendors for about a decade before he decided to strike out in 2018 (the year the business was founded is in its gmail address).
Yes, an established firm with 10 crews and a warehouse would do things differently. (There would have been a video on why Bradford-White water heaters are best). But those companies don't always return your calls. They often turn jobs down because they're busy. They usually don't get out same-day or next business day. And they don't like to answer questions. Not honestly, at least.
When you call Parsons Plumbing, you talk to the owner. He comes out on every job. He doesn't BS-- and he answers dumb questions (electrical and carpentry I know; plumbing I'm still hopeless on) patiently.
I've used half a dozen plumbers since I bought this house: some retired, others went under, others ripped me off or were inept. Parsons Plumbing will (I hope) be the last plumber I ever use.

These guys are rockstars!!
They've been out a few times and it's always a pleasant experience. Kevin is so awesome!
He literally walks me through everything.
The prices are awesome! I know that whatever is broken, will be fixed quickly, correctly and at at a price that isn't going to kill me.
If you're looking for a reliable plumber that won't jerk you around.
You definitely want axis plumbing!

I had a problem with bathtub handles because the cold water continued to leak. The plumber showed up promptly and went upstairs to find out the problem. He looked at it and told me the faucet and everything else would need to be replaced because it is very old. $400 for the faucet and $600 to replace it and he would have to cut into the wall to get it done. My neighbor told me to try MENYHART on Lorain rd. because they specialize in older parts. $69 bucks later NO LEAK!

Great service. Fast, on time. He helped to troubleshoot an issue with my smart thermostat not working. Discovered it is indeed a defective thermostat and not the connections or wiring. And showed me how to hot-wire the AC to stay on until I receive a replacement thermostat device. Highly recommend!

WyattWorks Plumbing was able to get Jamal over to our place on short notice to install our new gas range. He was timely and courteous. He inquired about any other possible plumbing issues after providing an initial quote. We had actually just noticed an issue with our basement plumbing. He was able to address BOTH concerns in this one visit, saving us time and money (a second visit) down the road. Thank you, Jamal! We will certainly use WyattWorks as needed in the future, and will gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Had a furnace cleaning scheduled this morning, and they never showed. I called to see when they were coming and left a voicemail. I still haven't been called back.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Called them to replace a toilet at a rental that was not working while I was out of town. No call no show TWICE! To make it better the following week (out of town for a wedding again and probably more than I would be able to do myself anyway) downstairs tenant had a leak coming through the ceiling call about 10 plumbing places on Saturday 4 pm and they are the only one I can get ahold of... reluctantly I decided to give them another chance and made it known the previous week they were a no call no show.. someone was supposed to show up between 10 am and 2 pm... I called 3 times throughout the day, Noon was told someone would be there around 2. I called again at 2 and they said they were finishing another job and we're headed there shortly, I called again at 3:30 and again got that someone would be there shortly. Save your time and call someone else bc they won't show up anyway.

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

The worst company I ever worked with!!!
He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me why is this Monday? Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.
