These guys are incredibly professional and courteous. They came to my mom's place in the Cleveland area, diagnosed her furnace problem within minutes and were able to secure a difficult-to-find part the same day.  They had her furnace up and running in no time. Their prices are very competitive and you get piece of mind that someone who really knows what they're doing is working on your furnace when it's freezing out.  I highly recommend Portman Mechanical.

I've recently started a kitchen renovation project and found myself a little out of my element. After ripping down my cabinets and soffits I was left with a bunch of giant holes in the wall and an electrical mess behind the scenes. I reached out to PICH Company on Yelp and Joe responded that he could help me out with some patch work and a new light above the sink.

I'm really happy I ended up reaching out for him to come help me out. He came over and ended up running a dedicated line into my kitchen before adding a few extra outlets and a light box above the sink that I wanted. Because he's a licensed plumber, he was also able to fix a leaky gas line as well as the sink waste pipe that was quite old and leaky. The patch work turned out excellent also despite the mixed, awkward depth of plastering that he had to match up with.

The work is excellent and the basic, patch work I needed turned into something even better with me having far more faith in what was previously a very dated kitchen. Thanks, Joe!

Came out for a estimate in June 2020. Nate the sales representative was very short and spent maybe 5 minutes in my home. Threw a verbal quote of $3k for a furnace and offered to do a gas line relocation for free if I agreed to the job. He hurried and had no interest in listening to me. Said he would call me and send me an email with estimate. Never heard a thing for over 2 months. Called the office today to see why I never received a quote as I am if I am finalizing my estimates before winter. Turns out he did not have my name, number, and email right in the system. Was told by the representative that answered the phone I would receive a quote by email. For once the quote actually came and was not $3k. Poor customer service and cannot ever keep their quotes correct.

I contacted Modern Process Plumbing late on a Sunday because our hot water tank was leaking. They walked me through how to stop the leak and offered to come replace it Sunday night. It wasn't an emergency so we asked them to come Monday. The upgraded our 40 gallon tank to a 50 and hauled the old one away. They were very clean and efficient.

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with these guys. They are fast, friendly and reasonable. They have taken care of both my central air and furnace.  Sarah and Don are the best. I'm just a middle class average joe and I am very very pleased with their services.

My husband and I are so impressed! Would give them a 10/5 stars if we could. We just had ductless AC units installed. Everyone was extremely  professional, and very hard working. I would use them again for any heating, cooling, or plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

Anthony came very quickly (same day) and didn't stop working until our AC unit was fixed. Told us everything he was doing and gave us a fair bill considering the expedient service and quality/duration of work performed. He was also very nice and friendly. Gorjanc has always been amazing. I called today because our hot water tank was leaking, and someone was at my door in 20 minutes. Their employees are always courteous, friendly and respectful, and participating in their service partnership is totally worth it! It includes an annual tune-up on your furnace and air conditioner (and they call you to remind you to schedule the appointments), and discounted pricing on other visits and equipment.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Able to come out with short notice to manage an electrical outage. Strongly recommend.

Wife called as we live right down the street for a dryer repair.  On the phone were very rude. Asked the year of our dryer we were not sure and got up in arms about knowing. Honestly, how are you still in business? Take your money elsewhere.

How all I can say is is absolutely the worst service ever there scammers and deceivers. They will say one thing and it had nothing to do with the actual problem, they called a customer a pig. That guy should lose his job!!!!!! -5
