This company has done several jobs for me for my HVAC and they have always been quick to respond and quick to solve any issues. I have been very pleased with their service and do not hesitate to recommend them. Mr. Gompf genuinely cares that you may be cold in winter or hot in summer. He and his team do their utmost to respond quickly and get you comfortable.

These electricians are absolutely the best!!! They have come to my rescue more than once! They are very honest, professional, and they totally stand behind their work!

My apartment had several nagging plumbing problems that seriously killed my joy.

First, we had impossibly low water pressure. EMBARASSINGLY low water pressure.

Second, we had a toilet I loathed.  We replaced the guts twice using a handyman, but it still always ran and wasted water.  AND I was worried it would leak into the apartment below one day.  Ugh.

Third, we had a shower control that never worked from day one.  Trying to find out where Hot began and Cold ended was like solving a puzzle in Braille - with zero training.  

Fourth, we had a dicey water heater that was builder bog standard - a real piece of low quality junk that never worked well.  I hated the thought of having to replace it.

WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?  Three reasons:  I was fearful of the cost AND I was afraid that even after spending the money, these problems would not be fixed AND I dreaded the hassle and the follow-on pain that usually accompanies home repairs.

Matt is resolved all of it.  The cost was extremely reasonable, Matt explained all of our options, and the quality of Matt's work is absolutely top drawer.

We started out with one task, and loved the results so much, we had him back to correct the other issues.  

So, now all of my plumbing dreams have been realized.  My apartment is the little jewel it should be.

Our home warranty place had Flanigan contractors fix our tankless water heater and bathtub faucet. They are very honest and professional business. They did a great job putting in a new tankless water heater and changed out our bathtub faucet. I would definitely use them again.  Thank you

On Friday 8/26/22 I discovered a sewer back up in my finished basement during the night. As soon as the business opened at 7:30 am I called and asked for their help. Though they had plenty of other prescheduled jobs that day they sent two very professional plumbers to my home within in a couple of hours. They quickly figured out that our sewer pipes were blocked with tree roots. They were able to clear the pipes. They did a great job. Excellent work and reasonably priced. Dave suggested a water damage clean up company who came to my home within hours. I do not know what I would have done without them. This is the second time Dave from Niesen has done work on my home over the past two years. I consider him a genius! I wouldn't call any other company.

After calling upon other well known HVAC businesses to repair my in-laws a/c unit on a hot day. No one would even come out until the following day. I then called Wingate as a recommendation from someone else. They answered and said they would have someone out within an hour.  This was late afternoon and did advise the labor rate would be more. I was ok with that. Just as promised, Troy showed up. Quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair.  Since my in-laws are elderly, he called me to advise what exactly he did. I was very thankful of the quick response and care that was taken.
I would absolutely recommend Wingate for any HVAC needs. Fair/Honest/Responsive.

help pluning is good but we had to wit on the phone phone beacuse we had a pluming issue in are back yard so we had to call theam back to have theam come back out to redig the  sumpump in the ground but still 5 out of 10

We recently discovered that our master bathroom shower had a leak under the shower pan and had been going on for a long, long time. We decided to use our homeowner insurance to have it repaired. The damage was so extensive that it would require mold abatement, reconstruction, dry wall, tile, carpeting, the works. A friend recommended Jolly to us and what an excellent recommendation it turned out to be. They took care of everything--including coordinating with our insurance adjustor (they even used the same computer program to calculate the cost of damages). Thanks to Jolly, we did not have to work with multiple contractors, they handled all the work. And the work was excellent as well. We would highly recommend them for any restoration project.

This guy gets 1 star because I can't give 0.

I hired HIM to install a hot water heater and do a rough in for a bathroom in my basement I was finishing. Two issues:

1 - He failed to reconnect the drain from my stationary tub/washing machine. I can only chalk this up to incompetence because he had to cut this pipe to begin with. It just came to an end under the floor! Of course I didn't find this out until after water overflowed the stationary tub and the floor was dug up to find the issue. After paying another company (I no longer trusted this guy) to fix it, Casson refused to pay the cost for the fix - he only referred me to his insurance company who only offered to cover about 25% of the cost. (In addition to this, the 2nd company I hired identified 2 other shortcuts this guy took which could have caused me problems down the line.)

2 - Came home one day not long after the hot water heater was installed and smelled gas. Fire department and Duke identified it as the water heater and shut it off. Another house call later from another plumber to get that fixed. Lucky my house didn't blow up!

I have been very pleased with the plumbers that have come to my home. The office managers scheduling, but the plumber calls on the way, a text is sent with the plumber's picture and rating. They come in the time window promised. I've appreciated the thoroughness of these plumbers and I believe I have been treated honestly.

Water pressure went out on a Sunday night so I called the emergency service line.  The guy on the phone was very sweet and walked me through what might be the issue.  He said a technician would call first thing in the morning between 0800-0830 to set up a time to come to the house...surprise surprise, no phone call.  I followed up at 0845 and the receptionist on the phone had Monday morning brain and tried scheduling me for an HVAC appointment when I clearly said twice No water pressure.  By the time she figured out what a WELL and WATER PRESSURE to ZERO means all of the appointments were booked for the day meaning I would have to pay for emergency service response after 5pm.  I have a pregnant renter with zero water pressure.  Calling someone more competent.

Wingate came to my home after I provided some details on an issue I was having and apparently they didn't see a problem with my system after doing absolutely nothing to find it and proceeded to charge a $89 service fee (PLEASE NOTE THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS FEE) Reached out to another vendor (NOT WINGATE) a few weeks later and THEY found the issue immediately (rusted seal). Will not recommend.

We've used them in the past. They're pricey. When we needed a new heat pump, they only offered one brand. They made an inspection but never followed up with an estimate. How would you like losing your heat if you had to depend on them?

I am updating my review. Had an issue. With the estimate vs work. Customer service was 100% attentively the issue.

I will give them another try with my business.

I will say, the guys were friendly and moved my washer/dryer for me. So one star is deserved!!!!

We needed a new water heater installed ASAP. I set up a package deal at a local home improvement store that included installation and was referred to the folks over at KW Mechanical. Two gentlemen showed up the same day and although they were both nice and polite the lead guy was clearly looking for reasons they couldn't do the job. I was told my flue was not venting properly and would have to have an HVAC person come over and fix the problem. A local HVAC person stopped by later the same day, checked the flue and venting and said it was fine. He explained the flue needs a heat source to actually reverse the flow of air outward. He demonstrated this and the flue vented just fine. By now, it was too late to have the installers come back out and when I talked to someone at KW Mechanical they were still resisting doing anything until the flue was redesigned to their liking. So I cancelled this install and went to another home improvement store and purchased a combo package that included the water heater and the install. Strangely enough I was referred to this same company but quickly cancelled them in favor of another installer who never called me back. Long story short, I found another installer who came out this morning (Saturday), did the job in a short amount of time, went over everything with me, showed me how to operate the water heater, and gave me a flat price for the job which was significantly cheaper than this company was going to charge (BTW, KW Mechanical was going to nickel and dime me on every little thing). Oh, and he also checked the flue and it worked just fine. So bottom line -- don't waste your time with KW Mechanical.
