I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with RBS Handyman Service. I recently had the pleasure of utilizing their plumbing and electrical services, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work they provided.

From the outset, RBS demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. They carefully assessed my plumbing and electrical needs and offered practical solutions that aligned with my requirements. The addition of a food disposal unit has proven to be a valuable addition to my kitchen, and I appreciate the seamless installation.

The installation of ceiling lights in my basement has truly transformed the space. He's great.  He knows what he's doing and is very professional.  He's honest, explains all of the angles and options, and efficiently gets the job done. What can I say ... every home owner needs a good plumber.  My wife and I have used AHP on numerous occasions for severe emergencies to putting in a new faucet in our kitchen.  I believe this is a family owned business and they seem to really care about the people they service in the neighborhood.   This week my wife and I had a major scare when our upstairs fire alarm / carbon monoxide detector started going crazy.  Come to find out the batteries had been removed from our detector on the main floor (kitchen),  when the batteries were replaced this detector too began going crazy.  After contacting the fire department, my wise better half called AHP and because of the urgency of the situation  they dropped what they were doing and came out an took readings.  Their findings and recommendations were spot on and we were saved a very dangerous situation due to their diligence.  In my experience you may be able to find a cheaper plumber some where, but not one who takes more time to prioritize work and invest in the well being of  their customers.  Thank you Anderson Plumbing.

The service technician was on time, knowledgeable and took his time to dumb it down and explain what was wrong and what my options were to fix my water heater.

The quote was reasonable and they have a good reputation.

Water was backing up called them and got a same day appointment on a late holiday weekend. They were great and here immediately to fix the issue.

Had a 40 gallon gas water heater installed the other day at their LOW FLAT RATE PRICING.
Quote was $1200.00.  Gave me 50.00 dollars off for not having to haul it off. If that sounds
LOW to you please get at least two other quotes. Oh by the way they did drop another $50.00
off the bill just to make me feel like I got a good deal. It didn't work.I couldn't change the stars. Two at best.

Super great customer service. Never been a customer before, but would for sure recommend and use this company again. Came out same day to look at my furnace. Really nice customer service contact, Dana, was very helpful. The gentleman who came out to the house was really personable, professional, and quick. Top notch!

Over priced by $300 to evaluate the plumbing issue. Tried to come up with other issues on their evaluation. Declined all options they were trying to sell me on. Hours later, they sent a cleanup crew for an extra expense without notice. EXTREMELY a overpriced and unprofessional. Price gauging!

On Thursday, my toilet clogged. I made an appointment for a service call for Friday morning at 0800.

Before the technician arrived, the issue resolved itself and the toilet flushed fine. However, since my house was built in the 1950's, I thought it would be helpful to have him look at it anyway in case it might be a recurring issue.

The technician tested the toilet. He mentioned that with age, some of the features have become blocked with calcium deposits-and that I should begin to consider replacing the toilet, but it wasn't necessary to do during his visit.

Geiler has replaced a different toilet in my home with one I purchased on my own several years ago. I asked about any that they recommended. It turns out that they recommend one that is taller, has a larger drain hole than typically offered at hardware stores. These are things I wouldn't have considered on my own, but are definitely important.

I definitely felt that the visit was helpful, and that Geiler is a great service company. I have used them over the last ten years and will continue to in the future!

Every time a guy name Chad comes I get overcharged he's charging me twice this is the second time I got overcharged with him but when the other guys comes they do the job I get charged only once he's money hungry and he's not doing a good job either.
