Called RBS to fix plumbing in our kitchen. Rob came out with one of his crew and took care of the issue promptly. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided, the cost for the job, and how quickly they got to us and completed the job. We will definitely call RBS for all jobs around the house that are beyond my ability (that's most jobs lol) Highly recommend RBS !!

Very happy with Queen City Plumbing and I will use them again. I had two slow dripping pipes in the basement. Mike showed up the same day and fixed them within an hour. Very amicable and professional. Hire with confidence.

Dear Mr. Halpin,
I'm writing to thank you for what has been one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have been treated to in a very long time. I hired Halpin Plumming and have for many years. But I know you are not the cheapest on the block. With all the online search type things out there it is very easy to find services that are less expensive but you find out why when something doesn't grow just exactly right.
A couple of weeks ago one of your Plummer's came out to do some work for me and part of that work was to reinstall a sink. It was a pedestal type and the house was from 1912 so it required some difficult updates. Putting the sink back together a piece of tile was damaged that required me to patch it in a very obvious way giving it a very cheap look or pull the sink and cut out the damaged tile taking with the chance of further damage, which I feared would be the case. Know that when the plummer was done I paid him and did not address the issue till the next business day with Sara. Now Sara answers the phone along with one other young lady that I know of and I thought that was the extent of their duties. Oh no, you have empowered this young lady and I'll assume the other with whatever it takes to immediately address issues. When I called about the damages she did not just pass me along. She did not try to say it happens or it was a tough install or make some other excuse to avoid repairing or taking responsibility for the damage. Rather she was apologetic and said please send pictures which I did. Within a day or two she called to tell me that it will be made right and that you have a great relationship with a tile guy that can fix the issue. She also told me it might take a couple of weeks and he said the cost to repair would be $300 and that if I prefer you would send me a check.
Fearing I could cause more damage on my own I chose to wait. A couple days later, I get a call that a plummer would be out that week then the tile guy and wow were they. How this tile guy managed to cut a square from the center of a tile was one thing but the repair and replace so to speak, was better than I could have hoped for. So let me say cheap is many times just that. Thank you Robert, thank you Sara, thank you Joe Halpin!!! There is a reason you have had a place in my contact list for years and will be there for years to come. And I never thought that you guys could be a great resource as well like in this case and amazing tile guy. Again thanks to all of you. You are first on my list.
Sincerest Regards,

We CME install a sewer liner, and they were exceptional. Very highly recommend CME if you never want to worry about your sewer line ever again. The entire crew was incredibly efficient, and it was a pleasure working with Craig and Jake. They made the experience completely stress-and-hassle-free. Craig even offered to do some light internal plumbing free of charge for us! The CME crews are all seasoned liner installers who have specialized in this and honed the craft. It definitely shows.

Purchased a Living Social Deal for a camera inspection of sewer system $60.00. (deal claims normally $165.00 charge). Technician came in and cracked pvc pipe and cap on clean out pipe in several places. (do you know how hard you have to hit a pvc pipe to crake it in 3 places?) Technician then called me to basement to tell me he broke the pipe in several places opening the clean out cap and now a repair was needed! The damage he had just done would need to be repaired and would cost me above and beyond the camera call because previous plumber may have got some glue on the cap. (never got a price but told me he would have to go get parts and it would not cost me millions) First of all should have called me down when the cap was stuck to ASK me if I wanted him to proceed. I told him I did not want him to fix I would call my plumber and take up with Geiler Company.
On to the sewer inspection...what a rip off. Technician ran the camera and it stopped about 45 feet in and then gave me a guesstimate that something was wrong and said I would need to pay for additional equipment to get the true estimate of any work needed. Ok so how can I determine if they come out with additional equipment I will have and accurate assessment of my sewer?
Although I expected a biased estimate from this company, I did not expect that the inspection would only tell me I needed to spend additional money to get a complete estimate of any work which I might wish to contract for. I talked to Terry and he also was blaming glue which MAY HAVE dripped on the cap I asked him to have his plumber bring the cap back to my property. He stated they did not do the deals as a bait and switch ...I said to him that is exactly what this deal was a bait and switch AND doing additional damage to my home while they were here and looking to charge me for a repair is an interesting way to get business also. No sympathy or responsibility from Geiler. I asked him am I supposed to expect or anticipate Geiler or any other contractor to step into my home and do damage and then expect me to pay for it? I do not think so. This technician was in a hurry , did not bother to spray a lubricant on the cap, used access force and cracked my pipe which now has to be repaired and guess what I was not about to pay Geiler to repair.
I am sure plumbing companies often times will provide video inspections super cheap, to sell a large excavation job and I will always get a second opinion on a major job when dealing with a new contractor.... but this is not acceptable to pay for an incomplete inspection. Buyer beware of Living Social Deals and especially camera inspection from Geiler Company because unless your entire sewer is clear you will know little more than when they hit your front door when they leave and you will be out money you could put toward a legitimate camera inspection with the goal of finding out the condition of your sewers.

I live right around the corner from AHP and have used them for clogged drains a few times, but now I needed them for a big boy job. I noticed my water heater was dripping so I called on a Wednesday to get a ballpark estimate on what it would cost to replace. I had no idea, I just wanted to know if I was looking at a bill that would be hundreds or thousands. The person I spoke to instructed me to email with my request and send pictures. I took several pictures of the heater, the flue, and the info on the heater with the make and model and size of the tank. I received a response email telling me to call in for an estimate. Friday comes and the heater completely fails, water was flooding the basement. I called and was told to turn the water off. We then scheduled to have someone over first thing Monday to fix it, the time frame was between 8-11. Went the weekend without the water. Monday at 12:00 I called because the guy never showed. Was told I was scheduled for 4:00pm! They finally did send someone out and he just looked and said they would send an email the next day with an estimate. I had enough. I called Holtmeier plumbing and someone was out within the hour. He looked at it and gave me an estimate and within 2 hours that day I had a new water heater installed. Holtmeier charged $2100, I never did receive that email estimate from Anderson Hills Plumbing.
Update: Finally heard back and was quoted $3400. They told me that that they would need to drill into the foundation and completely redo the chimney and exhaust flue, because my 40gal water heater was oversized.

Excellent and professional service at a fair price! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service and they are a locally owned and operated family business.

Made a repair appointment on a Sunday and Ryan, the technician, showed up really fast. I was impressed. He was able to figure out the problem in a relatively short time after running some diagnostics. He explained the problem along with its solution and fixed my furnace on the spot. I'm already a return customer and will keep using and recommending Quality Comfort!

I had a leaking pipe under kitchen sink and called Franklin(sadly) because I go through willias heating and cooling(great company). It took weeks to get someone out to fix it and when they came to fix the problem they fixed it for 4 days. So I call again and have to wait again for weeks, during the winter; with water just pooling up in my basement now.
This time they can not find the leak lol, all my pipes are literally in a 3x3x4 area(which is where the problem is, dripping down into basement). Can not find the leak with the ceiling falling down and dripping. So they, for God only knows why; disconnect the water to my dishwasher, turn it on and turn on the heater. I have never smelled anything like what happened, they fried my pumps in dishwasher(only year and a half old) and then tell me its a flue pipe going up through the roof. Even though the dripping continues when it doesn't rain for several weeks: even though when it does rain the dripping does not increase 1 bit... I have checked the pipe up there, it is fine.
These guys at Ben Franklin plumbing are not plumbers they are demolition men! If you want to pay someone to act like they know what they are doing and destroy your utilities, then by all means give them all call!!
This is not even mentioning how they NEVER answer any of my 5 emails about the incident, or how I cancelled my yearly plan with them, YET they still access my credit card and pull out money without my consent. So I end up having to call the police since they are literally stealing from my credit card and destruction of private property(from negligence) currently in process of bringing them to court to pay for the damages THEY caused.
Avoid all this, by NOT calling Ben Franklin!!!!!

Over priced by $300 to evaluate the plumbing issue. Tried to come up with other issues on their evaluation. Declined all options they were trying to sell me on. Hours later, they sent a cleanup crew for an extra expense without notice. EXTREMELY a overpriced and unprofessional. Price gauging!

Absolute Rip Off. Free Service Call means just showing up. They were at my house and diagnosed a problem faucet within 5 minutes and the only two options were to pay $105 dollars for the 5 min service call or $224 to replace th faucet. What a joke. Will never use them again.

Spent 3 days trying to solve a problem and nothing got fixed and I spent $450 even though he said his last time out here it wouldn't cost me nothing... Feel free to text me so I can show you his text.... I definitely recommend you do not hire this person.... Not to mention I helped him 100% of the time that he was here... even ran the drill... absolute joke to his family's name and heritage
