Best Gas Furnace Installation in Cincinnati OH
I am more than happy to pay someone for their expertise and that's exactly what I received from technician Ryan - we discussed my options for my sink disposal and leaky faucet and he even offered me some helpful tips, as well as what to expect and a reasonable estimate (should I get in over my head trying to do it myself.)
As someone in the at-risk category during a health crisis, it was important to me that PPE was used and it was nice to see that up front from Quality Comfort! They have a contactless payment method which was very easy to use. Manager Elizabeth was prompt in setting up the appointment via Yelp as well!

I called this plumber based upon their Yelp rating and it was the best home maintenance decision I have made in a while. I brought them in to replace a water pressure valve that had gone bad, as well as a 20 year old kitchen faucet. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and their prices were very reasonable. What more can I ask? The whole job was done in about an hour and 20 minutes! I will call these guys first the next time I need plumbing repairs!

Purchased a Living Social Deal for a camera inspection of sewer system $60.00. (deal claims normally $165.00 charge). Technician came in and cracked pvc pipe and cap on clean out pipe in several places. (do you know how hard you have to hit a pvc pipe to crake it in 3 places?) Technician then called me to basement to tell me he broke the pipe in several places opening the clean out cap and now a repair was needed! The damage he had just done would need to be repaired and would cost me above and beyond the camera call because previous plumber may have got some glue on the cap. (never got a price but told me he would have to go get parts and it would not cost me millions) First of all should have called me down when the cap was stuck to ASK me if I wanted him to proceed. I told him I did not want him to fix I would call my plumber and take up with Geiler Company.
On to the sewer inspection...what a rip off. Technician ran the camera and it stopped about 45 feet in and then gave me a guesstimate that something was wrong and said I would need to pay for additional equipment to get the true estimate of any work needed. Ok so how can I determine if they come out with additional equipment I will have and accurate assessment of my sewer?
Although I expected a biased estimate from this company, I did not expect that the inspection would only tell me I needed to spend additional money to get a complete estimate of any work which I might wish to contract for. I talked to Terry and he also was blaming glue which MAY HAVE dripped on the cap I asked him to have his plumber bring the cap back to my property. He stated they did not do the deals as a bait and switch ...I said to him that is exactly what this deal was a bait and switch AND doing additional damage to my home while they were here and looking to charge me for a repair is an interesting way to get business also. No sympathy or responsibility from Geiler. I asked him am I supposed to expect or anticipate Geiler or any other contractor to step into my home and do damage and then expect me to pay for it? I do not think so. This technician was in a hurry , did not bother to spray a lubricant on the cap, used access force and cracked my pipe which now has to be repaired and guess what I was not about to pay Geiler to repair.
I am sure plumbing companies often times will provide video inspections super cheap, to sell a large excavation job and I will always get a second opinion on a major job when dealing with a new contractor.... but this is not acceptable to pay for an incomplete inspection. Buyer beware of Living Social Deals and especially camera inspection from Geiler Company because unless your entire sewer is clear you will know little more than when they hit your front door when they leave and you will be out money you could put toward a legitimate camera inspection with the goal of finding out the condition of your sewers.

You guys literally saved our asses especially when our home warranty company subcontractors thoroughly f***** up the situation excuse my French. A*able and their tech Cody that was sent out to us today did a phenomenal job He's a great employee as far as I'm concerned. And he really knows his business when it comes to plumbing he took a nightmare and turned it into a dream thank you so much to you and to Cody big brownie points!!!!
as for D &B plumbing out of Xenia they thoroughly suck at their business and their job Don't use them whatsoever
A*Able responded quickly and stayed in communication. D&b plumbing company and tech wouldn't even answer that phone 2 minutes after they pulled out of my driveway saying that everything was perfect! when it only took me 2 minutes to realize it wasn't done right or thorough at all
Thank you guys for your amazing service and your commitment to your customers not to mention the respect that was shown thank you so much

We had a water line leak outside and decided to use Wingate again. The job turned into a nightmare of issues, all completely beyond Wingate's control. Crazy (really) original installation, incorrect utility marking lines, far too close electrical line placement - you name it. Throughout it all Jason and eventually Chris stayed positive and flexible. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to do so for plumbing, HVAC, etc. Great company.

Had a water leak in basement from AC. Well-groomed, neat and clean technician arrives and proclaims that my whole HVAC drain system needs to be replaced, a lot of pipes and hundreds of dollars. Said it was built wrong and would never work right. I said that it had worked fine for several decades, and probably just had a clog, and he got all snippy, asking how many HVAC systems had I installed?. Then he blew air into the side of a drain pipe and the water did not drain, and he said that proved the pipes needed to be replaced. I pointed out that the pipe he blew air into was open to the atmosphere at the top end, and so his demonstration proved nothing. Caught in a deception, he turned red and threw a bunch of cash on the table, demanding that I bet him who was right. Well, it turned out to be a simple clog that only took a few minutes to clear. This guy was clearly trying to turn a minor job in to a big expensive project.

We recently asked Schneller to service our furnace with their $69. special. Corbin and Jeff arrived on Time, cleaned the furnace, made some adjustments, and did a fantastic job of turning out the lights and locking all of the doors. Service Technicians who you can Trust with Your Keys!! Great Job Schneller!!

If I could give a zero rating, I certainly would. I asked for a quote on installing a city water line to a home that currently has a cistern. The plumber showed up and stated immediately that his company would not be able to help me because the water line was on the opposite side of the road from the home that needed the water line installed. The plumber then told me to contact a boaring company instead. I then contacted a boaring company who proceeded to tell me that the water district would most likely install the tie-in under the roadway and place a meter in the front yard of the subject property that needed the water line install. The boaring company then told us that the plumber should have know this if they have don't this type of work in the past. I then contacted the water district who confirmed what I was told by the boaring company. From here I contacts Schneller Knochelmann back and told them what I was told and further asked them if they have ever done this type of requested work In the past. They responded with a confirming, Yes. Which confirmed what the boaring company and water district had said when they claimed the plumber should have known that the water district installed under the roadway. So I asked for the plumber to call me back and he did. (Super nice guy, just wanted to make that known. He was never rude). The plumber called me back and I explained that the water district would put the line under the road and place a meter tie-in in the front yard of the subject property that needed the water line. The plumber confirmed some details with me and then gave me a quote of $4,500 for the line install from the water district tie-in in the front yard of the property, up to the residence. This quote was fair with competing plumbers. The next day the plumber calls me back and admits that he made a mistake and quotes me at $9,000 rather than $4,500. Double the previous quoted price. I mean, wow. I told him that this was unacceptable because I already was getting the process started with the water district for the tie-in based on the quote I was given on the prior date. He apologized but, he did not offer any kind of resolution for his mistake. I asked him to have his manager contact me immediately, but hasn't happened yet. Although the plumber was very nice, he and his company need to get their communications in order and stand behind their mistakes when they happen. Thank goodness I can go to another plumbing business. This does not reflect on the plumbers attitude because he was polite, just the fact that this company jerked me around and didn't back up their mistake.

We needed a new water heater installed ASAP. I set up a package deal at a local home improvement store that included installation and was referred to the folks over at KW Mechanical. Two gentlemen showed up the same day and although they were both nice and polite the lead guy was clearly looking for reasons they couldn't do the job. I was told my flue was not venting properly and would have to have an HVAC person come over and fix the problem. A local HVAC person stopped by later the same day, checked the flue and venting and said it was fine. He explained the flue needs a heat source to actually reverse the flow of air outward. He demonstrated this and the flue vented just fine. By now, it was too late to have the installers come back out and when I talked to someone at KW Mechanical they were still resisting doing anything until the flue was redesigned to their liking. So I cancelled this install and went to another home improvement store and purchased a combo package that included the water heater and the install. Strangely enough I was referred to this same company but quickly cancelled them in favor of another installer who never called me back. Long story short, I found another installer who came out this morning (Saturday), did the job in a short amount of time, went over everything with me, showed me how to operate the water heater, and gave me a flat price for the job which was significantly cheaper than this company was going to charge (BTW, KW Mechanical was going to nickel and dime me on every little thing). Oh, and he also checked the flue and it worked just fine. So bottom line -- don't waste your time with KW Mechanical.

We tried to make an appointment for Apollo Heating and Cooling after our AC went out / didn't start after the winter season. Lady we talked to told us she had an appointment open that night and someone would be out between 6-9PM. We advised we would call back to confirm. After calling back she advised the spot was opened, but mentioned that it would be between 6-9PM tonight or maybe tomorrow. Our first thought was what kind of company cant narrow down a window? You are in service delivery and we get a cable company style window that cant even guarantee the day nor time? We foolishly accepted.
After no show that night we called back in the next morning. This lady informed us that we were never even scheduled for a service technician to come out. She then decided to explain that our AC situation of blowing warm / cool air and not cooling the house after 2 hours of being on was normal. She advised to run it for more than 3 hours and it would work fine. We immediately called other companies. This service is unacceptable for a company in this field. Other reviews stated the service is excellent, which may be the case if you can actually get someone out there.
Do not waste your time with this company. Call someone else. They will be able to setup a firm window and actually be able to show up on time.
