I work with contractors for my job on a daily basis. It was soooo refreshing to see how RBS conducted business. Great people. Great hearts. And cared about a job done right. Thank you

I had a list of plumbing projects that I wanted completed for my own peace of mind. The projects ranged from replacing the kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal, putting in a shut off valve to the outside faucet, replacing valves and/or washers in the bathrooms/laundry area and rebuilding a toilet. Nothing was urgent. Jeremy listened to my list on the phone and came over that afternoon to see the projects. The next day he called with bid which was reasonable and I accepted. He was able to schedule my projects, complete them in a timely fashion and at the bid price. I highly recommend.

Found MY plumber! My hot water heater stopped working one night, I called them in morning and he arrived the same day, promptly at the decided time. He was friendly, professional, quickly found and fixed the problem (he comes prepared to solve a variety of problems), cleaned up after. I had hot water an hour later. All this for a fair and reasonable price. Also, on the phone he was able to give me a ballpark estimate so I wasn't left guessing. I see no reason to go anywhere else.
PS I actually called them a while back when a hair wig broke in my new pipes and slid down the drain, I was worried it would collect debris and form a clog and they reassured me that it probably just went out to the sewer, but if it ever does clog, he gave me an estimate. Didn't charge me a house call fee knowing things would be OK, and they have been for 3+ years. I may have even called them a 2nd time without hiring when the valves to my outside pipes sprung a leak, but my BF fixed it... again Copper Pipe was patient and not annoyed at my calling without hiring, said I could get them in if we couldn't fix it. So when my hot water heater broke and I needed a professional to fix it, I knew who to call.
It is a great feeling knowing I have a plumber I can trust (competent, fast, won't rip me off) who can help me tackle any plumbing problem I have, and lucky for me they are only 5 minutes away. Because plumbing issues happen, and they always feel like an emergency.

Be careful of the charges! $400 for a job that was less than 2hours! Had a simple job. Replace the faucet in my powder room with the one I bought. When making the appointment the receptionist never asked if it was a single or remote handles. Apparently those cost more. $403.00 to install. The tech was a wonderful guy. My job had no issues . Easy removal and replace. He said that they base the price on jobs that are complicated. I would not call again without asking the base price.

On a Sunday, our water heater decided to die. I called Anderson Hills Plumbing and was able to speak to them first thing on Monday. They initially thought it would take another day to source our top of the line water heater. Ultimately, they under promised and over delivered as they ended up getting the equipment that day and made a last minute change in schedule to install our new water heater so we could shower that evening. Our family was grateful for the quick work of our local company. Thanks Anderson Hills Plumbing!

Excellent and professional service at a fair price! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service and they are a locally owned and operated family business.

Give these guys a wide berth. We were new to the Cincinnati when we made the mistake of giving them a call to fix some plumbing issues in our home. That was a major newcomer's mistake. The first time, they sent out a plumber to unclog two drains, and a clogged, and leaking toilet. After paying around $400, the drains seemed to work, but the toilet continued to leak, and was still stopped up. I called, and asked them to send the plumber back to fix the toilet. They sent a different guy, who arrived over an hour late. Then, he looked, and told us he didn't bring the necessary equipment to unclog the toilet. He left, to go back to the office, and fetch it. He was gone for over an hour and a half. When he got back, he used his equipment to snake out the line. Altogether, he was at our house for less than one hour. Two days later, we received a bill for almost $500. They expected us to pay for the hour he was late, and the hour and a half that he spent fetching the proper equipment. When I called to speak to the owner, I was told by an extremely rude receptionist that the owner would not talk to us, and if we didn't pay promptly, they would put us into collections (we had only received the bill that day). These people are strictly out to grab your wallet. It turns out there are competent plumbers and professional plumbers in the Cincinnati area, it's just not these guys.

These guys were great - the plumber who came out to fix our clogged toilet really tried hard to minimize time spent and expense of the overall repair. Super nice, honest guy - I would definitely call them again.

Over priced by $300 to evaluate the plumbing issue. Tried to come up with other issues on their evaluation. Declined all options they were trying to sell me on. Hours later, they sent a cleanup crew for an extra expense without notice. EXTREMELY a overpriced and unprofessional. Price gauging!

Purchased a Groupon for a whole house plumbing inspection and my husband took off work for the appointmnet. No one from Geiler showed up nor called. I left a voicemail message at 5 pm on Friday, stating I wanted a return call and I didn't care that it was a weekend, The wekkend tech returned my call and said he'd be out on Sat. Then received a call on Sat saying the company did not know what had happened on Friday but they would not service the call on a weekend. I asked for the person making that decisioin to please call me on Monday. By 11:15 am on Monday I had not heard anything, so I called them. I was then told they had a wrong number for me and had tried calling it several times on Friday. She said they'd be happy to reschedule the appt. I again reminded her that my husband had taken off work specifically for the missed appt and while I understand that telephone numbers can be transposed I felt like the error was their responsisbilyt but they were expecting us to make all the concessions. She then offered to connect me to the decision maker (whom I had requested call me in the first place) I got his voicemail, so I left a message requesting a call back. He callled back and his first statement was did I have a ? about a groupon?? Obviously he didn't pay much attention to my message. When I explained the issue he told me that they had a wrong phone number and they didn't know whether they took it down wrong or I gave it to them wrong!!! Their last appt. time is 2-4, never once did anyone ask how late would we need an appt to be. We could have been there by 4 but not by 2!! So I said if I could get my money back for my groupon I would just take my business elsewhere. He said oh you can do that, just call Groupon. So I told him that's what I would do and I would do business with a company that knows how to behave professionally!! Would not reccommend this company to anyone!!!!

Had a water installed in 2016. Already leaking. And they can't come over until 3 days later. If it weren't under warranty, I'd be calling some one else

They were very professional in presentation and punctual. They fixed 4 issues we had over the course of two visits. I think they were reasonably priced. Only reason I didn't leave a 5 star is because I feel like the repairs could have been estimated and explained a little better... so the final total wasn't a surprise. But overall a very good experience. They were thorough and didn't try to sell anything we didn't need.

We had a pipe burst above our sump pump so the water that was supposed to go out, came back into the basement. So we called A-Abel at 5:39 on a Friday. We called the emergency number and was told it would be $300 just to come out. And he sounded like he really didn't want to come over. But he did tell my husband how to shut off the sump pump. The problem with that is we have a very high water table and keeping the pump off will cause the water to back up. The guy said to call A-Abel first thing Saturday morning to get someone over to check the pipe. My husband called at 8:03 and was told that they were booked solid and couldn't get there till Monday. I now have a new plumber and will not use their other services.

Our house had a seized water valve, so we had no water until it is replaced. We called Schneller because of all the great reviews online.
However, the first time the technician came out, he did the installation incorrectly, and the water company could not turn the water back on. The technician blamed the water company for being picky.
We were desperate to get the water back on, so we paid the technician to come out a second time. This time, the technician installed a valve with the wrong size, and the water company again could not turn the water back on.
We wasted nearly $380 with this company ($229 for the first visit and $150 for the second). Whether they are incompetent or careless, I am not sure. I am sure though that this is not a company that I would ever recommend for plumbing services.

We needed a new water heater installed ASAP. I set up a package deal at a local home improvement store that included installation and was referred to the folks over at KW Mechanical. Two gentlemen showed up the same day and although they were both nice and polite the lead guy was clearly looking for reasons they couldn't do the job. I was told my flue was not venting properly and would have to have an HVAC person come over and fix the problem. A local HVAC person stopped by later the same day, checked the flue and venting and said it was fine. He explained the flue needs a heat source to actually reverse the flow of air outward. He demonstrated this and the flue vented just fine. By now, it was too late to have the installers come back out and when I talked to someone at KW Mechanical they were still resisting doing anything until the flue was redesigned to their liking. So I cancelled this install and went to another home improvement store and purchased a combo package that included the water heater and the install. Strangely enough I was referred to this same company but quickly cancelled them in favor of another installer who never called me back. Long story short, I found another installer who came out this morning (Saturday), did the job in a short amount of time, went over everything with me, showed me how to operate the water heater, and gave me a flat price for the job which was significantly cheaper than this company was going to charge (BTW, KW Mechanical was going to nickel and dime me on every little thing). Oh, and he also checked the flue and it worked just fine. So bottom line -- don't waste your time with KW Mechanical.
