Best Air Duct Repair in Cincinnati OH
This review is for Dana, who answered the phone and was very professional and polite. I could not use this company, however, because they do not service Kentucky. So, I'm writing this review just as a heads up to anyone else in Northern Kentucky who might be scrolling through Yelp looking for HVAC companies to hire.
I'm sure these guys are great, but only if you are in Ohio.

On Thursday, my toilet clogged. I made an appointment for a service call for Friday morning at 0800.
Before the technician arrived, the issue resolved itself and the toilet flushed fine. However, since my house was built in the 1950's, I thought it would be helpful to have him look at it anyway in case it might be a recurring issue.
The technician tested the toilet. He mentioned that with age, some of the features have become blocked with calcium deposits-and that I should begin to consider replacing the toilet, but it wasn't necessary to do during his visit.
Geiler has replaced a different toilet in my home with one I purchased on my own several years ago. I asked about any that they recommended. It turns out that they recommend one that is taller, has a larger drain hole than typically offered at hardware stores. These are things I wouldn't have considered on my own, but are definitely important.
I definitely felt that the visit was helpful, and that Geiler is a great service company. I have used them over the last ten years and will continue to in the future!

Water pressure went out on a Sunday night so I called the emergency service line. The guy on the phone was very sweet and walked me through what might be the issue. He said a technician would call first thing in the morning between 0800-0830 to set up a time to come to the house...surprise surprise, no phone call. I followed up at 0845 and the receptionist on the phone had Monday morning brain and tried scheduling me for an HVAC appointment when I clearly said twice No water pressure. By the time she figured out what a WELL and WATER PRESSURE to ZERO means all of the appointments were booked for the day meaning I would have to pay for emergency service response after 5pm. I have a pregnant renter with zero water pressure. Calling someone more competent.

I had no heat a limited budget and a big problem with my furnace. I'm talking exposed wiring and more. Billy was my service pro and he was just great! He was able to get my heat back on and keep me under budget. He also gave me a sound plan for dealing with with the repairs still needed. I felt he really cared

My daughter and future son-in-law had Schneller Knochelmann come to their home to install a kitchen faucet they had already purchased from Amazon and to reconnect a garbage disposal that was already in the home. I was there when they arrived as my daughter was at an appointment and future son-in-law was at work. They told them that they would give them the cost when they arrived, which they did not do. They then proceeded to charge them $600+ for the work. They charged $264 to install the faucet and $264 to reconnect the garbage disposal. In hindsight, my daughter should have refused to pay them but she was to quite sure what to do. They were not even there an hour and a good part of that time was the main guy training another guy how to do things. To put in perspective how this is absolute robbery, we had an extremely reputable well known plumber install our new kitchen faucet and were charged $129. They called to complain about the charge and Schneller Knochelman would do nothing. Beware, only use Schneller Knochelman if you want to get ripped off. They should be ashamed for ripping off young homeowners!

Had a main line backing up in the basement and called to have them come for a drain clearing service.
Staff was friendly and arrived within the scheduled window. Took care to use appropriate Covid protections and a good job not making a mess with the snake/auger. Price was reasonable for the initial drain clear service (around $90).
They sent someone to send a guy with a camera the next day to investigate the blockage and propose a potential fix. After using the camera the guy told me he thought it was roots in the pipe and would likely cost around $8,500 to fix the line. In order to verify that roots was the issue, they requested $1,200 to do a hydro flush so they could more accurately determine the issue. My insurance company requested a second quote, so we got 2 more. Both additional estimates said that it was a house trap that was clogged and it would only cost between $4,800-$6,300 to fix the whole line. Fortunately we got the second opinion, as the $1,200 hydro flush wouldn't have even worked with a house trap and the total cost was much lower.
Overall I gave them a 2 star, as they were friendly and were able to get the water flowing as expected for a temporary fix, but were unable to identify the actual plumbing issue and were more expensive than what others were charging. I'd call them in the future for simple needs, but I'd definitely get a second opinion before I spent more than $200 on anything.

No shows. Read through Yelp and saw these guys as highly rated. Great. Called and set up an appointment and waited 3 days for the time to fix my water lines. I had a 4 o'clock appointment, took off work and went home to meet them. No call and no one showed up. I'll try a more reliable company.
