So lucky to have BDP Services as my plumber. I was weighing my options among three plumbers, but this company and Darin was outstanding. Darwin's response was not only very quick to give me the hassle free and the best estimate but finining the job the next day. Shaun showed up on time wearing mask and was very conscious of social distancing giving me peace of mind. He was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. Over the years I used numerous plumbers, but this is the first time that I felt a need to say good words for Darin and Shaun for their superb professionalism that went beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend BDP Services for your plumbing needs. Thanks again Darin and Shaun.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

Chris was awesome! Very professional! Got the job done in no time. Also very accommodating since I had to reschedule due to my dog having puppies! On time and respectful!

Yelp is full of one and five star reviews...worst company to do business with, so thankful to have found but what about when bad things happen to good people?
My story starts with a busted main water line and water gushing out of my front yard. No water to my house, just awesome. I called around, got multiple estimates and ultimately decided to go with CSR. Why did I pick CSR? Not because they were the cheapest estimate (they were actually somewhere in the middle) but because after meeting with the owner I felt that he was a guy that I could trust. Within hours of CSR checking out my plumbing problem I had an emailed estimate and the job was scheduled to start the very next morning. Up to this point everything had gone as I had hoped for.
Shortly after the job got started some unexpected events occurred. I will spare those details but I do want to mention that my water was restored by the end of the day. While I was very thankful to have my water back on (after being shut off for over 72 hours) I was less than satisfied with some of process. At the end of the job the owner called me to discuss what had happened and what my options were at that point.
It is now a few days later and we are still in the process of working out a resolution. The delayed resolution is only a result of the owner giving me multiple options to ensure that I am 100% satisfied. While I wish that the job had gone smoothly I highly respect the way that the owner chose to do business once he knew that I was not completely satisfied. I truly believe that the problems that I experienced were not typical of CSR jobs but that when problems do occur the owner will do everything within his power to ensure that the customer is happy. I respect and appreciate a company that stands behind their work.
To summarize, I had a plumbing emergency at my house, I chose CSR to fix it, during the process there were some bumps in the road but I would still recommend CSR due to their top notch customer service. I would recommend CSR to my friends and family and I would also call them again for future plumbing needs.

Joe and crew were extremely professional. I engaged them to hydrojet a sewer line, which they did on time, at cost, effectively. I searched lots of vendors and their quote was most competitive and response most professional.
They also identified a couple other issues I could consider addressing in the future and talked to me about pros and cons. They also examined some drains I was contemplating having them snake, but they recommended a different self-solve which did NOT involve extra cost to me -- seemed like very honest folks.

Jake was great! Responsive, competitive quote upfront, had more to offer than other bids, came early, got right to work and bang, done! Highly recommended. Will use again for other plumbing projects.

For a very reasonable price, John showed up promptly for his appointment and fixed our leaking shower. When he realized he didn't have the required part, he went off to purchase one, and he did not charge us for the extra time. He also adjusted our sink drain stopper so that it moves up and down the way it's supposed to, and again at no charge. He's a very polite guy and very focused. We'll definitely call him the next time we need a plumber.

I have used ASAP for several years. They are always competitive in pricing and back up thier work. And for plumbers, they are on time when they give you an estimate upon arrival.

Recently we had a slab leak in our house, and determined that a full repipe was necessary. After receiving bids from numerous repipe companies in the San Diego area, we decided to go with Ameri-Cal for a few key reasons:
1) Price. The bid from Ameri-Cal was comprehensive - new Uponor PEX pipes with a 25 year warranty, all new hose bibs, pressure regulator, drywall patch and texture, and stucco patch, and they still came in at the lowest price. All the
2) Track record. They are licensed, bonded, and insured, but don't let the low number of Yelp reviews for their Carlsbad office concern you - their main office is up in Buena Park, and they have over 150 five-star reviews. They also specialize in repiping.
3) Ease of communication. I asked for a quote over Yelp and was connected with their associate Toby, who was friendly, straightforward, and responsive over Yelp message and text. He was able to give a quote over text message rather than having to schedule a visit, which made the process much easier. I had a lot of questions both before and during the repipe process, and he was always quick to respond and professionally courteous.
The repipe took one day to install the pipes (8am-4pm) and one day the following week for the drywall and stucco patch (9am-3pm or so) and went very smoothly. They utilized our attic (1 story home) to route the new pipes, requiring minimal holes in the bathroom and kitchen. They were also able to repipe to the shower valves without requiring new escutcheons, which is great. The new pipes have been functioning well, and the drywall and stucco patch and texture look great. I'm glad I went with Ameri-Cal and would definitely recommend them for repiping.

I am not one to write reviews but in this case I felt compelled. Our water heater is above the garage in a terrible spot and of course it went out. After calling several places, I got the best feeling from these guys. I was so right. Tony and Eric were professional, polite, prompt and honest (& funny). It was a real pain for them, but they got the job done and we can once again take warm showers! I see no reason to ever use another company. Highly recommend them!

The technicians on site, Luis and Tony were good to go in my book. Luis was very informative and didn't shoot from the hip. Provided great customer service. On point and was on time. Hopefully I don't have to call again for any issues but if I do, I know who to call and ask for to help me with any issues. Thank you Gents! Great job!

We have used Perry Plumbling now three times in the past couple months. The service has been excellent. They are very professional and on time. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Thank you Alex, Brandon and Roland!! The only down side is the communication with the answering service. On our first repair, just trying to get a call back was a let down. Multiple calls went out to them, we were told someone was gonna call the next day but never did. We were told that the answering service staff is short staffed. Other than that great service!

THA gave me an honest and competitive quote. Showed up on time and sent their technician Oliver to install 3 new toilets. Oliver and THA were consummate professionals, answered questions, explained the job details, wore a face mask and booties and did a perfect job with all the clean up. Outstanding service. Don't bother looking for a better quote or another plumber. Make sure you ask for Oliver (and by the way - I am not related to this guy, nor am a paid spokesperson for THA).
