Called Darin to do some water heater work for me and he was reasonably priced, extremely responsive (something very important to me) and did excellent work. I've already asked him back to do some more.

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

Chris came to my home within a day of me calling for a slab leak. He was kind and professional over the phone. He worked right away on three different options and quotes for my insurance company. The day of the repair, I trusted him and his team in my home alone. He contacted me right away with issues he found and gave me great direction on what he believed my insurance would pay for. This was less then another option but he looked out for my family and guided us and was spot on. He completed the task within his time frame! Our garbage disposal got jammed last night and I put out a request on Yelp - Above and Beyond answered right away with clear pricing and the time that a technician could arrive. The next day, Joe and Jesse showed up right on time. They were very considerate and wore shoe covers and were very tidy. They walked me through the process of how to unclog the disposal and it was very educational. They were extremely efficient and cleaned up after. They also let me know the services come with a 30 day warranty. Overall, I could not be happier with the service and would use this company again/recommend to others! Thank you!

Jake was quick to respond to my initial request. He was able to get out the same day and have everything done in a short time. His quote was accurate and better than just about everyone else in the area. He was friendly and efficient. I plan on utilizing him again soon. Fully recommend.

Chris came even on a holiday weekend. He was able to detect the water leak efficiently and explained very clearly to us the issues. He is very reliable, professional, honest, family oriented and cares about his customer. He helped us contact plumber and water mitigation company and even willing to support for after care services. After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

These guys are awesome. They were able to fit me in on a same day appt on a Friday and fixed not only the original shower that had an issue but our upstairs shower as well! All for a very fair price. Oh and as a bonus, or frenchie who normally doesn't like strangers totally took to them both :) the work is Choncho approved.

Sergio saves us by unclogging our sink the day before I hosted Thanksgiving! It was a stubborn clog and he was patient and finally got it cleared. They came on short notice and we will use them again if needed.

We called Perry's to replace our water heater as it was quite old. They came out promptly, did a nice enough job with the install and then took away the original water heater. Unfortunately the next day it was making a lot of unusual noises and we felt something wasn't right. They did a routine check. The team, with supervisor Eric, then came out to inspect. They determined it had a defect (manufacturers). Jose and Sergio replaced it and again did an amazing job. They showed us what the problem was with the other one, installed and tested the newest one, showed us how to adjust temp etc. it has worked like a dream since. The quality of workmanship e.g.soldering, clean-up afterwards etc. was excellent. Thank you Jose and Sergio. We appreciate your hard work, courtesy, always listening to needs of your customers and the extra effort you made for us. Thank you Eric (& the other young man who came with you, but we didn't get his name) for diagnosing and taking care of the problem with the manufacturer. We continue to trust Perry's for all our plumbing needs.
