never trying to upsell anything at all.  He seems to have our best interest in mind!   He emailed us the requested quotes and has been available to answer all questions very promptly!
I'll tell you a secret...i'm thinking of hiring EVO air for the job.  His quote is the best and the customer service is top notch.. Ivo is not only the sales person but he is also the installer, so he actually knows what he's talking about vs the 1st quote i got which i've only gotten to communicate with a sales person.

I just had Anderson HVAC and Plumbing out to replace a thermostat/controller for my AC that had stopped working.  I called on a Saturday and they very politely put me down for a Monday afternoon appointment.  
Katie arrived, a very knowledgeable and polite young lady technician.  She investigated all of my HVAC equipment, from the attic portion of the system to the outside condenser unit.  
There were many many problems found.  I had a proposal for almost $5,000 from Katie.  
When the thermostat/controller was replaced (15 minute task) I was politely informed of the cost as I presented my credit card.  It was $784 for a Honeywell T6 Pro Programmable unit.  I checked Home
Depot for their retail price on this unit and was shocked to see it was $85.  
The overhead on this job was bizarrely high!  What could've been a quick task of connecting the power wire to the unit's on wire (which Katie did to see if the unit was operating correctly) and the new ($85 retail) T6 Pro Honeywell was accomplished in half an hour.  
All further time spent was in noticing parts that were wearing as expected over its 10 years operation.
I decided not to have Anderson quote me on the price of a new replacement for my exterior condenser unit, which is a 3 ton top of the line Trane unit.

Jose went above and beyond to clear a complicated sink clog.  He fixed it with a smile on his face.  The price was very reasonable and the service was great.

Pacific Drain and Plumbing is extremely overpriced. If you are at all budget conscious, then do not use this company. They recently charged $1,195 for repairing a 1 inch ten foot length of pipe. All drywall around the pipe was removed prior to their repair. So the pipe was easily accessible. The plumber took less than four hours to complete the job.
The company was recently sold and the new owner is now charging excessively high prices.

Responded to yelp ad saying they could help. Called and then said they couldn't. Waste of time.

Prompt response. The technician, Luis, was customer service oriented. Observed COVID-19 safety guidelines. He was very knowledgeable. The service was fast, effective and efficient.  Got the pipe leak issue fixed with no trouble. Would recommend to anyone.

This company quickly and professionally pulled us out of a very bad situation created by another plumbing company, and we were quite happy that we contacted them. They can get someone dispatched to you rapidly and reliably, and their staff is very professional and friendly. They may not be the cheapest outfit, but with plumbing there is a real value in reliability and having an established organization that will stand behind their work. If you want it done right, don't mess around with some of the amateurs you may stumble upon in the Yellow Pages. Trust me...you don't want to go down that road!

We called to have our 75 gallon water heater replaced.  Not an emergency but pre-emptive replacement for a 11 year old water heater as old as the home. They sent a plumber out to give us an estimate.  It took the guy about 45 minutes to come up with an estimate.  The estimate was $6500!  We were told our recirculating pump was not installed correctly.  Told all sorts of things were required to bring it up to code. 3 people have to come out plus tank disposal costs - on and on to justify this estimate.  Called Hanna Plumbing and over the phone they gave an estimate of $1850 - standard pricing. Immediately scheduled the replacement.  They came the next day and told us there was nothing wrong with the recirculating pump installation and added all of the things required to bring it up to current code (pan, earthquake strap, flex hoses, etc.)  We wondered if the plumbers/estimators at Anderson are on commission...I would never use these cheater guys.  If you can, be sure to get more than one estimate.

This review is for my Mom since she does not have a YELP account. Mom (Lena) decided after 40 years she wanted her furnace to be replaced as it was better to be safe than sorry. This was a really nice experience for her. Neil Nath has been very helpful and patient with the entire process. He knew she was not good with the computer and made a special trip for her to sign papers, being both professional and approachable.  Our technicians Gregory Goulding and Anthony Torres were very patient in explaining each process, keeping her informed all of the way. They kept the work area clean and were considerate in showing her how everything worked (If you know my mother, you know that this task can take awhile, haha).  Everytime she called the office, Geoffrey Cira was always helpful in answering her questions and any concerns she may have. She had a great experience with Sherlock! You can tell that all of their employees take great pride in their job.
