Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have!

I contracted BDP to install a new 130 or so foot gas line from the meter to our house. Darin offered a fair price and told me they were able to start almost immediately as SDGE shut off our gas due to a leak. Shaun came out to work on the gas line and I could tell they were busy with other jobs but they still showed up each day sometimes working past working hours. They finished in about 2-3 days and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them and will use this company again for any similar issues in the future.

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I talked to Chris at 7:30 on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend when my bathtub backed up. He was very helpful, spending time to help me fix the issue. It turned out the issue resolved itself and he didn't need to come out, but I appreciated the time and effort. I will be using him in the future for any plumbing issues that I end up dealing with.

Alan at CSR is great!  I was out of my condo for a few months and came back to find no hot water in the shower.  Alan came to the unit quickly to troubleshoot - I turned the faucet a few times quickly to show him the problem, and something came unlodged and suddenly the hot water worked!  He could have charged me for coming out to the condo, but instead created a dedicated future customer for CSR by giving me a break.  Thanks Alan and CSR!!

I've had David and his crew set up the water filtration system for reverse osmosis drinking water and soft shower water for my house when I became a proud San Diego home owner in 2017. But it wasn't until today I realized just how above and beyond this company goes. They have state of the art equipment and technology to monitor even the tiniest of leaks. Which is what I had last night, but a big leak under the kitchen sink.

David showed up today, within half day business time. And guess what? The leak had nothing to do with his water filtration. He helped me solve a problem that could've become a much much bigger problem.

I see them once a year for maintenance. They are reasonable in costs.

I just wanted to say I never get paid for my reviews. It's hard to impress me and I have high standards. David and his company are ethical, hard working, and consistent. And they impressed me.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and had tried everything on my end to get it unclogged. I searched around yelp for a plumber since I'm a recent east coast transplant and usually rely on my dad to come fix this sort of thing haha I called Above and Beyond after getting a really reasonable quote (other plumbers quoted me almost double) and got an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon. I got a call from the company asking if we could reschedule to Saturday morning due to them being very busy. It wasn't a problem for me and on Saturday a wonderful plumber named Rene came to snake our kitchen drain. He was super nice and even discovered we had not clogged our drain but the main line it was connected to was backed up. He did discover a leaky pipe though so I'll be getting that fixed once I get a quote. Oh and he killed a bug for ha great experience with the company and will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection saved the day for me.  I had a bad water leak under my house that was costing me $100s a day from the gas and water department.  He came out the day I called him and gave me a competitive bid.  He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and I trusted him immediately.  I am disabled in a wheelchair on a low income and a severe emergency for me as I had to turn the water off.  He came the next day with the equipment to find the leaks and checked the entire house.   He started work that day with an assistant and they worked two full days to reroute the pipes through the attic which also saved me much money.  It was in El Cajon, CA which is extremely hot so it was a very difficult job.  He is friendly, kind, caring, very respectful, He is  professional and really knows his trade. Awesome service!!  Had an emergency in our kitchen with us waking up to our sink leaking overnight and water all over the floor.  Called at 7:30am and they had someone out at 9am!  Super friendly service over the phone.  Tim did a great job and was polite, pleasant, and explained everything he was doing and even checked things just in case.  Everything was done within an hour!  Price was awesome and super reasonable.  Would definitely recommend.

Our sewage pump broke we needed a affordable plumber fast. Blaine responded right away and came out the very next morning.  He was super knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was fast and efficient! He's is not only a super nice guy but the best plumber in the city!

After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

I guess it all starts with a story.  It was early in the morning when I entered the master bathroom and heard water running somewhere in the house.  After a search and not finding anything on I went to shut off the water main.  The sound stopped.  Bad news, slab leak.  This is not when Mr. Rooter got involved. Had a locator service come out to locate the leak.  They found it right in a 4-foot section between the main bath and the dining room.  I decided on a re-plumb, and no Mr. Rooter was still not involved.  The re-plumb would involve opening my utility wall between the master bath and guest bathroom.  So, my thought is its time to remodel the guest bath.  The wall in the kitchen was also going to have to be opened so my thought LET'S REMODEL!   Nope, Mr. Rooter still not involved.  Cut to the chase.  My remodel contractor was installing the new shower drain in the guest bath and the main sewer drain basically collapsed.  Now Mr. Rooter enters the picture. Javier came out with Omar and we discussed options, I decided on the No Trench pipe busting technique, may be a bit more expensive then trenching, but you don't have all the repair work afterwards.  Omar and Jose were my day to day installers, they are masters at what they do.  Three holes in my slab and six days later all the rotting cast iron is now out of my house. BTW my house was built in 1958. They cleaned up after themselves and kept my house as clean as possible.  Don't get me wrong with this type of work there will always be dust so you must accept that.  This included changing out all drains, they even changed out the toilet pipe, and tub drain from the master bath.  They even corrected the work from a previous plumber not correctly attaching to the main clean out near the street.  There was a couple days they had to cut off early so the apprentice could go to school.  Get this Mr. Rooter sends their people to school.  Got to respect that.  Anyway, to bring this to a close Omar and Jose were very good at what they do, and Mr. Rooter is now my only plumbing company.  To explain the photos, the firs it he hole in the guest bath, what the largest but had to get to the master bath toilet and tub.  The pile of dirt was place on a tarp to avoid messing up my yard.  The last is my laundry sink, its plumbing was all messed up and the fixed it also.
