Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

I've dealt with multiple plumbers and Go Plumbing is by far my best experience. They have done several jobs in my home ranging from installation of water lines/drain pipe for my washing machine to (the not so pleasant) clogs.  Edgar is very responsive and can usually have someone out quickly. I recently had to call for issues with a clogged line. Christian did a great job with the repairs. He took the time to explain things before he started and made sure to clean up after he was done. Overall I have found this team to be highly professional,  reasonably priced, and honest. I highly recommend them.

We had a problem with a backed up kitchen sink and after realizing it needed professional hydro jetting gathered some quotes. Paul was able to give a quote online and came in person that same day, beating other quotes via Yelp. We were scheduled in the next morning  where Paul explained his process for jetting all of our lines. Paul is a very nice guy and pleasant to talk to. Very professional in his work and thorough from start to finish. Other companies weren't able to fit us in until the following week, we're glad Paul was able to clear our lines. Don't hesitate to contact Speedi Rooter, great business!

Robert was on time, extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and straight up very helpful.  We had unusual amounts of air in the lines, and he took the extra bedside manner to explain the issue, and to help prevent future problems, while solving in a short while.  All the little details were handled, and I definitely will request Robert's service when needed.

Like many other reviewers of American Ace Plumbing Heating and AC, I called in a pinch. My parents are in town visiting in usually cool San Diego, except that it was hot, humid and the AC was not working.
Other places I called could not come for 3 to 5 days, just not realistic.
I called AAPH&A/C and Fred was extremely nice. He gave me ideas to trouble shoot myself to avoid a service call for no reason.  When that failed to work, he was able to come to my home the next day.
He was early for the appointment, friendly, explained every step he was taking and asked before doing anything that would cost us.  He even took time after completing the job to clean up and write up what he did, and what still needs to be done long term so we can inform our landlord
We were extremely satisfied and would use them again, and recommend them to friends and family.

They had the lowest price by several hundred dollars of any place to replace our leaking water heater within 24 hours. Chris, the installer, explained our options clearly and even offered minor changes (like draining catch pan and pressure relief outside); so, I wont need to have my garage flood in another 9 years. Polite, clean, done in two hours, provided good directions on how to operate and maintain, and the price didn't go up from quote (even with the several recommended improvements).

I have a rental home in San Diego and I used Community Plumbing to replace three outdoor faucets that were leaking.  They were super easy to schedule and very reasonable in their pricing.  While they were there they helped identify a few other issues with some of the lawn irrigation systems and came back out to fix those as well.  

Again, very reasonable, professional, and I would definitely recommend using them!

Gilbert, and to the entire staff at THA. Thank you for taking such good care of my 86-year-old Aunt. In the beginning, we had a heating & air company come out to assess my Aunt's broken A/C. (ASI) I told my Aunt it would b 8k to replace her A/C and 6k to replace her furnace, plus they did nothing to see if they could fix the furnace. We found out through SDG&E that there was a program where she qualified for a free furnace. At this point, the A/C was not functional and very hot, so I brought her to my home. THA, contracted by SDG&E, came out to look at her furnace. Gilbert, I am not sure if you were that person or if another wonderful person took the time to fix the fan as a temporary solution to restore functionality for the A/C unit to work. Thank you for telling my Aunt that 8k was a ripoff and should not cost that much for a manufactured home. The new quote was 5200, 3k cheaper. Your service is exceptional. I appreciate all of your caring staff.

Harrison was very friendly and did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet! Everything looks great and works perfectly. However, he did switch the direction of the hot and cold water without letting me know. It isn't a big deal, but it took a while to get used to since I kept forgetting.

The price was not bad at all to get it replaced and it barely took any time at all. They had a nice coupon on Yelp for the month, which helped out too! I'm really happy with my service and would definitely hire them again. However, since they do charge by job, I understand other reviews saying how the cost adds up for smaller jobs. I didn't have that issue this time around, but that is definitely something to keep in mind for future job consideration.

Toilet was over 25 years old kept clogging I called at 9 and they were able to be at my home that morning and replace by 1230 the same day!

Honest plumber...Joel (Joe) was the technician working on our plumbing issue, he is very honest and incredibly smart! Our tenant called a different plumbing company and that plumber told me our plumbing problem could be a slab leak and wanted to do a leak test. That plumber left the job site so we called Diamond Plumbing and Steve set up Joel to be the technician. When Joel arrived, he asked if he could open up the wall to see if the leak was there. He was so smart to do that because that's exactly where the leak was. We did not need to do a leak test or reroute the pipes (like the original plumber wanted). It is so important to find help that is honest- thank you Joel and Steve!!!
