The owner contacted me right away and had a very reasonable price.  He was also able to come out very quickly and got the job done in a hassle free manner.  

I would highly recommend things 2 fix!  I had my kitchen faucet replaced.

Two problem with my past experience with the company
1. The estimates they quoted are so much higher than others.
2. The business owner is not open for price negotiation and seems very inpatient.

The good part is the technician Jose explains things in great details and is very patient when answering questions.

I can always depend on Martin to do terrific handy services at our home. He's dependable and completes requested tasks in a timely manner. Also, his work is neat and clean. I highly recommend Martin!

They are fantastic!  It's always easy to book them.  They're always on time and fix the problem quickly.  They do a great job.  I really recommend them.

Cant say enough great things about Tim and his work.  We came home from a trip to find out our hot water heater was shot.  He came out right away, and on top of it saved me some money as I wanted to buy a bigger heater that he told me was not necessary.  He was right, more than enough even with my wife's hour showers.   I've since referred to other friends and they thanked me for the referral.

called late on a Friday night when my upstairs master shower drain began leaking into my kitchen.  They got someone out within an hour and did a great job.

Excellent experience from their polite answering service to the knowledgable technician.  Same day resolution.  Our technician, Robert, provided great communication, arrived on time, resolved the issue in a few mins and was gone.  HVAC superhero stuff.

I never thought my first Yelp review would be for a plumber but I can stay silent no more: This guy is awesome. He's responsive, quick to fix any problem we've thrown at him and loyal. And, not only does he fix the problem, but he always tells us why it happened, what we can do in the future to prevent it, and how to fix it ourselves (if we want to). If not, he's always happy to come back out! We won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs, and you shouldn't either.

Stephens had the parts I needed to repair an older hot water in stock.  They did not try and sell me more than I needed as other vendors did.  Kevin was helpful in making sure that I was familiar with the assembling of the parts in the proper fashion.  Courteous, helpful, and more than competitive on price.  Can't ask for more.

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

I contacted Adam Hadib with A1-Services.  He answered his phone, no voicemail. He asked for photos of the work we needed done, then he sent me back his reasonable quote.

He was able to come out the next day to install our shower door. (He was booked up all week after Sunday).

He did a wonderful job! He was very personable; kind;considerate, & honest.

We will definitely call him again if needed.

The job was small but the professionalism was huge.  Gus was prepared and masked up for safety.  Within the quoted time he replaced the bathroom faucet and drain assemble.  Done on time, no leaks and feeling safe was a perfect experience.  THANKS GUS!

My family, friends and I have hired Don to help with all sorts of different tasks: plumbing, clean up, door lock repairs, he even hung a large picture on the hall above my stairs, which was really tricky to get at. He does it all! Very responsive, reasonable rates and Don is just a pleasure to work with.
