This update is to go over what happened after my install. We noticed a spot on the ceiling near the AC unit the day after our install. We called the Dukes and they sent out Kalem to investigate. He talked with Manny and found out water was spilled in the attic and that's where the stain came from. I was told I had the option of waiting for it to dry and they would send out a painter. Or they would send me a get a gift card and then I could go buy the supplies myself and take care of it. I opted for the gift card and said I would wait. The gift card arrived a week later and I was surprised because it was a gift card for the Cheesecake Factory. Not at all what I was expecting. Kalem and I had talked about something more along the lines of a Visa card that I could use at Lowes to buy the paint. I called the office and told them what happened and they apologized for the confusion. What I wanted somehow got lost in translation. I was told I would be receiving a Lowes gift card, because I said there was one close by to me. They asked me to just send back the other gift card and I said I would. I was set on mailing it back once I'd received the replacement card. So here it is 3 weeks later and no Lowes gift card. I decided to call in and see what was going on. The person I spoke with listened politely to my tale, but had no real sympathy for it. She told me they were waiting for the return of the gift card. Once it was received they would send out the replacement card. This must be their standard operating procedure because she never asked for my name to verify what I was talking about. If I had known that when I originally called I would have mailed it 3 weeks ago. I have now put the gift card in the mail back to the Dukes, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I feel I have been very patient over this whole affair and I'm not sure if I would recommend them as easily or as quickly as I would have before.

Amazing service. Jason came and helped us on a couple small plumbing issues we had at our house. Not only did he give us expert advice but saved us a bunch of money, when he could of easily charged us for more money. We quoted several other companies and no one came close to the quality and service we got.

I needed a leaky water heater repaired, and a garbage disposal installed.  Techool came to the house within 24 hours, completed the work and charged a fair price.  I would work with them again in the future.

So one of the downsides to owning a place... you pay for anything that breaks! I had (what ended up NOT to be an emergency) for the kitchen sink. Right in the middle of cooking dinner, water starts coming out from the cabinets underneath. Great. I'm hungry and now I'm irritated...

We actually called another handyman for a referral and he suggested we call these guys - specifically Howard. I wasn't too sure if I'd be able to get someone out right away, but Howard was the man and made it happen! We called him around 6pm and he showed up shortly after.

He was very knowledgeable and really upfront about how much everything would cost. All around nice guy :) I'm very sure I'll be calling him if we ever need any other plumbing services... hopefully not any time soon!

I am so very pleased with Pat and his crew at Affordable Plumber.  I had an emergency main  water line leak.  They came out almost immediately and repaired the major leak.  I was very pleased with the quality of work and customer service!  They showed up and did a very professional job!  Very quickly and a price lower than what I initially expected.  I am so very happy I found Pat & crew at Affordable Plumber.  I will keep their number handy in case I need any type of plumber or have another emergency job done.  I wasn't able to be present while they were at my home.  Pat took pictures of the job every step of the way.  I felt relieved the job was done so quickly and professionally.  I would feel very comfortable referring them to anyone!

Speed: Our circulating pump went out so it took foreverto get hot water to the other side of our home. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged P&L Plumbing on Yelp, they responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. They told me what was going on with my hot water and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time researching the parts needed.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. P&L Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. P&L Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

My husband called and Freddy was able to make it out within a few hours. Not only did Freddy thoroughly explain his troubleshooting process and how he recommended making the fix to me, but he also texted my husband updates throughout so he was aware of what was going on and could be involved in the decision making. Once we agreed on a plan, Freddy got to work right away, was done quickly, and left the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived. I can't say enough good things-- he was great with our dog too!

I contacted ASAP plumbing via Yelp and received a response and quote within 10 mins, and a technician was scheduled for the next day. Jason called 30 mins ahead of arrival time as promised and did an amazing job. Jason was prompt and professional, walked me through the whole process of what was fixed, and was up front about the cost as well. I highly recommend both him and ASAP Plumbing!

I am so glad I finally found a plumber! Angel was professional and honest. When I showed him my job he made recommendations that ended up saving me ALOT of money, time and stress. He had a free estimate to me within minutes and showed up on time when I hired him to do the job. My bathroom was completely gutted down to the framework and after he changes the plumbing and moved pipes he still took the time to clean up. I will always request him anytime I have any plumbing needs!!

Eric was on time. He removed some drywall and installed a double door. He was courteous and did a great job with clean up. The job came in on budget and he even finished sooner than expected! Would highly recommend Eric and this company!

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

These guys were awesome! Helped me out with a small issue!! Looking forward to using them again!

Come the next day and below quote. Has done multiple jobs at my house.  Called him for the 3rd time to do an upgraded sink install with new deposal.

Not pleased with thoroughness of work. I was charged for an unnecessary service on an appliance that will need replacing. What a waste of money! I'll never use these guys again.

clogged/backed up drains throughout the whole house. Technician came same day and fixed it for a reasonable fee with 120 day guarantee. I would only call RR in the future as I had two other plumbers here who could not help me.
