Best Plumbing Inspection in Chandler AZ

Did a wonderful job on my main shut-off valve replacement and I would strongly consider using this company on a future plumbing project. Thank you

I had used Lawson Family Plumbing about 2 yrs ago when I had an exterior leak in my home while I was in Hawaii. They came out promptly and, although the price was high, I was happy with the work.
Fast forward to this past week.
I had a new tub put in my master bathroom. Unfortunately, it was set a couple of inches off from where it should be placed. (and I am above ground, so wooden floor)
I called Lawson to see if they could give me an estimate to move the drain 1-2.
I didn't hear anything back for 3 days. Finally I called for my quote.
$4300.00!!!!
No parts. Just Labor.
I won't be contacting Lawson Family Plumbing again.
And, I will update my review when I get my  job done!

This company has saved us twice this summer. Both our AC's had the capacitor fail about a month apart. American home water and AC were a pleasure to deal with and fit us into their busy schedule. The technician was knowledgeable , courteous and honest. Only fixing what was needed and gave a very insightful review of our AC system.

Perfect service! Was able to get scheduled immediately and they saved the day! Was on the last leg of a bathroom remodel when I ran into a plumbing issue and they fixed it perfectly! Cannot recommend them enough!

Copper creek plumbing came to my rescue same day when I was having issues with my shower that would not drain. They were fairly priced, quick and efficient. Brandon is a knowledgeable and friendly plumber. I will only trust Copper Creek Plumbing for my plumbing work from now on.

Service was 5 stars. Cost was 1 star. Nearly $600 for replacing toilet parts and cleaning out a drain.

I just had American Plumbing & Rooter out for the second time - they were to my house within 20 minutes of my call and fixed my problem within 5 minutes.  My garbage disposal fix was discounted, because this company understands the importance of customer service.  I will continue to contact them for these needs as they are very fair - would definitely recommend.

SECOND UPDATE: Ron followed up on this and after a few days fixed the walls. Even though waiting the extra time ruined a couple of plans with out of town company, I have to credit him for making things right. He had to bring in an outside business to get it done but didn't charge me to do that when it likely cost him. He also confirmed a lifetime warranty and offered to bring over the touch up paint he used after learning I no longer knew which color to use.

Ron is clearly a solid business man and excellent plumber. From another review on here it appears the trouble arises when he sends out a less experienced one when he is unable to make it. Be sure to ask that Ron comes out himself to complete the job. I have no doubt you will be happy with the service and clear communication explaining everything up front. To be fair it is not always easy to train newer employees up to ones high standards. After a few years I am sure that will be the case here.

UPDATE: Just received a call from Ron who says he wants to make things better after finding out I am unhappy with the service. Wow, gotta respect that! Will update soon...

I am now stuck looking for someone to fix a large hole in my bathroom drywall and a second hole in my guest room closet. I had an initial rooter come out who explained that I needed someone to go into the wall behind the shower and that was beyond their services. The wall is unseen inside a closet so I figured no big deal. I explained this to both gentlemen I spoke to. After looking at my drain the gentleman insisted he needed to cut the hole right next to the shower in plain site in the bathroom, which I did agree to. But he didn't explain I'd have to hire my own separate drywaller after he was finished. And he still ended up going into the wall behind the shower to unclog the drain.

They charged me 350.00 for this. When I agreed to the price I thought that they would complete the service. And since he didn't have the name of a drywaller, I have no idea who to get to patch the wall. There is also a second unpatched hole in my closet that needs a special type of covering that I will need to describe to the drywaller myself. I do not recommend these guys. I will not call them again.

We love the work First Class Plumbing Solution does! Professional, punctual and reasonably priced, not to mention friendly and pleasant. We had work done by them for the second time recently and it was again a top notch job.

After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional.  The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned.

This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding!  I was really impressed.

I would highly recommend this company. I now have a plumber to call.

PS I'd like to add that the cut in the wall was only 7inches by 9 inches!

I purchased a kitchen faucet and had it ready for the plumber for replacement. A plumber from Travis and Sons spent 2 hours at my home and replaced three valves and flex pipes per my request and connected the new faucet. I was charged $550. The material cost not more than $50. So i was charged approximately $250/hour.

Called ASAP plumbing to replace two valves at the top of my rental house water heater. They showed up  the same day, but charged me $285 for about 30 min. of work. Tried to charge some other bogus charge to bring it up to $350, but waived it after I was outraged. I hate it when companies try to stick it to you because you are a woman.  also tried to sell me a new water heater for $1700. Not impressed.

We just bought a home and was gifted a home warranty. We were having issues with inadequate hot water. Theo came to our home and checked out the water heater. He found it to be working properly. While checking out the temperature of the shower water flow, Theo noticed one of the bathroom faucet handles to be 'broken'. He quickly re-installed the 'hot' handle and checked it to be working properly. I explained that our 'home warranty' instructed us to only do 'one thing at a time'. He said, I am here. I can fix it. Also, I have never had or used a water softener. While here, he explained the mechanics of a water softener and the level of salt to put in the container. Then while looking at another shower in the house, he noticed the controls were 'backward'. Hot was getting cold water, and Cold was getting hot water. After explaining the ramifications to 'fix' that situation, would mean he would have to go into the wall of the shower. I told him that since I now knew that the handle pointing to the right was Hot, then I will just change how I adjust the control knob. In closing...we called up our Home Warranty provider. They sent out Sage Plumbing/Theo. Theo found that the water heater was working as it should. Fixed a 'broken' bathroom faucet handle. Found a backwards installed shower control. And explained the proper way a water softener should have the salt tablets loaded in. I am VERY pleased with Sage Plumbing...AND Theo.

All around a great experience.  Travis Jr was great.  He went above and beyond to make sure our issues were resolved and did so in a professional manner.  They were also able to schedule service same day.
I would highly recommend this company.

I have to especially take time out to recognize one individual, his name is Vladimil he was extremely knowledgeable on so many levels. He took time to explain everything in detail, he was so friendly, and he kept his word as far as anything he said he needed to do or timeframes he would return. I was under the weather and he was patient with me, he even checked on me one day that he returned to see if I was feeling better. On a larger note, Vladimill worked so hard to get the job done day after day. When I think of stellar service, this was it! It is so hard finding great service like this, I am huge on customer service, it means everything to me. I did not want Vladimil to leave, I kept asking questions. The man with the great boots, high attention to detail, knowledgeable, friendly, and represented Master Rooter to the max, I will continue to post reviews and share with my family and friends about this experience. My water heater burst while I was away on vacation - i called them and they handled it immediately - The day I arrived back - they sent a contractor that was INCREDIBLE - Milburn Plumbing in San Antonio. I thought I would get the runaround because usually once they determine you need a replacement you have to order the unit....yadda yadda yadda - but the guy ran right out - got the unit - brought it back and installed it all between the time he arrived at 2pm and had the whole thing done and working by 5pm. So, 5 stars for AHG and 5 stars for Milburn Plumbing in San Antonio.
