I had 2, twenty-one year old Trane units at my house that were still running fairly well.  Thought I was on borrowed time and decided to replace them.  Received three quotes from reputable firms in the valley and they all came in about the same price range.  The sales rep from Hays, Bill S., was very thorough in his presentation and fully explained the install processes.  He took the time to explain how the install would be considerable better than what I currently had and that an actual Follow-Up inspection would be performed several days later to confirm the install was correctly done and that I was totally satisfied with the operations of the units.

The installs were completed in one day as promised and everything was completely cleaned up and double checked.  I am amazed as to how much of a difference in the comfort level there is now and how much quieter they operate.  Difference between night and day.

The driving factor of our decision to go with Hays was the Yelp Reviews.  Hands down so much higher ratings than the competition.  Not a doubt in my mind that we made the right choice!

I asked for a quote for an non-emergency HVAC issue on Yelp on Tuesday night.  American responded Wednesday morning and scheduled an examination/estimate for Thursday between 1-5.  The technician, George, arrived around 1:30.  He was very pilot, identified the issue immediately (an issue a tech sent by my home warranty missed completely), and resolved the problem within an hour.  American's fee was on the high side, but you get what you pay for.  Very satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism and customer service.

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

After getting taken advantage by the big name, a friend gave me advice to try cure all plumbing.

911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing has been there for us numerous times in the past few years. The day before they were to arrive for our yearly heater inspection, our water heater kicked the bucket. Jeff told me he'd get that replaced, and did it himself when he arrived for the inspection. They just replaced our A/C units, heaters, and coils yesterday, and I cannot say enough good things about Jake and the guys that did the installation! Very polite and courteous, along with extremely professional and knowledgeable. We know that when we do move, we're bringing Jeff and the folks with us!

We've used Affordable Plumbing a few times now, and have always been happy with the job quality and service. Ben was great! His knowledge and quick resolution of our plumbing needs made it another great experience. We trust his advice and he gave us options to fix the problems. The quick response with scheduling us to fix our leak problem was appreciated too!

Had the pleasure of doing business with PAT and CODY of Affordable Plumber after my toilet in xtra bathroom tank appeared cranked, needing a new toilet, i called Affordable Plumber Pat, he set me up with a new toilet, , brought the toilet the next morning installed it, did some xtra work installing it the proper way while pointing out that original toilet was not properly installed to begin with. Very affordable no ups or extras,and made sure the installation was done right, highly professional and knowledgeable takes pride in his work, hired quite a few plumbers in the past, He will be my go to plumber in AZ, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

I was out of town when my pipes burst and needed them fixed while I was away. Josh from Leak Doctor was able to come out when others were swamped during the 4-5 day cold spell. Communication skills were stellar always keeping me posted on what was happening, my choices in the matter and a project timeline.  Additionally they were able to fix two other minor things I needed and had put off till the pipe break. Furthermore they had a Yelp Coupon on the site which eased the pain a bit. I was very pleased with the customer service, communications, responsiveness and timeliness on completing the project. When it gets cold here in the Valley and things break getting service + parts at those times is very, very challenging. No different than your A/C going out on July 4th weekend...good luck!  However in this matter Leak Doctors were professional, courteous and timely. I would recommend and use in the future.

Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

I would Stay far away from this company...

One of The drivers hit our PARKED car in a parking lot several months ago in the middle of the day with myself and my pregnant wife inside of the parked car. He and the owner were unable to provide us with valid proof of insurance.

After my WIfe and I decided to go through insurance to repair the damages, he has yet to report the accident to his insurance company.

What kind of business owner would want to jeopardize their company over a little fender bender?  

If I was in the market for a plumber, there is absolutely no way I would trust this company anyway near my house.  The owner, Trever Talbot  does not know how to take responsibility for his own company's actions, even when his company is 100% at fault.

This is not how you run a successful business.

If anyone is looking for honest, professional work you don't have to look any further.  Victory Plumbing is amazing.  They are courteous, professional and do the job correctly the FIRST time.  Thanks for being one of the good guys when it comes to running your business and the great customer service you provide because it is SO hard to find today.

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and communications was great. No hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot believe the workmanship, response time (everything!) of Kevin who was my plumber.  This was a leak behind an inside wall that you can barely see after he was done, no drywall repair needed!

Pink Plumbing came through big time for us! We had a major issue at the house that required a full repipe of water supply. Brandon and Aaron were terrific! Brandon was the perfect point of contact for me, communicated extremely well, helped with our insurance claim, arranged the work to be done literally the next day! Aaron and his team worked tirelessly through insane heat to repipe our house and completed everything in two days. The whole process was seamless, considering the stressful situation we were in, and we really appreciated it.

We are in the process of rehabbing a major fixer duplex in N. Hollywood. We came across many contractors who told us we have big problems and gave us hefty quotes including doing trenchless relining our old clay pipe with new lining. In our search to find the right professional to give us the proper guidance, we happen to come across Freddy's Plumbing in CraigsList. When the owner of Freddy's showed up, a one-man-team, he literally got down and dirty and dug in to find our plumbing problems. Via Freddy's recommendation, he added new clean outs and replaced our old galvanized pipes w/ new ABS. His work was very efficient. We called him out on a second occasion to replace sections of root damaged old clay pipes over a concrete driveway. Again this job affirmed his diligent work and fair pricing. Freddy's Plumbing offers professional and friendly services that comes highly recommended.

Had technician come out to do a pre-Summer system inspection.  Was told I would get a receipt for the work (nearly 2000.00 paid!)   Never got receipt.  Have tried multiple times with no reply.
