Best Heater Repair in Chandler AZ

Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

These guys are awesome! We moved into our house a year and a half ago, and nothing but A/C problems since the start. We had a home warranty but all they did was patch symptoms and not fix the over all issues. This summer we were without air again for several days during a very hot stretch in June. As this was the 7th time in a year and a half the system went down we finally called Duke's of Air and had someone come out to give us an honest assessment instead of waiting no our stupid home warranty. They did a thorough assessment and we needed a whole new system (ouch). Not only did they provide a fair and well priced quote on an entirely new Trane system, they, at no extra charge, somehow managed to hobble our existing AC together so that it would run for the week while we waited on our install date. That meant we didn't have to get a hotel room and could live in the house, which was awesome. On install day they completely replaced everything, including plenums, mounting brackets, and lines. They did it very efficiently and were done before we thought they would be. The install crew was super nice and easy to work with, and the whole system looks and run perfect. They also have excellent financing options if you have decent credit which helped us out a lot. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs AC work.

My family had a problem with the water not working in one of my upstairs shower/bath, they came out and gave a fair quote. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend. I will also be reaching out if I need anything else done.

This company is my go-to place for air,water softener,RO, hot eater heater. Just moved in to our new home and wanted these systems inspected and maintained because the owner did not have any other information and I did not want to rely on the inspection reports (these guys are a joke... Would rather have individual trades people to examine the above systems). This company is fair professional efficient knowledgeable! These are the guys you want! Thank you so much. The Yelp project portal sends your information to multiple providers who are all very helpful.   For this project Techcool responded most quickly  amongst providers   Their online quote based upon simple and exact details was honored  and confirmed via call.   Their availability was the quickest and arrived on time for the job   Jorge and German were prompt, efficient and finished the small job with greatest efficiency (fast, simple, clean, professional).  Price was reasonable in my opinion   I will strongly consider for future projects.   Did I say they provided a one year work warranty and made sure we verified all work was satisfactory?   Highly recommended

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Great plumbers. Always responsive and at a fair price no matter what job they do for me!  They have worked on both my toilets. Were honest and forthright and were able to diagnose an issue three other plumbers did not.

They claim they answer their phones 24/7/365, but I haven't been able to reach anyone on any of their posted numbers online.  Boo!

First time with Zest. Made an appointment online and a tech was able to come out the same day! Really great how they provide free estimates for everything so you know what you're getting into. Dalton was very friendly and knowledgeable with our small fridge issue. He fixed everything quickly and answered all of our questions before leaving. We will definitely be calling them again with any other issues that arise in the future!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

They installed a new water-heater for me.  I purchased the top of the line and purchased the extended warranty.

They have now gone out of business and sold to Ace.  I hope the warranty is transferrable!

I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

Plumbers in this area should have the Skull & Crossbones on their trucks.  These guys are the first honest contractors we have had in 3 years.  Showed up on time & did a good job for the quoted price.  Definitely will use them again!

Our AC went out in the middle of the record-breaking July heat wave.   Unit should have been under warranty, but the company that we bought it from is now out of business, naturally.  My husband called around to several companies, who all wanted exorbitant emergency call fees.  Then he found Precision Air.  Tech Mike was able to get out to us in a very reasonable amount of time, and without any price gouging.  What impressed us most was that after the failed parts were replaced, he was able to recharge the refrigerant for a fraction of the cost other companies had quoted.  Excellent experience, I would trust them to work on my AC in the future without hesitation.
