Now here is a company that truly cares about there customers. Had to call about the initial visit from Hays because I was not fully explained the charges prior to the work. John was wonderful and sent Mike out to double check the previous work done. He was prompt, listened to my concerns and diagnosed my ac unit. He  fully explained to me the condition of the AC unit that I was having problems with and offered a credit on the previous work for my inconvenience. I will absolutely use Hays again and refer them to anyone needed there service. I will personally ask for Mike when I decide to upgrade my units next year. Thank you John and Mike for your attention and detail to customer service!

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

I just got my condo about a month ago, haven't even made a mortgage payment on it yet when my heater blew out the day after Christmas.  After seeing the good comments and ratings of these folks on Yelp, I called them up and was glad that I did.  Not only were they polite and respectful of my situation, they were also personable and well informed of their trade.  John took multiple pictures of what was wrong and what happened to my unit, as well as offered suggests and other insights as to how to avoid things like this from happening again.  Will definitely be making this company my go to for my heating and cooling needs.

My family had a problem with the water not working in one of my upstairs shower/bath, they came out and gave a fair quote. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend. I will also be reaching out if I need anything else done.

Toto toilet installation fast and very professional by Jason. Then I wanted another toilet replaced because it was too low and he went back , picked it up and did it  the same day in the afternoon. Prices are probably high and I had found a less expensive option on Amazon , but then they did not offer warranty for labor , so I decided for peace of mind to go with the more expensive option they offered. All in all , I would call this company again if need would be

From the friendly folks I talked with over the phone to schedule appts. and Joe Smith who provided my in home estimate to remove and replace my complete HVAC system to Sean Lapre and his install crew, this was truly a professional experience. Put this alongside their top rated Trane equipment with a price that easily beat the competition and how can you go wrong? I would highly recommend.

This company is totally dishonest. We are selling a home and they did a plumbing inspection saying the plumbing was shot and it not only needed all new plumbing bu wanted to replace fixtures and vanities etc...other companies thought this was a sham..this company is only after your money ..BEWARE...

Admittedly we used this company 15 years ago when our hot water heater burst. We saw they were still in business on Angies List and had an A rating and called them that afternoon. They were at my house near 8am the following day as promised. The cost was exactly what was quoted and they took into account the Angies List discount. We'd definitely use them again!

Really good service and good work. Gave me a high level estimate over the phone. When I postponed the work, they were very flexible. They came back and completed the work, answering all of my questions about maintenance and construction of the water heater. The estimate allowed me to do some comparison shopping easily and there were no surprise charges added on. I would definitely call them again. The scheduling app was easy to use and I got text links to my request which made it easy to verify the service requested.

I can't say enough about Pat and his crew. Pat the owner is very responsive and has high expectations for himself and his staff. They are professional and take great pride in their work. Pat does a great job of communicating. He clearly shares information throughout every job. In recent months we have used them for a water softener and RO system instillation as well a couple toilet leaks. In each instance they have been punctual, performed quality work, and cleaned up after the project. I highly recommend this business!

I'm really impressed with Josh.  He's honest, knowledgeable and very patient. You can't beat that combination.  I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

These guys definitely get a recommendation from me.  The nozzle under a bathroom sink broke and water was going everywhere.  I'm covering the leak with one hand and typing emergency plumber into yelp on my phone.  I clicked on these guys because they were the first one's I came across that said they were open (it was 8pm).  Aaron promptly answered the phone, got my address and said he'd be there shortly.  30 minutes later they were at the door.

Not only did they quickly replace the broken nozzle, but they also diagnosed and fixed a hot water problem I was having with a couple of showers not heating up.  In and out in about 30 minutes.  1 hour earlier I thought my night was ruined.  An hour later thanks to Paramount we're back on track.

Another thing I should mention.  In my haste to get the problem fixed I didn't bother to ask Aaron what their rates were.  He could have really taken it to me when I asked what I owed.  But his rates were VERY fair.  I appreciated that they didn't try to take advantage with some outrageous after hours charges.  If/when I have other plumbing problems I will surely be using Paramount.

Talbot Plumbing installed our new water heater and what a breeze.  I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company.  It is so hard to find a plumber who is honest and not trying to up-charge you on everything.  I will work with them in future and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Ron at Victory Plumbing does excellent work--yes, the FIRST time. I've been less than fully satisfied with other plumbers, but Victory Plumbing provided quality work at a reasonable cost. Along with installing a disposal, a faucet, and new drains, Ron also capped an old loop vent and added a new vent to accommodate the new components. He was kind, polite, and professional (e.g. cleaned his workspace and gave me good tips on product care). I look forward to working with Victory and Ron again.

This company was referred out from my home warranty company.  He never showed up.  A few days ago I was provided with a time frame, past that time I called home warranty and he told them he had an emergency and ask them to reschedule me.  Don't know why he never called me before the end of time frame and tell me.   Today he was to show up between 1 -3.  I received a call because he was at the wrong address. Mike said he would be right over and have never heard from him again.  Besides myself and the home warranty company we attempted to make contact for over two hours with no response.  I wouldn't use this company and if you are with a home warranty program, make sure they don't refer your repairs to him.

I would give zero stars if possible!!!! First, they send someone to look at everything and sign. Salespeople blowing smoke up your a$$, basically. Then crunch numbers that only they are aware of. Then they send the workers who amazingly can't use our nest unless you pay another $1300! Though, someone has already looked at everything and never mentioned that. Then they say they can do it but they can't. Then they say they can jump it in and can use the two stage ac as a single stage. Why would I pay more for two stage to be used as a single???!!!! So then if they have to make holes in the wall, they don't fix or repair those, but can put thermostat upstairs. I said absolutely not and now it's upstairs because my husband said ok after they couldn't run the wire downstairs after hours of no air and gave us a deal of $650, which I complained about, but they don't care. So I complained about that and they tell me it's upstairs because I didn't sign the paper and pay. Why would I pay before it's even done? The workers couldn't get it downstairs, but if I had prepaid, it miraculously could have been done??? So if I want it downstairs, I can pay for them to do it! Even though they were here and couldn't do it. Then I asked for an itemized receipt to see if I got my first responder discount, which they don't have those!!! Why??! Because they are ripping you off. Their hold message talks about integrity and people over profit. It's all BS. Also the workers tracked tar all over my new floors and rug,  left screws in the driveway, and left insulation all over the place. I wouldn't hire them to plug a fan in for me! All they care is about getting their money and don't give a sh$$ about people or integrity or anything. They SUCk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
