The heat at my office wasn't coming on, and my employees and customers were cold!  When I first called Hays, they said they couldn't get out until the next afternoon so I was going to check around to see if I could get someone out sooner.  Hays called back a few minutes later to say a cancellation had opened up a time that same afternoon.  It turns out they still weren't able to make it that afternoon, but Mike was at my office promptly at 7:00 the next morning.  He was police and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined my options.  I was pleased with the service and will definitely call Hays again if I have any heating or air conditioning issues, either at my office or at my home.

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

I have a two unit system and one of a/c units was having electrical issues. It occurred on a weekend and AZ Dukes of Air came on a Saturday (very nice they're open on Saturday) and accommodated the repair the same day. Our Technician, Anthony, was polite, professional and took care of the repair in short order. Pricing was fair and transparent, which I appreciated. I will call AZ Dukes of Air again for future repairs and service!

Five star service!!! Got a quote within 10 minutes and the price was fair.  Jeremy was our technician. He called ahead, showed up on time, was clean, presentable, and wearing a mask. Explained the the whole process then proceeded to remove the old toilet without spilling a drop of water in my bathroom, then took it out of the house without spilling a drop on my new carpets. Perfect!!! Installed new one in a mater of minutes and I had my first perfect plumbing experience...

If all companies exhibited integrity, honesty, and efficiency like the people at Lawson Family Plumbing, this world would be a more excellent place. Having a hot water heater decide to fail is tough, but when the shower/tub faucet also went wonky, it felt like the pipes were actually conspiring to put a dent in my track record of moving through the day like a speeding train. Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

They replaced our under warranty Rheem Water Heater a year ago.  Which still costs us $450.  Now a year later, I woke up to no hot water yesterday.  The parts were under warranty but it was a $125 service charge.  They replaced the rods.  This morning we once again woke up with no hot water.  My husband called and was given the 2-4 time slot.  My husband was home prior to 2:00 only to find they had already been here and left.  The person in dispatch claims to have told my husband noon - 2 and they now are unable to get to us until Monday morning.  I disagree because as soon as he hung up the first time he repeated the time of 2-4 to me.  So now we will be without hot water for 4 days because someone didn't do the job correctly the first time.  I will NEVER EVER use the company again and will share this with all my friends via social media.

Tyler was very knowledgeable in developing a plan and solution for our particular situation. He was very respectful of our home taking off his shoes without being asked.

Pat upgraded all our outdoor hose bibs, and our gas shut off to the grill. The original fixtures were old and worn out. He did a great job, with quality parts, and at a good price. He was fast, clean, courteous, and reliable. We are getting a quote to run gas to our kitchen, and are really excited to know the work will be high quality!!  Thanks Pat!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. I received a quote from this company to have four faucets installed. I spoke with Aaron who was very professional and his quote was lower and more reasonable than anyone else I contacted. Their prices and professional attitude made them a company I would highly recommend.

A/C decided to blow hot air, on a Sunday, when it is 110+ degrees outside.
Had Precision out a few months back for a different issue, so called them up again.  Was told the tech would be here around 1:00pm and that is exactly when he showed up.
Aaron was friendly and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it blowing cold air within minutes.
