I had a noisy A/C unit and came to Yelp to search around. After reading a bunch of positive reviews I figured I'd give them a try. As a friend was driving me to pick up my motorcycle one of their vans pulled up next to us. I asked the driver to roll down his window, which he did, and I asked him about their schedule. Since it's now summer in AZ and approaching 115° I figured they'd be busy, and since my A/C was still functional that was ok. He was very pleasant and friendly even though I basically just knocked on his window for advice. After I got home I called Dukes of Air and the lady that answered the phone (sorry, can't recall her name) was very pleasant as well. I explained the situation and she asked if anyone would be home around 3:30pm (this was around 11:30am). I was caught off guard because I was expecting next week. I work from home so I said sure! At around 3:00 Robert called and said he was 20 minutes out, and sure enough... 20 minutes later he was here. He went out back and took the A/C unit apart while listening to my explanation of the problem. He immediately identified what the problem was and that I could fix it myself for significantly less that what they would charge (is was a simple issue). I fix things for a living, but given my time constraints I just let him do the repair. Afterwards, he proceeded to tell me how to modify things for improving the life of the compressor and even put the unit up on rubber blocks to isolate the noise. Bottom line: Robert went way above and beyond the normal in & out mentality of repairs and customer service today. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, social, professional, detail-oriented and efficient. All the attributes I look for in LIFE! Dukes of Air will always get my business and referrals (2 already). GFI... you will not be disappointed!

Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our issue in one visit. He gave us a few options at different price points and his honest opinion on what our best course of action would be. Buying a new house is stressful. Have a few things break all at once is super stressful. Tim's upbeat attitude and sense of humor lightened the mood and left us happy customers. Would definitely use again and recommend. Tech cool did an awesome job. Reached out to many companies, I knew what needed to be done but everyone wanted to charge me for an inspection to diagnose my problem. This is a technique to get you to pay overpriced quotes by them saying they will deduct the inspection from the cost of the repair, not tech cool. They came out quoted me the job using pictures I provided and stuck to the quote. Not only was the quote fair but it beat out the competitors. I wasn't looking for the cheapest quote just the most honest and I got the best of both worlds from Techcool. They have earned my business moving forward, they didn't try to pressure me into a maintenance agreement or try and up sell on other services. I highly recommend their company.

I found Renaissance Plumbing here on Yelp and out of the companies I called, they were the fastest to respond with the best price.  Howard came out and got the job done quickly and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude.  The work was excellent and he even took some time to inspect some other items I was concerned with.  Rather than offering to fix something that that I likely would have paid for, Howard was honest and let me know that everything looked okay and repairs were not necessary.  Service like that brings peace of mind.  I've already referred him to one friend and will certainly refer him to anyone I come across that may need his service.

Pat and his crew are awesome. They came the same day and have very reasonable pricing. They fixed my toilet and even did some adjustments so it flows better. They are extremely professional and will not try and haggle you for pricing. They communicated any issue and addressed it immediately. Definitely worth the call and price. If you need a reliable and affordable plumber, they are the ones to call.

I have used Freddy several times now, and everytime he's been great.  From replacing a hose bib that would stop dropping and ended up being a huge pain that he gladly took care of and only charged what he originally quotes me, to installing 2 water heaters(today he was in and out in about an hour to install one).  He even did a toilet at one of our rental properties.  He reliable, personable, honest and reasonable.  And also, I noticed some people saying he gives discounts for good yelp reviews.  If he does, he didn't offer one to me, and it wouldn't matter anyway...he's that good.

I had some issues with a running toilet. The noise was driving me crazy! Cody came out and told me what all needed to be replaced and how much it would cost, including the service fee. He told me how long it would take. When he was finished he put everything back in order and that horrible noise was gone! I can sleep again! Thanks Cody a d ASAP. I will be calling you to remodelmy shower as well.

Our family highly recommends the craftsmanship of Instant Plumbing and Rooter.  We are currently remodeling both bathrooms and their staff has been friendly, prompt, considerate, patient and mindful of plumbing placement.  William is the BEST!

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

After we located a leak in our hot water heater circulation pump pipe, we called American Plumbing because of their great reviews.  Add us to the list of happy customers. In short, American Plumbing rocks!  They arrived on time, were friendly, had the proper parts and professionally completed our job. Rich timely and politely communicated with us; he willingly answered all of our questions and did everything to made sure we were happy customers.  Thank you Rich!

I called and talked with Carol who was amazing!  Got scheduled very quickly to fix a shower attachment that was leaking. Luis arrived and fixed it quickly after first explaining what he was going to do and the cost. Let me say, this guy went above and beyond!  After he fixed my shower, he proceeded to carry in all my Amazon packages which included a huge rug. Loved that!!!

I have used roto rooter three times now (sink, toilet, mainline drain issue).  All three times they have been quick, inexpensive (in one case did not even charge me even though two plumbers spent over an hour on my leaking sink) and professional.  The prices have always been clear and up front.  I have used much more expensive plumbers in the past and will not do so again.  Great group.  Highly recommend.
