Called them up first thing in the morning and had my ac back up and running just after lunch.

A few hours after my call, Al was at my door.  Professional and ready, he set out to work immediately.

Basically spend the whole time fixing the last guys mistakes. He showed me all the damage he found and his fixes for them.

Less expensive than i expected and 10/10 would use again.

My latest experience was so much better! They were running late, so they called me to let me know their ETA. Arrived on time. Quickly showed the tech where everything was inside and out. He did a full tune up and maintenance. Provided full report back to me. Honest and up front with the future of our AC units and how much $ we should put into them. Good and fair price. Took about an hour.

I used one of the big companies, he and his sons will remain nameless , for my last repair terrible idea. A year later and I start having the same problem. I call Dignity and the next day Jeremy is at my house. He was not on time, but that's ok... because he was EARLY and texted me before hand to let me know. He is so skilled that he has my toilet apart and walks me through the issue I am having within 5 minutes of being on the job. He comes back for part one of the repair and is again early. Day two of the repair was this morning so I began mentally preparing myself for the price. Remember, I used one of the big name plumbers last time, so I was scared. I was ecstatic when I heard the final total! For the quality, efficiency and professionalism I was expecting triple what I paid. Such a great value from a small and locally owned business.

Gabriel came by to look at a leaking bath faucet and gave us an estimate of $1185.76 to fix the leak.  Amazingly he had just come from a call for the exact same thing.  Went on and on about brass fittings, which is weird because he hadn't looked at anything but the leak from the exterior and not sure brass is used as widely as it once was.  He also let my wife know that water might be going everywhere once work proceeded?  Stay clear of this guy.  Don't know the company but this dude is a predator looking to up-sale.

Great service and fair pricing. The install guy Angel was great and answered all my questions. We love our new Water Softener.

The best thing - they accidentally overcharged me $45. Before I realized this mistake the install guy proactively called to apologize and said we would have a check within a few days. The check came 3 days later.

The entire process of dealing with American Home was awesome. The owner came to our house to give a quote and helped me figure out a solution for an unrelated plumbing issue. If you need any work done definitely give them a call!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

These guys are awesome, heat went out and they came out and fixed same day. Professional, friendly, and honest company. These guys are definitely part of my go to service providers.

I was going to post a 5* review for Affordable Plumbing and the plumber, Ben, just for coming by and giving me an estimate before we even had them do any work for us. The reason for this is I contacted Affordable Plumbing on Monday asking for an estimate of replacing our water main gate valve with a ball valve. I said I could send them pictures and maybe they could give me an estimate from those. Diana, I believe was her name, said no, they want the plumber to come by and look at the job. My first thought was that meant an automatic $49-99 service call, whether any work was done or not. I was pleasantly surprised to hear there was not a service call fee.

Ben showed up on time, after receiving a text saying he was on his way. He gave me an estimate. I then asked if he would also look at the leaking water bib in our garage. He politely did and said he could fix that easily with a tightening of a bolt, which he did. He said think about the estimate and then left. (it was a complicated job as the house stucco had incorrectly been built around the water main plumbing. It was not a simple job to fix. Ben clearly explained everything that would need to be done.)  

After Ben left, I had my wife look at the plumbing. I went up and touched the water main valve which immediately came off shooting a powerful water stream. I quickly called Affordable Plumbing and asked for Ben to come back as we had a big problem. Ben showed up quickly and did a temporary fix on the water main valve. He said he could come back Thursday and fix it, but it would involve having to break into the stucco. We said yes!

Thursday, Ben did a great job in replacing the needed pipes and valves while moving the pipes out of the stucco. He did it quickly at what we felt was a reasonable cost. He answered every question we had. The day before, he had explained why we needed to get the job done but was not pushy whatsoever.

Ben also helped show us how to properly use our swimming pool's autofill, at no charge. It is a rare time that we have had a professional act like he truly cared about our well-being. And I guarantee you, Ben was not acting. He truly had concerns that the job was done properly and well.

Any future plumbing jobs we need will be done by Ben from Affordable Plumbing. He is the best we have ever seen! Thanks, Ben!

Had the pleasure of doing business with PAT and CODY of Affordable Plumber after my toilet in xtra bathroom tank appeared cranked, needing a new toilet, i called Affordable Plumber Pat, he set me up with a new toilet, , brought the toilet the next morning installed it, did some xtra work installing it the proper way while pointing out that original toilet was not properly installed to begin with. Very affordable no ups or extras,and made sure the installation was done right, highly professional and knowledgeable takes pride in his work, hired quite a few plumbers in the past, He will be my go to plumber in AZ, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Great company they came out for a landscape leak diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. The cost was fair and they give Veteran discounts always a plus :)

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

If you want a plumber who will accurately and HONESTLY diagnose all your plumbing issues and correct them at an affordable price... look no further.

Not pleased with thoroughness of work. I was charged for an unnecessary service on an appliance that will need replacing. What a waste of money! I'll never use these guys again.

Chose them from the excellent reviews on Yelp.  They didn't disappoint.  Showed up on time, masked, quickly diagnosed my problem and gave a fair price.  I had a leak in my sewage return pipe.  Kevin did an excellent job and I will use them again when needed.

Contacted Chris today for an estimate for an issue with a tub spout. He asked me details about the issue and mentioned it could be a simple fix, with instructions on what to try first. His estimate, if it was going to be a more complicated job, was more than fair. His advice worked and he ended up saving me time and money! Pink Plumbing is the first place I will call for any future plumbing issues and will not hesitate to refer this company to friends and family. Thank you!

Don't waste your time with the other results, if you need the job done ASAP call Freddy Fox Rooter. I've had trouble getting someone on the line all weekend to check out my water heater and he not only answered the phone but came out on down time just to bail me out.

UPDATE:
The owner asked us to call and he honored the $58 special. They had an issue with a new computer system that should ask the tech to have you sign before you agree to a higher price. The owner is going to educate his team. He was very cordial and I appreciate his follow-up. I have since updated our review.

After asking the guy on the phone that made our appointment for unclogging the kitchen sink if his $58 advertised special was legit, he said Yes even after I explained the problem to him.

Then the technician showed up at my house and proceeded to unscrew (by hand) two parts in the sink. Took less than 15 minutes. He proceeded to show me the clog (some undigested food in the pipe) and then gave me a bill for $300!!! What?! I asked what happened to the $58 special and he proceeded to tell me that the special was only for outside clogs. Seriously?! Could you maybe tell us if you upped the price BEFORE you fix the super easy problem?

Worst experience with a company. Never again!

Bought two new ac units from them last January (6 months ago)...one is already broken. I called to have it fixed ASAP due to having three boys under 5 at home. They could not have cared less and told me they can come out next Tuesday or refer to my warranty with Goodman and deal with them. Putting petiole first? Yea right precision. Very disappointed after spending 20k on two new ac units plus free labor plan
